      Google and its employees have held my Google account and all other accounts related to ********************** hostage for since April 24th ***** , asking me to pay for storage . When , infact, I have more than enough storage. I have 53gb of internal storage and 200gb of external storage. I have even tried tonight to pay the ****** , they are demanding tonight so that I can have my emails that have been blocked since May 5th, 2024. I can't send emails either , or even access ******* on my phone. Neither can I download any apps from the app store.

      The company is a s**** up caused me to lose important information in emails , lost family photos, and contacts, there a incompetent company with keeping your stuff the password changes and everything else that you got to do to recover your stuff and when there way doesn't work

      After several months of thinking I was on auto-pay, I did not realize my card had expired. I assumed nothing was wrong until my internet connection was cut off. When I opened the app, I learned that I owed Google Fiber $1200. That's an entire year of not paying for the service! No postal mail, no text message, no phone cal warning, but I did find their emails in a gmail account that receives hundreds of spam emails per day and I don't see anything that comes in to that email. That was their only means of contacting me. Within 1 hour after the internet connection going down, I contacted support who could not take a payment over the phone. They not only shut my account down, but informed me that they could not do anything because it was going to a collection department. My credit score is nearly 800. I have many Google services such as Google Fi for my phone. I saw nothing out of the ordinary on my statements yet I was delinquent by accident and they allowed several months of service to run up to a 1200 dollar bill which is now going to collections. I offered to pay it, but was denied. Please someone make a class-action lawsuit on Google Fiber for allowing months of no payments to go by without trying to contact the user or shutting them down sooner.

      I decided to try g-suite for my business Im launching. Got all the emails to set-up, its a trial period and next day I attempt to log in, and nothing comes up. I keep trying to use the hyperlinks that lead you absolutely nowhere. Tried calling the 800 number several times and of course its IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person. My attempts to resolve the issue has been unsuccessful. I will never use another Google service again. Im appalled how I even would think to try Google business as if. Boycott this company they dont care about US!

      Advertising is out of control; they allow data brokers into their site you cannot get rid of. If you try to file to remove them; they make it impossible to do so and the other brokers come back eventually. There are advertisments so frequently that I can't get rid of; that I doubt legitimate ad blockers can stop all of them because I think many of them are malware.Youtube got rid of its customer service department so I can't report anything; so in a sense I can't stop the ads. Many are scam ads too; which is against Google terms and conditions. Basically ******* is a scam; a lying cheap company that cares little for its users, totally against what Google stands for. Literally ********* has better policies than Google and the woman in charge of ******* cannot run her company in any meaningful manner. If Google cannot wrangle ******* and tell them to knock it off with the ads and the out of control scam behavior; Then ******* and Google will not remain on my list of sites to use, I will not have my information sold by a company that cannot meaningfully listen to the people who make the site possible.

      Been charging me for ads that havent been approved and keep charging for nothing. No customer service to call or get a hold of. Canceled account and they are still attempting to charge a card that *** had to cancel because of them. Absolute nonsense!

      There should be an option for ZERO stars! Google does not back their Nest cameras. Ours is horrible and no longer will connect to our wifi, although our doorbell and other outdoor camera still do. The most expensive IQ camera is the one not working, of course! I had it installed by a Nest Pro so the warranty should last 5 years!!! But they are telling me the warrantly expired already, only after 2 years!! STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I even spoke to a manager, who followed up with an email, but of course, he has yet to email me back after almost 2 weeks of waiting! So I had to demand to speak to a higher up manager who can follow through and get back to the customer. But not sure that will even happen! Very disappointing experience with Google. They are so big that they don't care about their customers, Maybe once more and more people stop using them they will wake up and learn how to treat people! Not sure how they get away with this horrible treatment of human beings!

      My phone stopped working on March 29th 2024 ( no calls, texts, or data of any kind). I have only had the service for a little over a year, but pay a monthly device protection plan of $30 a month for the 2 phones on the plan. Everytime I have contacted support over the past month ( ***** time) I follow all of their suggestions to get my phone working. When nothing works, they tell me that they have checked and it is a local service outage. Every other person I have spoken to in the past month has had zero problems with their Google fi service. My phone hasn't worked anywhere in ******** ( from *******************, *******, ******, ******, ******). I also went on a trip to **********,( from DIA to *****************, all the way up to ******** California I received no connection to Google fi). I was told it was yet again, a service outage. They have told me that I do not qualify for a phone replacement and I need to wait. I am paying for a phone I cannot use, and a protection plan on that phone that they will not replace. I have even recieved emails from support supervisors , and all they do is tell me the same thing.
