      These people in ******** are in direct violation of several laws and their own **************** policies. They are absolutely and arbitrarily deleting comments of all natures. They won't allow a simple comment of Transmission malfunction because they think it's an attack on a lgbtq person, when in reality, ******* will openly LIE about actual news events. Spread misinformation in the guise of political narratives and paid promotions. I have seen very hateful and openly racist comments targeting, whites, straight, religious and those people that want to focus on science and truth. ******* is a disgusting and deceitful business, with absolutely insane people working in the higher offices. This company needs to be audited and busted open like the rotten egg it is. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON ******** THIS COMPANY IS ACTIVELY DESTROYING ITSELF WHILE TURNING THOSE WHO USE IT AGAINST EACH OTHER.

      I have been caused a great deal of pain in the recent weeks with Google. I have been an active Google customer, user, and even participant for pilots and while attempting to change my business address (Ive expanded) an error about the pin popped up and then my account was suspended. They no longer have Google ************************* so Ive spent hours, and over a week trying to resolve this by reading articles, editing the page, requesting reinstatement and going back and fourth with people who tell me they sent it to a board of specialist. Any board would be able to look at my page, see how many amazing people Ive serviced and their detailed reviews and know that Im a legit business. I had 171 5 star reviews when I was just a single studio and now that Ive grown my page isnt visible. Ive lost money every single day. And Im totally disgusted with their lack of care for their business profiles and people. They offer no personalized help unless you pay the $40 for an appointment but that states they cant help you in case of suspension. Its a dead end. Im hurt, my business has lost business, and I want this to be fixed.

      ******* apparently thinks it's acceptable to advertise and advocate for genocide of the Palestinians. If ****** is keeps committing war crimes and the genocide of a whole group of people and ******* allows them to market support for this disgusting injustice....my whole family will discontinue using ******* platform. I better not see this advertisement come across my television again.

      I purchased a Google Play gift card from ********** and when I wanted to redeem the gift card on Google Play. It asked me for the receipt; but the issue is I lost the receipt. Since when do you need receipt to redeem a gift card. I have purchased gift cards; and never did the store ask for my receipt. Many people probably had same issue with Google where they purchased gift cards and didn't know they needed to keep the receipt to redeem it. Google should write on their gift cards that you need to keep receipt before redeeming it.Now i lost money because my gift card is not redeemable.

      Hello, I brought Google Pixel 6a back in august, and starting January i was having issue with mic, When i reached out to google support they promised to provide me with replacement device, so i have shipped the device to ********************** provided address with their label, and i'm supposed to receive replacement device by ********** and till today (Feb-10-2024) i didnt receive it, When i contact google support over call and email they always ask for 72Hrs even if i reachout to them after 72Hrs they ask for 72hrs again.

      Google play games with monopoly go and scoply has robbed me of my life savings and I had cancer removed from my brain. My nephews used my phone with I was at home and mostly unconscious the December and January and my nephews played monopoly go with my ******** and my unconscious fingerprint and charged over $8400.00 in December and January. My bank account is negative amount I have had to stop my cancer treatments and can no longer afford food. Google play won't help scoply the game manufacturers won't help. And this app game monopoly go and Google play i think know what they are doing to rob people then change phone numbers each time they give one and each email response only a 1 time shot to ever reach anyone and their emails cannot even be replied to. They know I will die soon and they stole my life savings in 2 months and looks to be going to get away with it if I just starve to death soon enough. I'm sure I will. I will never have android or Google again. I thought I was safe but their 2 part verification was easy hacked by children and this is the most evil business on the planet. To wake up fighting my brain cancer and to gain my strength to being robbed of my only money to get medical needs and food. This is evil and murder.

      Google Pixel, terrible customer service. Purchased a ********************** Pixel 8 Pro and three months later the screen went plant. Didn't have any damage to it, no water damage, even had a Otterbox and screen protector. Was told by cell phone provider to send it to Google for repair. Sent phone in with a prepaid, protected envelope sent by Google. Came back that they wanted $220 to fix the phone do to damage. There was absolutely no damage to this phone so either they were lying about the damage or the phone was defected when I received it. Called customer service, transferred 3 times, on the phone for 45 minutes to be advised, it had to be escalated and I would receive a response in 24 hours. Got an email that a new phone was shipped, with a tracking number. Did not receive so checked the tracking, phone was sent to the wrong address and signed for by someone. Called CS again, was told I had to reply to the email and they couldn't help me over the phone. Received one email per day for the last 2 weeks apologizing and saying the issue was escalated and being looked into. Finally canceled the repair ticket and said to send the phone back. Three days later, still have not received confirmation that my phone has been sent back and no response from CS. Due to the time zone difference, all emails sent in the middle of the night and when I respond right away in the morning, I get no response.

      I think that y'all are very overrated half of everything that you promised on your platform or in that app we can't even use and it does not provide very much help at all of recovering anything helping you fix anything or giving you solutions other than one to help solve your problem at this point I'm trying to get this situation resolved but it has not been resolved in 6 days which has caused me financial difficulties including an eviction notice lights being cut off no way to call work no way to receive emails from school or job no ways to contact any family members or any business entity period including login with any financial app it is that I have obtaining or receiving any money through any banking app because all of my passwords and everything is logged in with Google I've had one email address one Google account for 5 years and in the last 3 days y'all made me make three to recover One account and still haven't given me access to that one account with my information in it all because I bought a new phone and y'all couldn't program it or log me in because I saved everything with Google or logged into everything with Google now you have all of my information and I have no way of accessing it because you have no way of giving me a recovery step to take you provided me you you provided me with no other solutions but you took other solutions like questions security questions that I've never even been asked but I was asked and gave answers to in order to create the account I spent money on Google one yesterday and now they're telling me I can't even log in that I need to upgrade my plan and I haven't even been able to use it because y'all have all my passwords all my information financially and personal and I have no way of accessing it cuz you can't send me a link because I did not make a recovery stage yet with that email I provided a phone number I still have that phone number and you still have not let me access my information that belongs to me just me
