      I had signed up for a subscription with Craftsy through Google Play. I cancelled the subscription with Craftsy, but didn't realize I had to also cancel through Google Play. When I saw I was being charged for the yearly subscription I cancelled it and requested a refund, which was approved the next day. According to Google's refund timeline it could take up to 10 business days to be refunded to my PayPal account. I waited the 10 business days and reached out because I still had not received my refund. Google responded telling me to wait 45 days to receive my refund. That is absolutely ridiculous and totally shady business practices to tell someone to wait 45 days to be refunded. Thankfully I was able to file a dispute with PayPal and they are refunding me.

      I have Google Fi and use the Android system settings to limit data usage outside of WiFi. It has worked for two years, but this past month I lost home internet during a storm and my phone switched over to data. The phone did not slow data usage or alert me to the spike and it used 11GB over night. My home WiFi was back the next day and I reconnected to WiFi. Google Fi customer service asked for screenshots and app data, and said I needed to wait for the bill to be posted to receive a credit. After waiting for the billing period to end I contacted support again and they then said they have to refuse to credit back the overage. I asked to escalate the request and was told it would be two to five business days for a response but have not heard anything in seven.Google Fi's settings and their customer service have been both horrendous lately and I will be leaving the service if this is not resolved.

      in their advertising policy they dont stop 1000 people to advertise for the same system ? i have to suffer every day many advertisement from the same system, around 100 people or more talking about the same thing, sell for same thing but they dont stop them ******* abuse client/ audience, force peoole to hear repeatly advertisement 100 time per day about the same thing and this system i consider as scam/ ponzi because they dont focus in selling product, they focus in recruiting people and the new commer will pay alot of money to pay for the people who joined priviously Really no control from you tube...abuse Pls contact me i will give you ********************************************************************************* *******

      I had hoped that the reviews were wrong. The WiFi was slow in every room except where my computer was plugged into the Ethernet. I asked for a service call and another router. They said we had to troubleshoot and I went along with it. Then I tried to explain that my television was lagging considerably in speed. Then he raised his voice and said I had to call the ** manufacturing. He was yelling and talking over me so I hung up and called another number to cancel the service, which is horrendous. None of what they were saying made any sense. They didnt even know that I had their router and they told me to recycle it? There is no connection between the different departments, and they seem to have no idea how WiFi works. Thankfully I was able to cancel it.

      I've been trying to use a gift card, one of their own gift cards, for the Google Play Store. But when I try to use it, it says that it cannot be used outside of *****************.However, I am in *****************, and the Google Play Store App even lists my location as *****************. So the funds that were added to the account are currently unusable, but of course Google has already been paid.Customer Support has been slow and not very forthcoming with assistance.

      My card was charged by Google for streaming service. I didn't authorize the charge and called to get a refund. They hung up on me twice. Then tried to tell me there was no manager on site when I called. Also said I couldn't speak to a manager that one would call in 24 hours. There customer service ***** and they are not helpful at all. ************* ***** to.

      google is not upholding their warranty for the new google fold phones and are forcing customers to pay for the damages if the inner screens break and not being covered under warranty they are stating that its out of warranty, the price is ****** to repair the inner screen damages and thats with tax which is bs since you pay tax on the phone upon purchase.

      Google Play is a scam artist!! Once you accept an offer like in my case, a 30 day free shipping with Amazon. I accepted the promotion that also said cancel at anytime and I did. But Google wants to act like I didn't cancel my promotion/subscription and started taking money out of my bank account. There are a lot of prompts to read but don't help. There are numbers to call but you'll never talk to a person. I've sent emails with my number but to no prevail. There's really no way to get through to them and they know it. Be extremely careful accepting a promotion Google Play, you can't get out. Even Amazon said that they can't do a thing about canceling the promotion with Google.

      It should be shouted from the mountaintops that reviews on Google business listings are mostly fake reviews and should not be trusted in any way. We have seen multiple businesses posting fake reviews for themselves all the time and attacking competitors pages with fake reviews so obvious a four year old could tell they are fake. Google refuses to remove those fake reviews and in fact ALLOWS companies to slander others using their platform and technology. As it is so utterly easy to post fake reviews I would urge anyone reviewing businesses to LOOK ELSEWHERE for truthful reviews and content because Google does absolutely nothing to ensure reviews on it's platform are legitimate. Their site promotes some of the fakest reviews I've even seen and the vast majority of reviews on Google profiles ARE FAKE.
