      Google keeps suspending my companies' local services account for no reason. This has happened to me multiple times this year.

      I am a paid subscriber to some channels and, when they do go live I can only post a few times - maybe - then it stops posting my comments. This happens if I refresh the browser or change the chat from "Top Chat" to "Live Chat" or vis versa and the post disappear.. I have tried four different browsers and the list goes on and on. You name it, I've done it. My posts do show up if I make a donation the green sticker does does show up. I have put in many complaints to ****************************** via their "Feedback". Again, yes, I am a current subscriber/donor to the channels, etc. I did file a complaint with Pis**d Consumer and I get back an email saying they just passed over the complaint and they didn't even read it.

      I spent nearly two hours attempting to cancel my Nest Aware subscription today, after spending at least another three hours on other occasions attempting to cancel it. Following the website instructions just goes into an endless loop, pointing me to sign up for a new subscription. Upon contacting their support through Chat, I spent another hour talking with three different levels of support personnel. The issue still has not been resolved, so I will appeal the automatic renewal directly with my credit card company.

      2 days ago while wanting to watch *********** I could not get to the regular programming that I already paid for. The problem was that the screen that ******* sent me to was to purchase or try for free, was their attempt to sell me their **** SUNDAY TICKET" programming, of which I would never buy this as I am not a fan of football. This caused me to loose 2 days of the programming, again of which I PAID for, but was not able to access due to the problem described. A friend who set up the ******* ** for me had to get involved to fix this problem, which was to log onto my account, type in a code that was sent to me, then the problem was fixed. In order to keep their customers, ******* ** needs to add a NO THANKS option to their add screen, so we the customers are not having to log onto our ******* ** accounts and be troubled to fix this problem just so we can see the ** viewing that we paid for, and not have to go through this lengthily process to avoid programming that we do not want. My problem has been resolved with my friends help, but I nor others should have to go through this. I see this ******* ** as a scam.

      I hate this morally bankrupt garbage patch company. They are lowlife trash. I own the Pixel 7 Pro and it's worse than my cancer diagnosis from 2016. F****** pile of s*** cut out 39 times during one music video. It does this consistently and at the same point every f****** time. I can't receive phone calls. My job is to receive phone calls. I tried to contact support but they basically said "you have two phone numbers? one for work and one personal? then you can get fucked". Everyone who works for this company should be genetically eliminated from the species. Worse than cockroaches. To Google: Don't contact me; you cannot make this right. I am currently putting the 9 month old Pixel 7 Pro through the garbage disposal. Na *************** chat gun lamhain

      This complaint pertains to Google Fiber Webpass. When will Google Fiber credit my account $100.? The company incorrectly dinged my credit card for equipment (i.e. the wifi router). This happened after weeks of calls to customer service. **************** says they "escalated" the issue twice. More correctly, Google Fiber "downgraded" the issue. By the way, this problem arose after I UPDGRADED my service from 250 mg to 1 g. Imagine that. What a way to reward and value a customer who commits to ********************** Fiber. This is so disappointing. For a company that prides itself on advanced technology, Google Fiber's customer service seems to function more as a 20th century company. By the way, Google Fiber was unable to transfer me to the ******************* The department, they say, works only offline. Curious that Google Fiber was available online to upgrade me to a higher-priced service, but is unavailable online or otherwise to credit back my account for its billing error. Again, profoundly disappointing.

      I forgot my old email account's password and also forgot my old back up account email and I contacted google about it plenty of times and they just left me on hold well over an hour!!

      This company only cares to syphon money from people! They purchased Nest and once the cameras got to a newer version, this required use of the Google Home App. You can view camera feeds from home.google.com, but there is not way to see history, create a custom clip, or download an **********. The Nest app won't allow adding a new camera by any means. The Nest ********* view allow custom clip creation which made it amazing. I contacted google support and they said that "custom clip creation" is not available at this time. IT COSTS $150 for a plan that gives 10 continuous days (24/7) recording and 60 days of Event history. You CANNOT create a custom clip and by this, if you have to save a video for legal reasons YOU CAN'T. There is no way to screen record with a hard timestamp in app or browser. THIS COMPANY IS ROBBING PEOPLE! Do NOT buy anything Google Nest if you actually need a security system worthy of continuous recording and custom clip creation. I know understand why this company is given 1 star!

      Freedom of speech is gone with this Global Tyrant. No matter what they say, Google, ***************** have a monopoly over the world wide web. This IS supposed to be a public forum. I guarantee it is not!
