******* is removing my comments. My comments are usually appreciative of other musician's work. They do not infringe on any of ********* legal whim. I am planning on calling my senator. We need to make all algorithms public.

Google pixel phones are worthless p.o.s.... if my phone situation doesn't get resolved soon, I might have to look into getting a lawsuit filed. I really don't want to do that but I've only had the phone for 2 months, and it's to that point where I just want my money back. Then I'll go back to a phone I know, ******* Galaxy phone. This has been the worst experience I've had from a phone.

Googles payment system is criminal!!! I took care of my past due balance and paid for the next month too but not only did they charge me for that payment of 2 nonths, they charged me the originally month that didn't go through!! NO BIGGIE I thought at the time because then I'll just have the next month covered but for some reason, I only had a ***** balance where I should have had -6.94.I reached out to customer service to explain my issue:There's a credit balance on my admin account now but it's only -$4.11 not a full month of service that I PAID FOR($6.94)!!When I brought this up to customer service, they said that ***** is accurate. That is ******** because I paid for 3 months total (past, present and future month) and should have a credit balance of -$6.94!! The worst customer service in the world and they refused to give me an itemized receipt because they are criminally LYING and STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS!!! And instead of crediting me for the $2.83 I am OWED, they charge my card again for $1.99!!! Now they own me $5.83 which you would think is NOT a big deal. NEWSFLASH, to a billion dollar corporation, $5.83 is absolutely nothing. Especially when you can write off a $25 gift per customer on your yearly taxes. But guess what $5.83 is to me? Food on my table!!! Google needs to recognize that their wealth comes from the people and without us, they would be NOTHING!!Stop the greed and give me my $5.83 that I already paid!!! That money is OWED TO ME YOU THIEFS!!!!

I have been trying to cancel Google TVYouTube for months. I ended up paying $129.98 for TV that I did not watch. I did dispute, however, they could care less. This month they have billed me again for a service that I do not want. Today I filled out "Report for Unauthorized purchase." So far no reply. I am currently on my phone with their customer service number ), what a joke, it is going on 2 hours with no response. Why even has a phone number. I am going to contact my bank to send another dispute. It is apparent that Google is only interested in money no matter how they can get it. Google is one of the worst businesses.

They deleted my email account t claiming it violated their terms. My email address was my name and my zip code. I created the account to use as my Apple ID and it was removed by Google without any explanation. I feel compelled to share my story in hopes that someone somewhere will have the capability to make a difference to this tech giant. As for me I closed my remaining account and opened up new ones with ********** So much for Google being a good company.

I signed up for a Business Profile and was supposed to receive a postcard within a week or so. I signed up in another city, and I had no problem. I gave them my credit card, and they have no problem with charging my card but have yet to verify my business. I followed their protocol and emailed customer support; I only got the instructions I received before. You can tell it's a robot sending you information because it repeatedly gives me the exact instructions.

I had a Google Ad campaign running for quite awhile. I decided to cancel it over a month ago after my last statement was ridiculous and over the budget I allocated (multiple months). Plus, when I initially had signed up with Google, they had put an incorrect phone number on my ad that sent clients to a car dealership when they pushed the button. It took over two months and several emails (because there is no way to contact them by phone). I was not credited back any credit on my account and never spoke to a live person through the whole ordeal even though I requested a live phone call. I finally reached my limit and cancelled my ad. Everything on my end says it's cancelled. I received a notice that Google is trying to charge my credit card for this month for an ad that isn't running and hasn't been running over a month. Of course, there is no phone number to be able to contact them. I sent them an email. I also saw that they are setting up to charge me for next month. This is CRAZY!!!! What has happened to good customer service, live agents, good business practices? I won't be using their services again and now am trying to fight this charge via email with no results so far.

I purchased a google pixel 5a which has suffered a dead screen through no fault of my own approximately 20 months after purchase. Google knows well about this defect in the phone and has extended their 1 year warranty by another 1 year to cover this well documented problem. Although I am clearly within the 2 year period, and I purchased the phone from Google directly, they are refusing to honor their own warranty. I have been without a phone for approximately 10 days now trying to deal with their customer service which is via chat if you can figure a way to get through to their chat department. They required me to take it to their designated fix center first which I did, then mail it to them directly which I did, only to tell me that the cost to repair is more than the replacement cost. So what? Its under warranty so replace it. Never buy a product from this company as they are impossible to deal with, don't care about their consumers and will give you the run around. I had much better service and reliability from the budget phones I purchased over the years prior to the Google pixel.

I have a Google Fi phone plan and had a great working phone until it was dropped and I lost the screen. I pay for insurance to cover things like this. So I file a claim, I receive a newer refurbished model and it doesn't work properly. I call Google support for help and they say they will send me a better replacement. Get another refurbished phone that doesn't work but in a different way. I call Google again and was told to transfer back to the previous replacement and send the 2nd replacement back. I requested an equivalent to my original phone or a new phone, not the newest phone, just a new one. Was told I would get a new one and then I received another refurbished model. I cannot afford a new phone and pay for insurance to provide a working replacement phone if needed and it's been since February that I have been going back and forth with support and there has been no resolution. I have been dealing with a phone that only gets signal when using WiFi for about 5 months now. I can never get past the first supervisor over the phone. I receive an email a couple of days later from a specialist that never understands the situation through email and ended up having to call again only to repeat the process over again and repeat myself endlessly.
