      They lied about people qualifying for money , then left out the age ***** So they discriminate about ages in that very same notification about people recieving Social Security , discrasful .

      Made a purchase for $10 worth of Google play credit and something glitches on their end which charged me twice. They will not refund one of the charges Dye to their refund policy. So their app glitches and makes a double purchase which conveniently benefits only them and they will not refund it. Seems like a way to rip off customers without a way to get compensation. I contacted my credit card company to get my refund seeing as Google stole it from me and refuses to refund it. This should be illegal!!

      No direct customer service is really unacceptable, especially when you consider how much they profit from sharing our information with advertisers. I am disgusted and frustrated.

      Dont stand behind their Nest Thermostat product. On 3rd original nest and still wont connect. Paid for ADT tech to come out and advices that too old to con Ceci to internet and cant update since cant connect to internet. Was advised by tech to return for refund which google will not do. They do not refund only replace. I do not want a replace as I have a update new nest thermostats I want a refund

      WOW. I Am surprised Google has this many bad reviews. I am leaving Google LLC a 5 ? Review overall for their company. Google, you backed me up and saved my accounts. You have practically kept me safe for the last 2 years. I can never thank you enough for that. Here is your overall 5? review. I hope to see your company do great things. Take care.

      ********** is terrible!!! I moved from the residence in October 2023. I have been trying to contact them about discontinuing service since I no longer need it. The phone number listed to contact them is never answered & it hangs up. I used auto-pay in order that they get paid promptly but now I wished I never did. It is now May 2024 & they are still charging my card. I have contacted the credit card company asking them to stop ************** do until ********** submits for payment again & it gets paid. I'm paying $79.00 a month all because the are a sketchy company that will not list a valid number for customer service.I advise all NOT to subscribe to this service because you can not cancel service. I rate them at zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Pretty obviously deletes and re-inserts emails at strategic times; obstructs users' efforts by changing passwords to two-factor authorization recovery accounts (thus rendering both email accounts useless); prevents account recovery; provides hackers safe haven by needlessly asking for passwords to see Google Go 'My Activity' log.deletes things from 'My Activity' log.
