      Horrible customer service, I've had my business listed on Google My Business since march 2022. I recently moved the business to a new state, they refused to verify my business so i can start working again, its been three months since i've been trying to get in contact with somebody. Nobody is getting back to me. At the moment , i am out of work , can someone please help me here.

      I started having major internet issues with Google Fiber (**) mid Jan 2024. I spoke with a ** CSR about Feb 11th and was told a ** Tech will be out within 2 weeks. A month later, a ** Field Tech stopped by. I explained that I work from home, therefore, stable internet service is crucial for my job security. I had to use my own mobile data and mobile hotspot from my phone company to work 40 hours a week. I spoke to a ** CSR over the phone about Feb 11th. I explained ** internet service is either 50% up and down all day or 50% completely down. My neighbor is experiencing the same internet service issues with **. A ** Tech worked on the cable wires that run from my house, over my backyard, to a pole outside my property lines. That ** Tech left without notice and also left wires laying on the ground in my backyard. My ** internet services continued, since then, with the same issues as before. As a result, I used up my mobile data and hotshot for the month from my smartphone provider. After several live chats with ** CSRs, several over the phone calls, and several in-person attempts by ** Field Techs seeing and documentating the issues... I am again, at this moment, without ** internet service. I asked the last ** CSR I spoke with today, how am I supposed to work tomorrow? The ** CSR put me on hold several long periods of times, and eventually, could not be of assistance. I called ** again. Another ticket submitted.. I'm online now comparing the very few ISPs available in my area and its like....all I want is stable internet service so I can work. Why is this so difficult...almost a month later after Feb 11th, I'm still without ** internet service ??

      Horrible customer service with the my business part of google. I love Google, but their my business section is a mess and somewhat of an headache to work with. I started ***************** ************* LLC TOWING AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE in 2019. I had multiple locations seeing as though Im a towing company. My business page was shut down because I had multiple locations. *** tried repeatedly to get my business back online to no avail. I spoke to one Google my business representative, that told me to try a new email address (he informed me that my original email address *************** was in googles system as spam), its my official business email address. He told me it would be ok seeing as though Ive got a new business address, Im no longer in ****************, or ******, ** and I closed the ************ location in ********(property was sold). Im currently still located in ********, ** at ******************. I resubmitted my new business info, and a new business verification video with everything required in the video, address, local businesses and landmarks, my company vehicles, and I even started one of my tow trucks. I wish google helped more with resolving issues such as this. Im trying my best to run my business but I cant update my business account/info. As each day passes I losing business and its hard to pay my employees and expenses.

      0 stars, Google hired people to steal property from ***************************** in ************, **, property containing alphabet company design and software, everything. Google created alphabet company on their own and never paid for anything. The whole world knows, it's just a matter of who is and is not benefitting. They started a recession and a world war and the antichrist. Good luck sleeping at night. Also, they couldn't even cover all this up, they declared a conflict silently with the whole world. BBB isn't even adequate or equipped to handle anything, lemme guess all you can do is display the message. You are all in the middle of a huge conspiracy and you won't let up to save your lives, you don't know what morals you lost and all you can do is backslide and act OCD about yourselves and worship anything against God and country. Watch what makes you happy betray you. ******* has been burned up. No thanks to Google

      They are shutting down Nest Secure. This will impact my door lock. I have been receiving notices and vouchers to get things ready but they only work in the **. I have been in contact with 5 different "support people" who just keep giving me the run around saying nothing can be done. Google is just ok with knowing my door lock will stop working come ****** I can't believe a company like Google is being so negligent with the safety of their customers.

      ******* premium customer for 10 plus years. Decent service considering you get to bypass ads which is by far the best thing. However that is truly the only thing thats offered that makes it great the couple of other perks they offer are really useless to me. Now to what brings me here theyre literally charging nearly a $6 increase for an individual basic plan $10.94 to $15.32. Thats just ridiculous almost as ridiculous as ******* charges. Then not to mention I wasnt aware of the increase. I just so happened to log into my bank account and see the new charges. It appears they started charging $15.32 January 2024. Im so disappointed and I refuse to pay that much smh Ive already cancelled for the month of March. Why pay the increase when I can just watch for free. Yes Ill miss ad free but oh well. Heck they still have ads running on the screen anyways along with the survey questions etcjust greedy hope they lose a lot of premium customers.

      I have been trying to get help as a paying Google Business user for a week and have currently been on hold for more than an hour. It seems like customer service is dead with **********************. They used to be great! I really wish they would go back to having an actual call center with competent people on the phone.

      terrible customer service, been with them for 20+ years. they charged me for device protection on a old device for 23 months, i called them on it and they wont make it right.

      *********** impossible to cancel! Their cancel subscription instructions lead you to a continuous loop of inability to reach the actual cancel subscription tab! Went to remove my credit card from my acct which cannot be done w/ out adding another one as they require a CC on file. So, I deleted my CC and added my FSA card in its place in an attempt to stop the charges for a subscription I couldnt cancel. That worked for 1 month as I knew their charges wouldnt be honored by my FSA CC. The following month they start charging the old CC I had on file. Pretty damned certain that isnt legal. Ultimately had to close my Credit card acct to stop this Ahole, POS company. Hate them ! Want nothing to do w/ them EVER AGAIN!
