      Ok, You guys see all of the complaints about google but don't want to do anything about it. what ya'll waiting for a peoples protest? Google support is so unprofessional. They only help when spending money on ads that don't work. Ads that take all your money. There are ways to get it to work but they rather lead you down the wrong path so you can spend more money. But the biggest issue is..When you contact google merchant center support about getting your products listed on google. Every rep ******** you. been going back and forth with them for weeks. about there system error saying my account is suspended for msrepresentation. When support chat is telling me my site follow all the policys. But when request review, Whom ever reject it and send tghe same email. I contact suppor again and its the same thing over and over. They tell me they can't provide more info. Tell me to look at the list which is only like 7 things. I have done that 100 times. google is getting out of control and cocky! everyone needs to go to yahoo like back in the day. GOOGLE Don't have any respect for us!

      I have filed an appeal several times on 9 fake google reviews I received in 2 minutes from a troll on social media. I went through the process appeals etc to get this resolved . They removed 1 of the fake reviews but left the rest. I have sent proof screenshots of the troll admitting they will leave me several fake reviews. Nothing has been done and their support team lied to me and said they tried to call me. Noones called me. All Im asking for you to do is remove these clearly fake account reviews off my business profile I spend hundreds in google ads and this is unfair and not right as this affects my ranking

      Google will only provide support if you are actively paying them. They will DESTROY your business on a whim and will not provide ANY support whats so ever. They suspended my google maps account BECAUSE I CHANGED MY ADDRESS. Google is trash

      I have billing issue multiple billing mistakes. No way to get customer service. Ive emailed a dozen times given them times I can be reached no one calls even when scheduled and multiple times my emails have been ignored. Hours of my time this has been going on for 3 months. I hope this monopoly is broken up or foned for unfair business practices.

      My Nest thermostat started to malfunction. This was identified by **** inspector confirming that the unit is healthy and that many Nest thermostats malfunction like that. After some searching found a chat with customer service. I was told my product is still within 2 years warranty. But the condition they set for the return is to benefit them and make it difficult with non-Goggle loyal customers. The chat took more than 1 hour!!! I transferred to 3 different people. 2 conditions: 1) immediate replace, if I have a Google-Pay. (I don't). 2) I return the malfunctioned device (no address or method provided), then they "inspect" my device, then if it's faulty they would send me a replacement!!! This is after I submitted the **** inspector's report. How can I know that their inspectors confirms the problem?! It's not a shop that I take my device and wait to pick it. Once I mail my device I don't have anything to hold on to. Their whole system is bully. I see all one star reviews here. What is BBB's action to address this? Letting big company get away?!

      I am giving this business one star only because I have to. I am specifically addressing Google Fiber. I had a Google Fiber account for a couple of years. It was fine, the wifi was not the best but it was fast. I never had a reason to contact customer service while I was using ********************** Fiber. I decided to switch to a new internet provider. I canceled my Google ************* and was given instructions on how to return their equipment. I followed those instructions and received an email confirmation when the equipment was received. I then decided to check my Fiber account to make sure that I didn't have a balance owed to them. When I checked I saw that I was actually owed a refund of $63.00. I gave it a couple of weeks to hit my bank. When no refund was applied to my checking account I contacted Google Fiber support via Chat. During that first chat I was told to expect the refund around the 15th of March (2023). No refund was received during that time period. I again contacted support via chat. This time I was told that the refund was processing. Okay, I can be patient. When no refund appeared after a week I contacted chat support again. This time I was told that they had tried to deposit the refund twice and it was rejected by my bank. I was told to call my bank. After contacting my bank I was told my my bank's customer service that they had tried to deposit the funds into my account instead of processing it as a refund or credit voucher. Okay, I will get back in touch with Fiber. Cut to this morning. I contact chat support for the fourth time. After much waiting I am told that my Fiber account is "fully closed" and I will not be getting the money owed to me. I ask to chat with a supervisor. The supervisor tells me the same thing. I will not be getting the money owed to me because my account is "fully closed". No one ever contacted me to ask for an alternative way to send me the refund. No one can tell me what happens to the money now. This is unacceptable.

      This is a very shady company. They charged me ****** for ****** plus that I am not getting. They have no way to contact them unless you give them a credit card number. This is miscarriage of justice

      My review. This company is a scam. When you finally win with this online casino, they will cut you off, my balance went from $173 to $60 instantly. Customer service was nothing more than disrespectful clling me a liar, staring they would blast my ip address everywhere, & refusing to do anything about adjusting my account. This is a scam!! Do Not Play the Casino Online with GameVault!!! You're better off using another platform for your Orion needs, I can assure you!!!

      Where to start. Contacted google about the pixel 7. Purchased 11/22. The screen started having issues in January of 23. Took the phone in and was told we had to send it in for repairs. We sent the phone in on 3/20/23. Relieved the repaired phone on 3/23/23. I opened the phone right away and the back edge of the camera had a crack. I called right away on 3/23 with this issue. It is now 4/1 and still dont have an answer on how or what they are going to do. I get the run around saying the product specialist team is working on it. I get an email once a day saying the same thing and that they will get back to me in 24/48 hours. It shouldnt take this long to have a solution. There is no one to talk to besides a customer service rep. I get the run around saying there is not manager to talk to no one. This is extremely frustrating. Moving forward I will never buy a google phone due to these issues. If I could give a -5 stars I would!!!!!!
