  This review is about Google nest specifically. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. We have reason to believe that our Google nest captured a crime being committed on my property. We have 4 case numbers and have spent over 6 hrs on the phone trying to retrieve the footage. We do have screen shots but not the live video. They have refused to let us speak with a supervisor. We have not received one return phone call as promised.

  On November 1, 2022, I asked Google LLC, to STOP ALL subscriptions associated with the GSUITE subscriptions immediately after I found that my wife was not starting the business due to illness, and they said they said they would, But, after looking over my bank statements, I see the subscriptions was never cancelled. Now, I am unable to get them on the phone. Google have taken so far (14) $6.00 - totaling $84.00 unauthorized payments from my bank account that I am asking to be returned to me via my bank account ending in ****. However, the initial free trial amount of $2.51, I am not requesting to be refunded. There is no clear instructions in cancelling the subscription online, I sent a letter asking for the service to be cancelled, and have not received a response. PLEASE HELP ME GET A RESOLUTION TO THIS MATTER. Thank you

  This is my first step in making sure we can sue ********************** since no one wants to stop these tyrants. I'm tired of my rights being infringed on by my comments being shadow banned. These companies gain privileges from 230 and are supposed to be a platform for free speech. They are bias and remove everything they don't like or just keep people from seeing what you write. This is illegal and the fact so many report this and nothing is done shows the bbb is a joke. You want to take our voices then you leave no other choice but for us to use actions. Keep this c*** up and you are going to wake a problem you will not like. I have 1 more comment censored with nothing done about it legally I'm gonna assume all who support this behavior as the enemy of *******. Try me. This has gone on long enough either take there protections away or pay up for rights violations. I'm holding the bbb responsible as well.

  Ran into a bunch of *******rs back in the day, and they didn't say a whole lot in person. Pretty mysterious at first, with folks like iJustine and some other old- school *******rs, in trying to remember what was happening, find that the ************************* of Scientologists' decided to pick on me even as far back as 2009, discovering a racket with the internet, where lies religious folks, crossroads in doing business online, so sales and marketshares were explored, including that greedy ******** HACKER- fraternity. Going to apply anytime soon with ******? Not a chance!***************************, used *************************, a number of New Age folks, including *******************, to help start a ******* racket online, and I was made aware of **** back in the old days, just before the ************** was launched, and before my community college days, had only heard of just video editing, "photoshop" but was expecting a protest from the 700- club, *************** and had been decieved by big news outlets about any concerns that the ****** of ************* **************** had about using the internet. Did encounter some ****** services that explained they were uploading ******* videos on their channels. Was told that even ******** (SPANISH) TV were assisting relatives in marketing LBGTQ - Community lead harassment, disagreement about my own personal internet usage, not company email, at- large *******r station. Mostly fabricated by the ************************************ originally, just ****** services that wanted too much upfront and then press coverage for #boycott on several other social media websites. Just complaining to the company for investigation in *******rs, not counting professional workers using ******* for public or press, heard that @IASassociation called these operations, "Scientology dot TV" 3-4 years before the network launched! Sounds like NewsCorps. helping out ****************. Pretty lame, but you can follow up on my channel, subscriptions, find out more. Cut the check $$

  You are an embarrassment to every company that follows the rules. You have zero customer service and refuse to help us with our problem. You are literally trying to destroy a small company.   Google constantly infringes upon our Free Speech, especially regarding comments, left on ******* videos. They constantly tell me they've removed my comments(100 times roughly) when you open the app, a notification appears, saying a comment of mine was removed(never showing which one)they then threaten you to speak to their standards, or you'll get suspended. They also have a notification box that pops up, when you go to post a comment, that shows your comment, threatens to suspend you, or terminate your channel (if you don't speak to their standards); "Are you sure you want to post this? If it goes against our guidelines, you could have your ability to comment suspended, or channel terminated after you've attempted to post "(paraphrasing), if you post a comment they do not like(had this roughly 50 times) The amount of times they've infringed upon my right to speak freely, is disgusting, and has now impacted my ability to speak my freely(that's what they want). Both, due to fear of saying something they don't like, and them suspending me from commenting for 24hrs, roughly 30 times, to date.They also conduct fraudulent activity practices, like "shadow banning";which, makes the commenters believe their comment has been posted on a video;however, it is actually NOT there! As it's only visible to poster! This is fraudulent/deceptive, and just plain evil!!When is this entity going to be sanctioned, for it's blatant disregard for individuals basic rights?! A bakery can't refuse to bake a cake, but Google can pick and choose which opinions are allowed?!

  These people are legal scammers I cancel all good services when it comes to my business and these people are still charging me after I had removed all my information now I have to get a completely new card.. I would stay far away from using any google services. These people are scum bags

  Google has taken my two books and selling them online, one for the prize, that I have sold it myself, and two raise the price outrageously on my second book without authorization.Google, has never given me royalties for my books, which are copyrighted registered by me. I have requested a information about royalties and they agreed I have royalties, but when I called Google and ask about it, I am told that no one knows who controls the royalties or the books that they sell online. This has been going on for many years and I have never received any money from Google, although they continue to sell my books at prices which I have not authorized.

  Google fi Lost my number when I ported it from **** mobile. Very poor advance resolution when somehing goes wrong. Google Fi User Connectivity T2 specialist was on a different time zone, replayed via email once a day, and seemed to wait me out to give off my phone numbers porting.

  Google Fi is a scam. They say use Google Fi while overseas but highly not to recommend because they charge for international calling even though you may have a ** number. You pay $65.00 for unlimited call, text, and dat. When being stationed overseas don't recommend to call back stateside because they charge you for calling. That's the international call that they charge you for. Google Fi is all about there money and will over charge for no reason. They will figure out a way to SCAM you and customer service is no good.
