      Google trying to force me into a Fitbit Premium subscription after upgrade to restore my previous data services.A FORCED upgrade to my Fitbit watch took away my preferred clock face which showed me data elements that are not viewable on the clock face I was forced to accept. After he upgrade I cannot change/restore my clock face w/o upgrading to a PAID subscription service.

      I paid for a yearly Google One storage subscription in August 2024; it shows up in my PlayStore history. I signed up for the ** trial on Nov. 25, 2024. When the trial ended, I expected to revert back to my original subscription; instead, I don't have access to emails or backing up. In trying to communicate with them, it is stated to be a known issue with no fix. I paid for 12 months of usage yet get deprived of using all of it. If they can't rectify, I should be refunded.

      I'm 53 yr old woman. Got a gift card from my local store to make purchases online for Christmas. Got the wrong card. Instead of "pay" I got the "play". Long story short, got a hold of customer service and they say they couldn't help make it right. Now Google is sitting with my funds I can't use.

      I had to protect my business after my business was impersonated. I removed my business address and changed some other information (like services offered which needed to be updated). Once the impersonating company was removed, I tried to re-enter my business address and my account was suspended. All because I chose to protect my business while legally protecting my company from impersonation. I have filed a review and I will do what it takes to protect my business!

      Google NEST set the temperature to 31 degree C by itself when we were on vacation. That increased our gas bill badly. When I talked to NEST senior manager, Saorese *****, she told me that my HVAC needs to be maintained yearly. She never answered why it can set to 31 C by itself and kept saying it is our problem! And she just suddenly disconnected our chat! What a shame! How can a senior manager resolve an issue like that????? Our HVAC was installed in 2020. No matter my HVAC was maintained yearly it is not the root cause for NEST to set temp to 31C! Google, PLEASE respond politely and reasonably.

      I bought my son a Google play gift card for Christmas and unfortunately we cant use it! After submitting all the information you asked for only to be left with an automated response smh. Its really unprofessional and inconvenient to not have a way to speak to someone to help solve this issue! Its absolutely terrible to sell a product and scam people at the same time! Such a HORRIBLE company!!! REFUND PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK!!! THATS THE LEAST YOU COULD DO!

      I ordered a Google pixel 3 watch 45 mm on December 13, 2024. Not only did I receive a 41 mm watch but the incorrect color and band, on December 16th, 2024 they sent me a rose gold to watch with a champagne band, the correct watch I order was suppose to be a gift I was going to give to my husband for Christmas. They told me all I needed to do was return the watch and they will send out the correct size watch and color that I ordered initially. When I returned the watch, they did not send out a new watch as they said. Not only did I continuously have to reach out to them every day for updates on when I can get my watch sent out, but their customer service representatives also kept telling me that they have to reach out to their higher-*** whatever that even means because each time I called back for an update the next day the case was still processing. After I told them no one has been reaching out to me via phone call or email about when I will be receiving the correct Watch. They finally emailed me and told me that I received two watches instead of one. Which was so incorrect and appalling that they would make that accusation. When I told them I need the tracking number of the second watch they claimed that they sent, no one was able to provide me with that information. And I told them that I did not receive two watches, I only received one and it was the incorrect one. Even up to this day, I still have not received my watch. Google has took my money and did not give me What I ordered. Any other company Im sure this would have been resolved by now. This has really made me think twice about this company and how poor their **************** is. I felt like I have been taking advantage of, like someone stole something from me. The watch I purchased is almost $500 and Google has not given me the correct watch up to this day. I would not recommend buying anything from this company to anyone, and I will tell them why.

      Scamming people who buy their Google Play cards and freeze our accounts! Cant spend our balances. **************** responds with automated messages and will not resolve issues. "Upon a thorough review, we have noticed certain inconsistencies with your account that prevents us from proceeding with the release. Due to these inconsistencies, we regret to inform you that your account is not eligible for release at this time." I've had the same error code [OR-HDT-01] when trying to purchase anything for 2 months after buying and adding 2 gift cards totalling 125 USD to my account. The account balance is UNUSABLE do to Google Plays shady schemes and failures in support. Their specialists are never available to the public, only random support that cannot do anything other than send useless emails or not respond. Their teams continually tell me to submit a certain "form" either limited details regarding my purchased gift cards, from ******** no less!! Each time I send it, days later they say they cannot help and to submit it again. It's a never ending cycle, and I've opened so many cases!!!
