  This company doesn't hire humans and steals your money. There is not a single person to contact when your not given the product you paid for. Just directed to a user community. This company is criminal

  STOP ROBO CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have asked them to stop calling!! yet everyday 2-3 times a day I get the call. I have called the number given to be taken off the list and it is just another scam. I am just frustrated. This is the number that keeps calling. **************

  I've been getting charged for something for over a YEAR that I CAN'T cancell! I've tried EVERYTHING I can humanly possibly figure out to fix this and to get an actual HUMAN. I even sent the corporation an actual LETTER physically begging the person to help **** am disabled and caring for my elderly dad. I have been out of work for almost 3 years and am stressed beyond anything. I'm trying to get a JOB and I have a business I'm trying to run. I go on today to see how the jobs are going and I'm locked out to non payment.I have been paying for 3 accounts for years. I only have one that I want but because I didn't know to cancel a certain way and deleted my accounts, I couldn't remember the account names therefore i couldn't sign in to cancel them. I keep trrying to call, no automated messaging gives me an option even close to my problem and then they hang up.They also shut down my google my business presence in february. I got it up again recently and they took it down again. I will HAPPILY pay for my ONE EMAIL ADDRESS ****@suns. . .. . but not for 2 others that I do not even use! please help!

  Pls bow your heads when ***** walks into the room and his parents. Google pay was letting me get cash back then they just stop. I have the funds on my Google pay but it won't let me cash it out. All of sudden. I'm pretty sure Mastercard is upset with the dispenserys for not including them in **** surcharge. Giving them a percentage. Now there saying stop taking debit cards at the dispensery. And mayor ***** stole all the tester weed and the ****** relief money for ********. And they pinch pebt for ******** and gave it to the stick people that dont even have children. Then they turned down the government assistance for ******** for the summer of 2023. Which thought was rude. I'm not selling my kids for food insecurities. I will still like to receive my Pebt for the summer 2023 thanks again **** place in CA for Google is not on the up and up I think it was Canda

  We have had Google Fiber for 2.5 years - until we moved 3 weeks ago. We were informed Google Fiber is available at our new location. We scheduled an install for July 11th. On July 11th, the tech can out to install, but there was an issue - the "light is not on at the box." We were informed that the fiber needed connecting at the pole, and someone would be out in 24 - 48 hours. Today is July 27th and we still don't have internet - working from home utilizing the internet to earn money, this is financially devastating. Numerous calls to Google have produced no results. We call in only to be told there's nothing they can do, and they will have a supervisor call us back. We are still waiting on the call back. 16 days after the initial set-up appointment and still no internet, still no call back from a supervisor, still haven't had anyone from Google to show up to our place to fix the issue. One customer doesn't matter to a company like ********************** - they obviously have no regard for a previously loyal customer. Buyer beware.

  Google Fi is a TRASH SERVICE run by the most SCUMMY SCAMMY robots ever. Don't bother trying to get in contact with a human because it is not happening. I bought a google fi SIM kit and activated it in ******* before I flew to ******, one of the 200 "countries supported" by google fi, and upon arriving, the cell phone plan stopped working. I have contacted google fi support and only robots reply. They keep accusing me of turning off international services which is a lie. I tell them this and they keep going in circles. I will be contacting a lawyer and at the least, filing in small claims court. This is unacceptable and I have never been treated so badly by a business before. DO NOT TRUST!!! DO NOT BUY!! STAY AWAY FROM GOOGLE FI!!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! STAY AWAY!! IT IS A FRAUDULENT SCAM!! IF I COULD SCORE LOWER I WOULD!!

  Google is one of the best and bigger website company in the market. However is impossible to contact Google's customer service, you never have the opportunity to have a real person a life to help you with your issue. Google just wrote generalize instructions for their clients' issues online. I have around four (4 ) accounts block I would not unblock at the moment. Google are going to probably delete with not be responsible of that, they delete accounts when the client has not been used. The problem with that is your have important documents, information, photos etc. in these accounts. and google deletes these accounts with not responsibility to storage the information in the cloud, that way if the client needs these would recover the information.

  I hired an ad block service to stop ads popping up. Only Google seems to be able to defeat it. There needs to be a way to stop the annoying ads!!!!!!! I use Google on a regular basis and the service is great! I just hate pop ****** There should be a way to stop it! Also about half are scams, I never respond to any of them!
