      i tried to get my billing date set to the 1st of the month, they were unwilling to help so i let my account lapse til then so i could set it to the 1st myself. they went ahead and billed my account anyway after 2 weeks of not hearing from me. at which time i called them and asked for a refund or for my billing date to be changed to the 1st of July. Changing the date wouldnt be a problem if i paid the prorated rate for the days of service i would use between June 26th and July 1st. I had no problem with this as i am not looking for handouts, just a changed billing date to make paying this bill easier to maintain. Then i heard what this guy planned to charge me per day... This Fool Thought i was an idiot and was just going to allow him to bill me for $4.28/day X 7 days. No, that is not a typo, he tried to get me to agree to $4.28 a day prorated. This would have totaled $29.96 for a service that normally only cost 22.99/month for the family plan! Yea he was trying to scam me for sure....

      I pay for Googlefi. My phone stopped working. It was under warranty, so they sent a new phone. Because I couldn't provide a two-factor authentication (dead phone, non activated new phone, and not logged in on any other devices) they have not activated my cell service for TEN DAYS. It's a joint account with my spouse. They won't send him a code. They won't use the alternative emails I've provided. They have countless emails, proof of our bills, alternative email addresses, etc. They've continued charging and won't activate the service, change the email associated with the account, or cancel the service without this "process." They won't let me speak to anyone in authority in their company and recently asked me to send them personal bank statements.

      For two weeks I've been trying to get help with customer service to fix my ********************** drive syncing issue, but when I speak to their tech support, the phone call is disconnected, Im calling from my office so Im not moving and the issue is not from my end. Three of the four phone calls have be disconnected. He send an email to set up a call time for the next day. I give him a time window to call me. So I wait for their call. I get an email that he is too busy to call me. So he ask for another appointment to call me. I give them a time window again for the next day. I wait for the call and he don't call. So I send him an email to see what happened and he says he tired calling but my phone number is disconnected. Keep in mind that they (google tech support) have reached me at least twice before with the same phone number. It seems that he/google has no intention of solving my issue. They just keep dragging this along hoping that I will give up at some point. I'm paying for their service but they can't deliver.

      They removed my ******* channel and wont give it back, i never got any of the 3 warnings that their TOS state I will get.I apologized for my oversight and they never even let me do an appeal.they have power hungry system admins who care nothing at all about the client.as a few of the other people have said, they are do not actually review your emails, just get the same automated response every time.its insane.

      This is the worse business no matter how much you reported or send emails.they do not care.this company infringes on the rights of others.someone needs to investigate these so called *******rs and the *************** as a whole.we need to put an end on this ******* bullcrap.

      They removed my reviews like they were no big deal, but yet push for me to review places. I offered criticism and so much more to companies that were pulling unethical behaviors and instead of working with me, and telling me what was not acceptable in my reviews, google removes them. Going forward I will be using other services to leave reviews. It almost appears as they care more about the businesses than actual genuine criticism.

      I recently had a horrible experience with google business profile. I was trying to list my business on google and it is such a painful process. Lot of people apparently already complained about this process. I had multiple back and forth communication with google and provided them all the photos, videos they asked for verification. Yet, they simply come back and say not able to verify. It just shows the unprofessionalism and incompetency of these individuals. They don't respect people time. Till now they have not been able to tell me what am I missing to get my profile verified. Instead they keep directing me to links which I have already followed. The worst part there is nobody you can talk to, to speed things up. I am amazed how google can be so incompetent and yet allowed to be a pain for the people. They need to be held accountable.

      I wish I could give Google Fiber zero stars. They cancelled my installation at the last moment. Kept delaying without providing an estimated date, causing me to incur costs and being unable to work from home for almost 2 weeks. **************** was unreliable and unhelpful, promising calls and emails that never materialized. They do not care about customers. Horrible experience.

      Honestly didnt sign up for *********** my son did. I canceled it and was told I will be getting a refund. Didnt know a refund can take up to 60 days/ 2 months but took the money out my account instantly which is crazy.
