      I'm a long time user of ******* they are attacking my favorite channels I am considered a consumer by standards of business by using their product they are biased and attacking black content creators channels putting unnecessary strikes on them using the algorithms to keep certain channels at a certain standard now by me washing ******* I am consuming from their product they are LLC and I expect for them to conduct their business properly this is a review cuz I'm tired of it cuz I seen multiple occasions where black content creators channels get taken down or content tooken down from their so-called algorithms and now they're messing with my account won't let me get in the app won't let me leave comments on my favorite channels why I don't know that's up to y'all to find out but this is my review I would recommend for this entity to stop their actions before they lose their LLC you're supposed to be civil and just not bias and hate thank you

      Google, the apparent owner of ******* does bad customer service business when it comes to their ******* subscription TV service with customers. I've been receiving two subscription charges for the use of one subscription. I reviewed my billing was surprised at this double charge. When I reached out to customer support, they have given me the run around for over TWO MONTHS with no resolve yet, even though I explicitly given them tangible documentation/evidence of the double charges that they could not explain. They themselves acknowledged something needed to be investigated on this issue, but they refuse to give back my money they unrightfully took from me without service. They forward their customer support to some foreigners that have zero power to push these issues to be resolved. There is no person that can be contacted via phone either, as they don't have a number for customer support service like any other entity that provide the service they provide. But hey what does Google/******* care, they are making huge amounts of dollars and they don't give a **** about individual customer complaints at the end of the day.

      Customer support is non existent and it takes over an hour to get anyone. The options you have outside of a person don't work properly either.

      In this post I am starting documentation of the constant removal of my hard-earned happy customer reviews. I have been noticing these activities on my Google Business Profile. I was at 45 in May, and I discovered I was 44 on June 15 and on July 11,2023 I am done to 43. It is shame Google cant trusted. Business owner and customer has to be vigilant by Policing their accounts.

      Google playstore billed me for another month even if i didnt subscribe to a yearly basis, i opted for a month trial and they didnt even warn me of getting chatged or an authorization or one time pin just because its link to my mobile postpaid 1909-8811-7412 claim id they never refunded

      It's been over a month since I redeemed my $30 gift card with goigle play,to enable me complete my in app purchase,but after redeeming it, Google play won't let me complete my purchase, it kept giving me this error "your transaction can't be completed..." I've contacted their customer specialist almost every day, and each times they will say to give it ***** hours to make the purchase,that it has been solved,up till today that's the answer I get from them after continously failure to use my gift card. I think giigle purposely block this purchase so I can forfeit my money for them, I've read many people make the same complaint. This is criminal, it's broad day light robbery. They refuse to issue a refund,refuse to offer alternative to get back gift card, and they refuse to let me use my fund. I have zero respect for this company.

      My sons posted an inappropriate video on ******* without my knowledge essentially hijacking my account causing it to be banned and flagged and also banning my gmail account and all my accounts attached this is a huge inconvenience and causing great stress they have an flawed appeal process and trying to get in touch via phone is very difficult this practice is dangerous and life altering and needs a better approach.

      I am trying to get two Google gift card issues resolved for the past 6 weeks. I am exhausted of continuously sending emails connecting to chats so someone can finally fix the problem. I am sending pictures of the cards proof of purchase and etc.with no end result. I am only being send from one support to the next. The amount is together only $50 however it is the principal. If I have to run around on chat sites to try to reach just one person I sure expect some results.

      impossible to contact or secure a reply. I have attempted repetedly to seek techinical assistance via phone, text, email or carrier pegion. these people simply do not reply. they have become too big to care about the customer

      I bought a Google Pixel 7 Pro phone in which I spent 900 dollars, I have been less than 90 days of use and the phone heats up, It gets so hot that it is difficult to use it, I reported this a week after the purchase, however they told me I should wait,That the phone adapts to the user, however 2 months later it is still warming up, Last week I kept it in my bag pocket when it was hot and when I took it out the screen was broken, but all this du e to the battery, Google offers a high-lasting battery that does not heat up, but does not meet these specifications. I tried a week ago to make the claim but they don't give me a solution, they say that I must pay for the arrangement, when reviewing the reviews I realize that many users regret their purchase, They do not want to give a solution to the problem, I consider that they are not fair or equitable with customers
