Absolutely worst phone service I have ever experienced. I'm in customer service as well and have never treated a person the way they treated me. I have the phone they sent me for two days before they shut off my service and wouldn't turn back on until I paid next months bill 22 days before my bill was due. I believe google fi is a scam company and I hope they get shut down before anyone else falls pry to this company and spends all there money just to receive people who don't care about your problems and collect your money for service that is just gonna get shut off anyway.

I just got terribly scanned from you tube support team. I should have known better not to get Apple Cards & believe they were going to send a check to my bank. I was robbed about $20,000. So **** convincing!

Currently, I am extremely unsatisfied with Google as my Pixel 7a is experiencing overheating issues. Despite my desire to exchange the phone for a different model using credit from this purchase, Google has informed me that this option is unavailable. Regrettably, I am not content with obtaining a new phone, as I fear that the overheating problem may persist.

Too bad there is a no star option. Google is a bully does not provide small businesses the opportunity to fix issues according to their guidelines. Youre supposed to guess and even then they just erase your page that you have tried hard to build. Its an algorithm ran business that offers no help to consumers I will not invest anymore time in. It took me a whole year to get 17 reviews. I tried verifying my address and they suspended my page and then erased it after they offered no clear way to fix it. If youre a business owner use other apps like Nextdoor and BBB. At least you stand a chance with them.

As a registered user.. I can no longer access ********************** by logging in and Google provides no access to websites that rely on Google for logging in to account or subscription. Their verification as implemented is based upon texting to a cell phone which I do not have... I am desktop PC user and I find **********************'s narrow minded albeit restrictive implementation to ignore "consumer sovereignty" as their control of browser accesses to website normally accessed block usage as Google controls logins that cannot be used and Google requires a login to ask for help or complain. Google' ubiquitous dominating control over website access seems anti-competitive., certainly hampering the revenue streams of retail websites I purchase from.

fi.google.com is a scam. (NO STARS!)Let me start by saying that I have been a satisfied Google customer since **** when I became an early adopter of gmail. It makes me sad to see that the company is promoting and profiting from this obvious scam.Today, for the second time, I attempted to cancel fi.google.com (Google Wireless}. Having failed the first time, and paying $54.76 in January **** for a service I never used, I called customer support. An agent told me that since I'd never used the service, I would be billed two more times at $54.76 per month. (HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?) She said, these charges would be refunded to me in 90 days. (WHAT?) I asked to speak to the agent's manager and was told there was no way to transfer calls. (UNBELIEVABLE!)I am 72 years old and live on Social Security retirement, so I think I should notify Elder Justice Initiative of ************************ as well. This certainly seems to be a case of elder financial abuse. To add insult to injury, there seems to be no way to file an actual BBB complaint -- even after spending 10 minutes searching for an actual physical address.

Google has assinged a business to my email address. I have tried from several years to get them to correct this. I am referred to a web site to close the business. This is NOT my business and I do not wish to damage another persons business by closing it with Google. I simply want the business profile removed from my identity. I can't speak to anyone in Google who can help me, regardless of my attempts. Big tech is simply too big if they can't correct problems that affect a single individual or another man's business.
