      Google has placed me in a absurd circumstance where I am unable to use any of my payment methods due to a family member using my account to purchase something they have since banned my account with out letting me know and now I am unable to use any of my digital card and I am unable to continue door dashing due to me not being able to use my digital red card because door dash will not send me a physical card I used to be pro Google now it just seems they want to control everything I do on my account this is has been extremely distressing with no one trying to resolve it and as one of the largest tech companies in the world they don't have a dedicated help line this is absolutely disgusting practices here. I just want to be able to work and purchase items with out big brother breathing down my neck with who is using my account. I have dome everything to get in contact but it's been weeks without a response. I just want help.

      Locked me out of my gmail account after I setup my security choices according to my personal business, and google has violated that interfering with my personal affairs and business and has unlawfully and forcfully demanding for a personal phone number to get back into my gmail account.

      This company and affiliates of the Google company who control emails are not working hard enough to ensure email security of their customers. They are allowing hackers to steal identities far too easily. Moreover, they are working with META- ******** (who never responds to complaints and has a verified address ************) as well to cause this breach of security. BEWARE OF USING THEIR EMAILS.

      I question the integrity of Google and their plans for the future. As a major player in operating systems for practical every corner of technology, they should be highly monitored and held to a higher standard. I question whether I can trust the company with my personal data.

      This complaint is regarding the Google Nest home security cameras company. We purchased a ********** subscription through them that has not been functioning for many weeks. We are struggling to cancel our subscription which posted to our credit card on the 11th on February. It has also been completely impossible to contact anyone at Nest or Google regarding this issue. We are beyond frustrated with this company!

      Google's complete and utter kneel to ***** and his agenda is alarming and pathetic. They are not being forced to do anything but willingly going along in hopes of making more money and gaining more power. When ******* term ends, the people will not forget these powerful companies, and I cannot wait. I was a loyal Google customer for years but will no longer support such a pathetic company.

      Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors have sensors that expire after 10 years from the date of manufacture (at which point the device should be replaced). Google sells the Nest Protect smoke detector, of which I ordered eight directly from Google. All eight were very old stock, with manufacture dates ranging from 18 months to over two years prior to purchase. This greatly diminishes the useful life of the product. I spoke with multiple representatives at Google, who offered an exchange, but, crucially *could not/would not guarantee* that the replacements sent would have more recent manufacture dates. I then requested a partial refund to account for the diminished utility and was flatly denied. Extremely poor service for a very expensive safety device.

      ******* continuously hosts scam and spam advertisements that go against their TOS and have recently been showing advertisements to those paying for ******* Premium despite the subscription being to stop ads.
