      I could not get my second "Google my business" listing active even though I had no problems in the past. I tried contacting their support many times about the problem that they couldn't actually tell me what it was and to get it fixed, but they never helped me even though it was literally their job and it was costing me business. There are two problems that they failed miserably on, the first is that they couldn't tell me why they couldn't list my business the way it was and the second was that they failed to help me in any way fixing whatever was wrong. I had to pay some on Fiverr to fix it for me, $30, which I want Google to reimburse me for. Their support people should have been able to help me, it's their job. I should not have had to spend money on a third part not affiliated with Google to fix something in their own program. My business is new, I don't have access money to throw around people people are too lazy to do their job, or whatever the case may have been. Google should have helped me with their own problem, not a third party. I want my money back, I am sick of paying the price for other people and these big companies getting away with having no integrity "because the can." Make this right Google!

      Google Home router and Hub and other home equipment has never worked since purchase of products a little over a month ago. ****, of Elevated Environments and I had trouble or little help from their tech support starting out getting everything setup to connect all devices but persisting internet connections hampered us being able to use the their devices. They denied my subsciption request to use their sevices but never solved the issue. So, I brought quatum fiber in to use their equipment for what I want to accomplish. Today, after being distracted with their foolishness with their repeatedly asking what I want after stating a (return), they kept questioning me and saying they ***** understand? Humiliated but not defeated I chose not to continue to see if reasoning and common sense was possible regardless of their sheer arrogance, deception, blatant disrespect. After hanging up she called and stated "the call dropped" I said no i hung ** in your face, and instantly repeated the same solution in dealing with rogue businesses inept personnel.

      We subscribed to the *** football package thru ******* since they are the only one carrying it now. Not only are we paying $347 a year for the *** package but ******* also requires that you pay $70 a month for the base package to get the football package, That does not include anything else. Another words it now costs over $1000 a year for just the football channel.No stars, this is unbelievable.

      Charging me for a You Tube account I do not have. I am unable to cancel it since it does not show up in my subscriptions!!! I do not have a user name or password since I DO NOT have a You Tube Account. No one to call I have tried everything! This is to the tune of over ***** per month. Fun fact you can cancel a subscription that you dent have!!!!

      I had to set up a gmail account for my new employer in order to correspond with as directed by them in I would be a delivery driver. They told me to keep checking that email for messages for the next steps in the hiring process. I set it up just a few days ago I went to check it the next day and Im locked out my gmail account. I followed everything that is asked me to in support and nothing worked. I sat on the phone for 7 hours waiting on someone and no one answered. I need this job and yes they will be the reason I dont get it. Because they have me locked out my work email for no reason and if thats the case then just delete the account if youre going to allow me access to my own work account. I want file against them because they have no right to interfere with someones job and not explain whats going on.

      These guys absolutely do not care about customer service. Arrogance of success will be their downfall. Stop caring about customers, lets see how long your so called success continues. Not sure who is running the show here, they sure train their agents to be extremely dissociated with customers and totally uncaring.

      Posting Doxxing information an refuses to take it down I am very angry because unless you hire a lawyer they get away with it they have had me stalked harrassed almost killed because of the exploitation.

      I set up an appointment to have GFiber installed on 11/14. Technician ran into a wiring issue in my bldg and couldn't complete the install. He said there were quite a few problems in my condo complex and their team would have to work to resolve it. Once resolved, they would reach out to me and a tech would come to finish the install. I never heard anything back from anyone until today when I received a bill. I called customer service to inquire why I was being billed and they said the issue was resolved on 11/15. The *** also informed me that they use a third party for their technicians and if the techs didn't get back to me to tell me the issue was resolved, they aren't responsible. The techs also do NOT have to tell anyone when they've visited a property so they can put whatever in their notes and it's the techs word against the customer's. The techs lied and said they tried to reach me but I wasn't available.So....GFiber decided to side with the tech company (the third party), essentially calling me - the customer - a liar. So now I have to pay a bill for a service that I didn't even know was available. They will NEVER again get my business. EVER. I'd rather pay more and stay with a company that's honest.

      ********** has been charging me monthly for 3 months after I've cancelled the service, they acknowledged my service has been cancelled but they kept charging me. I had to cancel my credit card to end it.Google support is non existent. I'll never subscribe to any of their services again.*************************

      I got an *** Sunday ticket for $299. Then they proceeded to tell me I needed to pay $28 extra a month which was never explained to me at the beginning when I bought the $299 ticket Hence I stop payment when I saw the charge on my credit card, now I cannot see the *** games that I paid $299 for Complete rip off Called customer service they could do nothing for me except tell me I had to continue paying the extra 28 such a month They should be ashamed of themselves I want my money back and have no chance of getting it
