      They straight up robbed me and will not respond to the form which they supposedly read and help resolve the issue with gift card errors

      Signed up for Google ********** and ordered a Google Pixel 8A. The phone arrived unable to turn on or to take a charge. Took multiple phone calls to customer service and finally had to put a hold on my credit card for the entire price (plus tax) for the fulll price of a replacement phone to be sent. The phone was delivered and signed for 3 days ago and the hold remains on my credit card. Called customer service and was forced to get my laptop out to authenticate the account (not sure what I would have done if I didn't have my laptop with me) but second phone call to customer service made some headway until they started asking me detailed info concerning the phone that was sent back. Not sure how I am to get the info other than the tracking number and the person signed for it at their HQ. Currently on hold with no end in sight on getting this resolved. If no resolution today, I am done calling customer service and getting trapped in a circle of futility. I will just dispute the charge on my credit card and cancel the service. For what Google advertises, the customer service needs a serious overhaul starting with employees who don't spend time finding resolutions versus finding every way to stop your efforts. Had to give one star to leave a rating, otherwise I would have put none.

      This review is for my experience with the Google Business profile on Google Maps and such. My Google business was suspended after over a year of me keeping the profile alive. When I try to reinstate the profile, I am asked to use the appeal tool to review my violations. The tool cannot find anything to moderate and asks me to close the browser.Nothing to moderate, Great right? NO! infact this is the worst that can happen, as there are no available numbers or emails to call for support. To contact customer support, you first need to complete the tool so they can review the violations, but WAIT! If the tool cant find any violations you cannot proceed to contact them :) awesome right? Anyone interested in pursuing legal get in contact with ********** at yahoo

      worse every year, Now they search engine results is all messed up and doesnt even show results, only pictures of adjacent things ive searched.

      I used to like and enjoy google's suite of products and services. I used Fi, with a pixel phone. I had YT TV, YT premium, and Google One. They all USED to be great value. I fled from Google FI, when my phone stopped working and they had me in limbo for a MONTH, so I joined **** which I hated doing, but I can't be without phone service for a month. It's unacceptable. I had YT TV, which again was a great value... until it doubled in price, and still increased every few months.I had Google One for photo storage and *** useage...but as the trend follows they have taken away the *** without notice or fanfare, so now I'm paying for something that was taken away.You should be aware, that like ***********, Google can and will alter the deal, and all you can do is pray they don't alter it any further. You, as a business can be relying on a service that you pay for, and Google WILL take away the things you pay for and rely on. I cannot stress this enough. Reconsider using their line of products and services. They WILL fail you as a consumer.

      Terrible customer service; give you the run around. They will charge you for a 14 day free trial. However; they give you a $300 or $500 credit to start. It never happened; they have suspended my ad account. Because, I didn't have the funds in my account. ********************** is stealing money from their customers. They charge you for every little thing. How greedy this company is.

      Google these SOB I bought a ***** googleplay card for my 9 year old autistic boy so he could have all his levels and bonus items unlocked in his game. Just to get f****** screwed out of ***** I redeemed the card and it says invalid please contact customer service so I did they tell me I have to fill out a f****** form which got me know where they email me back and says there is nothing they can do basically A BIG HA HA F*** YOU WE STOLE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE the mother *******. So I end up having to use my debit card for my son cause he is crying cause he couldn't use the googleplay card ,just so I could make my son happy cause I wasn't going to stand for them upsetting my son and promptly removed my debit card off after buying him his bundle package he wanted and Google doesn't give a f*** about it or anyone they just want to steal your money they have lost a customer now I WILL NEVER EVERY BUY ANOTHER GOOGLE PLAY CARD AGAIN THEY CAN GO F*** THEIR B****** SELVES. I'm so ****** at Google I just want to storm through there doors in ca and beat the ceo ***, but that f****** bigot ain't worth the time I want every one reading this to help Google go broke stop making them money .

      This company is STEALING MONEY from people, and someone needs to do something. I requested a refund of my money for an app downloaded using Google Play and they said "no" to my request with no explanation, when the app never worked from the 1st day. This company is untouchable, and they do whatever they want.

      We are a small Latino and veteran owned business. Our google business page was taken down and only had a vague reason why. We have had the page for 4 years. And all of a sudden it was suspended. When company steal your info and sell your info they should not be allowed to prevent people from using the platform. We have g suite and voice which we pay for every month.

      Violation of freedom of speech. Anything said on you tube they say is anti sematic and they continue to push the *** NARRATIVE UPON THE PEOPLE making them the victims instead of the global threat they represent.
