Worst Customer Support Ever After just 3 months of use, my new thermostat had trouble connecting to the WiFi. - 3 times, Nest customer support sent me ********** replacements that I was able to reject since they were physically different from mine.- then they sent me a 4-year-old one got defective again in less than a month - the overall time to receive an acceptable replacement took 3 months Today I received another 4-year-old thermostat as a replacement. It's a wicked scam to make you pay for an old thermostat the same amount as for a new one.

I'm deep in the Google ecosystem, and was excited to see a trade-in offer to get a Pixel Tablet pretty cheap. So I took advantage of it, sending in a pristine condition iPad that qualified for the promotion. I have trust issues with this type of thing, so I even took photos of the iPad turned on and running and to demonstrate the screen worked fine as I was boxing it up.A few weeks later, they claimed the device didn't turn on and that it was the incorrect model versus what I said I was sending in on the form. The device absolutely did turn on. And even if I selected the wrong model, the one I did send in was within the model range of what qualified for the promotion. It was ANY 2016 or later iPad. In fact, I sent in a regular iPad but accidentally clicked Mini. They said they're decreasing the trade-in value based on it not working (it clearly did) and being the wrong model (a more expensive version of what I accidentally told them I'd be sending). Make it make sense! So after chatting with support and thinking it was just a small error, it turned out to be a long chain of emails with me providing time-stamped photos of the device turned on with the trade-in box underneath it. I explained the conditions of their own promotion to them. I even mentioned how I saw multiple articles and reddit threads in which people were having similar issues.Weeks later, no luck. They just keep copy-pasting the same excuses and refusing to budge on their own issue. At this point, I don't know how you could consider it as anything other than fraud and deceptive promotional offers (they even ended the promotion early because it was so popular).I don't expect much in terms of ethics from large corporations, but I didn't think someone who has spent so much on the Google Store and pays them multiple monthly subscription fees would have to jump through so many hoops to give them every chance in the world to not scam me out of my money, but here we are. Disgraceful.

My ID is ************ and my business name is Quality Flooring.I spent 80k with Google Ads along 24 months with no return at all. Despite of several meetings with google experts trying to configure my campaigns using different strategies, conversions, etc. Google always recommending to increase my budget and wait for the system to collect data before I can start seeing results which never happened.Every time I sent an email with concerns about my campaign's performance Google will reply with generic information, best practices, encouraging to increase my budget, etc. they were not actually looking into my campaign, the ultimate goal is to make you to invest more with no guarantee on return.I've decided to shutdown my campaign. It's a big frustration since I had big expectation considering google is a giant company leader in paid traffic. The support is terrible and you have no return on your investment.

As a representative of a nonprofit organization approved for the Google ***************** which generously provides $10,000 per month in ad credits, my expectations for smooth cooperation and communication with Google were, understandably, quite high.Issue 1: Lack of Initial Support From the outset, our journey was stalled by a lack of basic support from Google. Despite being accepted into the ***************** we received no guidance on how to activate or utilize our ***** effectively. Repeated attempts to reach out for assistance went unanswered, leaving us in a perpetual state of limbo and unable to utilize the resources purportedly available to us.Issue 2: Erroneous Debt Collection Adding insult to injury, we were inexplicably sent a debt collection notice for an unpaid balance of $44.64 on an account we had never used. Not only had we not activated any ads, but the associated charges were also completely unfounded given our ********************* 3: Incorrect Information and Address The notice included an incorrect address, further complicating the situation. This address mix-up is particularly concerning as it ties into a separate legal matter, indicating a severe lapse in Googles data management and personalization of its debt collection process.Issue 4: Poor ******************* The most frustrating aspect of this ordeal has been the sheer lack of communication from Google. No calls back, no responses to our inquiries, just an unwarranted collections notice that seemed more like an automated error than a legitimate claim. This experience has been incredibly disheartening. As a nonprofit, we rely on the goodwill and efficiency of services like Google Ads to help us make a difference. Instead, we've spent countless hours trying to resolve issues that should never have arisen. This lack of support and the bewildering encounter with an unjust debt collection process do not reflect well on Googles commitment to supporting nonprofit organizations.

I have been trying to verify my business profile and map location with Google for a month. I have submitted videos, copies of our government documents, and even a live video chat. Google refuses to verify our business and put a map pin at our location, and the reasons are different every time.

Google has made life miserable and unendurable, all in the name of stupid geeks who have brainwashed the public into believing that cell phones MUST be an integral part of our lives. All to maje their BILLIONS. Others besides google are responsible. *******************, if only you had died sooner. I hear you were a rotten, narcissistic a** to work with. Hope you are suffering in ****.F****** invention.I thought I was the only one who felt this way, but everyone I mention it to, of any age, all agree and hate the cell phone life.

Do NOT buy the Nest thermostat. We have had nothing but issues since we bought it not long ago. It has constant issues of not being able to find a network. Most of the time it is offline. After contacting the unhelpful customer service, we were told we would need to pay another $300 and they would send a replacement. No! Google is a billion dollar company and should stand behind their products. Ours is still under warranty! DO NOT BUY!

Door to door guys came to my door even though I have a no solicitation sign clearly visible. I opened the door told them no thanks and closed it. The guy then yells that he loves his job. I then hear him on my ring door **** say f**k that guy. I then open up the door and ask him if he didnt see the sign and he told me do you know how many times I have sold to a no solicitation sign. So google is going to houses with no solicitation signs and being extremely rude.
