  Has many false Advertising apps on Googles playstore. Google Android users get offered apps that tell consumers they win real money on the app . they THE **** then never pay lots of promises of free money playing slots and watching advertising but they keep Advertising money and never pay the app user saying this in the terms. (Basically THEY can say what we want advertise what THEY want and change anything rules etc at any time) that is Mafia tactics SAYING I WILL GIVE U X IF YOU TRY ME THEN WHEN CONVENIENT JUST NOT ***** THERE WORD BECAUSE THEY SAY SO IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS) GOOGLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THERE **** THEY PUSH OR THEY SHOUD BE.

  Google has bought up all the sites I use like You Tube, Yelp, and Reddit (and many others) and is trying to force me to give them my data. I DO NOT WANT A GOOGLE ACCOUNT.) I WANT ********************** OUT OF MY LIFE! But there is no where else to go because they are monopolizing everything! I hope this country waits until I day before they rename it ***************** of Google! Do they not have negative stars? I hate to give Google even 1 star! I wish I had a ***** for every time Ive tried to access a site and been prompted to sign in to Google! Id be wealthier than Google! And I still wouldnt sign up for an account.

  litteraly the biggest scam ever, I ordered google fiber for an upgraded experience because it said billing doesn't start until the device is connected, well after some life changes, we ended up not needing wifi in the house and we never connected it in the first place, yet 2 months later the charges retroactively showed up on my account and when I called and asked they said its from the date you receive the device. However I would have immediately returned it if I had known this, I had forgotten to return the device till I had almost 2 months worth of charges pop up at one time on my credit card and they offered no refund or resolution other then returning the device immediately. I am beyond frustrated how they can just wait to charge you till its convenient for them.

  Google in bed with politicians, police and government agencies as they restrict reviews to these agencies. Due to outright public distain of our public officials, Google turned off reviews for these sites. Control the narrative? Kick backs? Google cannot selectively choose who to review as they are NOT the feelings police.

  Around December I purchased the google nest learning 3rd generation. Not six months later the wifi chip on it has died nextw5 error code. I called customer care three times. The first time I spoke to someone that was real short and impatient with me as I could hardly understand what they were saying. That agent hung up on me. The second agent I informed I informed that I wanted to speak to a supervisor, they asked me a few questions and again I was hung up on. The third agent again I asked to speak to the supervisor I explained the situation and eventually was told to hold. Four to five minutes later he comes back and tells me they are all busy. I ask to just try to get the issue resolved. Ultimately he told me it was under warranty and they would send a replacement. I said ok that is fine, however I asked if it would be a new one or a refurbished one. He told me they only guarantee a new one for thirty days. I have a problem with this see as i paid full price for this product and have had it less than 6 months and already have to have it replaced, if i had know this would have just bought a refurbished one to begin with. He told me it would have the same warrantee from order date so I said ok.He then told me that they would need to put a $200 hold on my credit card until they received the old one, or I could take it off the wall and mail it to them and they would ship the new one to me when they received it.In my opinion this is ridiculous so either i get a credit card or go without heating and air. I tried to come up with another solution such as taking it to the store and just swapping it out, I was then informed the stores are in NY or LA im in NC. I would not recommend dealing with google products, customer service, nor trusting their warrantees. I hate to say this as i really liked google and thought they were a good stand up company unfortunately not so true.

  Google has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They do not contact you. They do not reply to emails. I had an agent actually promise me that I would get a phone call back within an hour, which I didn't. I had a problem with my cell phone, and that's the number they returned my call on. Rocket scientists! I have been having nothing but aggravation for 4 days, and still no resolution. I will never, ever, purchase another Google product. They deserve zero stars.

  Google stinks, when they were compromised in February of this year, they used my email address and went into my account on **********************, tock files and my two cellphone numbers! Google has had this happen before where they were compromised and did not tell anyone till it was too late, I had to change two cellphone numbers, one cellphone and one Gmail number twice because of this! What happened to honesty and integrity, they sure do not have it! No, I must wate ************************************************************ fact me! YOU HAVE A LOT OF NERVE, MAKING PEOPLE PROVE who they were...you did nothing when people's ID'S, cell phone numbers, were compromised in February 2024!!!!

  They have a couple of apps that I use regularly!! ******* studio and ******* music player they have different songs than Apple Music!! If you want to start a playlist

  Google Support denied a warranty-covered repair for a defective (Pixel 5a) cell phone, despite multiple attempts to provide them with their extended warranty information, my receipt with proof of purchase date, and my requests for any explanation of their service refusal. Couldn't escalate the problem beyond multiple pro forma emails denying coverage, and no phone number to contact.
