      Horrible service. Bought and paid for a $25 Google play card and when I tried to add it to my Google play account they replied with "need more info". I have the physical card and receipt showing I paid for it, sent a picture of them, and they blocked my Google play account now. So they can just steal my money? Or fraudulently let's people pay for a service then deny letting them use that service? It is fraud and illegal! Been using Google play for me and my family for years! Guess it's time to file a lawsuit and find a new service to use. Shameful!!!!

      I purchase a doorbell camera from this manufacturer its defective and they send me a refurbished product in exchange for the defective one, which missing parts that is needed to work.

      Unable to RMA broken nest thermostat. Unresponsive support.I am at about 6 months trying to file an RMA for a broken device. There is no phone line and submitting a request just gets you a response about 2 months later asking for a time to diagnose the issue. This never results in a follow up phone call and I have attempted to get the process rolling 3 times thus far.Considering the failing relay on the hot/cold line is a common issue and the [by design] terrible support I can't in good conscious recommend this company.

      They are some of the slowest people to get an issue resolved. I've needed internet & set 3 different appointments in a *************** cancelled all 3. Google is the only option I have in my community. Several things in my home won't operate with the internet.

      Why do you play with people with ads? Why do we have to talk with someone who is always trying to sell people? I do not need anyone to manage anything. You but a problem with the ads so someone will have to talk with a salesman. Nothing is wrong with my phone you have these defaulted machines. I need help getting my ad running.

      I have been extremely patient with Google Nest over this issue. Enough is enough. My Google Nest failed after around 7 months of ownership. I requested a RMA replacement for it after troubleshooting. I got my replacement within about a weeks time from them on 7/27/23. I mailed back my original defective unit on 7/28/23. The defective device was delivered to Google on 8/1/23, Google signed for delivery and I have proof of delivery for it from ****** Then on 8/5/23, I received an email saying I will be charged on the 16th of August if I do not return my item. Which Google already has. So I reached out to Nest support on 8/6, was told to wait, I then got another email saying I did not return it on 8/12, which again I reached out, they then said they had their "dedicated team" working it and would reach out in 5 days. Well I reached out again on the 8/16, they said they they will get me an answer by the 19th and I will not be charged. It is now 8/18, Google Has charged me $189.00 for my replacement device even tho I RETURNED MY PRODUCT ON TIME. I contacted again they said their "dedicated team" is working on it again. And would not escalate this further and kept avoiding my questions. I should NOT be charged for the incompetence of Google on not dealing with this issue. I reached out FOUR times. Mailed the defective device with in 1 day of receiving my replacement. And google received the defective device 18 DAYS AGO.

      Google/YouTube allows channels to profit from the trade/abuse of exotic animals, especially young monkeys. Despite numerous complaints and reports to YT regarding abusive videos (such as the Baby Dam channel), no response has been given. HQ has been contacted, even ************ ************************ with no response. This makes Google/YouTube complicit in animal abuse.

      Reached out to google ********** several times about a double billing issue. They just repeatedly denied billing us twice every month for over a yr. Took ** for over $1,000. Fonally cancelled

      I have reached out to google. I purchased a gift card. Used all but 11 dollars. Found something I wanted to buy. Google is now demanding I show proof of ownership of a card I threw out the day I uploaded it. I can tell them all my transactions. Just not photo proof. That is an issue with google

      I had Google ************************ for my business emails. I found another provider that served my needs better and for a lot less. I canceled my account and didn't find out until quite a while after that I have an outstanding bill. I can no longer log into the account as they closed it, and it's past the 20-day period you can get access back. I've sent emails, made phone calls, and tried to look up info on their site. I keep being told I have to log into my account and contact the *** department specifically, as no one else is able to help. Well, I can't. And now they are sending more emails from no-reply addresses, and I am getting no help other than an endless runaround.
