      I purchased a Google Play Card that is defective, it clearly did not provide the complete code at no fault of my own. The very next day, I tried to let Google know I need the redemption code, I finally found a way to get a hold of the support (non-support) chat and was asked several times to provide the receipt and copy of the back of the card. I explain to ***** that I lost the receipt, so since this was my first time giving using this card she told me to open an Google Pay acct but while doing that we got disconnected from tje chat. I had to enter everything all over again at least 4 more times woth differemt people and again was asked each time to send the receipt and copy of the back of the card and by this time which was one day later I went back to Target to get a copy of the receipt. I was first told to unfold the receipt tonshow all purchases and was told to wait and soeone **** get back to me after goong through this at least 3 more times I was told that a copy of the receipt is not accepted. I waited a week to hear that instead of ***** told that upfront. Google has made excuses not to give me the $25 I spent which in my eyes makes them look shady. They have my money and I have no sevice. I asked for a supervisor and can't tell if I had one simce all email replies souned **** can letters.

      Google ad is the worst. I'm in the hospital and trying to cancel ads that I didn't **** to pay for that much. I agree to 14 a month. And have 2 extra charges one for $50 and one for $100. On top of the $14. When I call they have disconnected me 4 times. I explained i was in the hosp. And had a stroke and please to stop the ads. And tried to on line. I will never try this again they disconnected you and the automated service would not take my customer # and would disconnect me

      Google Fiber is good when it works, but when you have trouble the business and their techs are no help. We have had several techs out, and I have spent hours on the phone trying to get in touch with supervisors. Our service is intermittent, not reliable, and since they don't want to actually monitor and check our fiber line, they have decided to say it's because we "use third-party hardware" that they are not responsible for. 1. We have no third-party hardware, everything in our house has been installed by a Google Fiber technician. 2. No tech on site has ever said anything like this to us, so the notes the last guy left in our file are 100% false. 3. If that's the case, then install the hardware you guarantee! I'll pay for it. They also say that the tech's notes include that he wanted to relocate our router, but the homeowner refused." Nope. We showed him another hardwire access point he was unaware of, and he said that would also be good. But his notes say we "refused" his advice. I've been begging them to monitor our actual fiber line, since it's clearly not a problem with the hardware inside. They said they would, but when I called to check on the report they backtracked - citing notes from the technician about our hardware being the real issue. So they never even tested. Further, GF claims that every time a tech arrives at a home, they check where the line enters your house. I have video of the appointments, never once did he go outside to check our line or where it enters the house. The last supervisor told me that GF has closed our case, it's my word against their technicians, and they have determined that we are lying. So - if it works, great. But if your internet stops working, GF is going to allow their technicians to lie, even when you have recordings and actual video footage proving so. Then they will tell you that perhaps you should consider other providers. Because why keep a paying customer when you can have dishonest technicians?

      BBB is a life saver! Their service is an amazing gift to consumers and I urge everyone who has an issue to reach out to them to hold vendors accountable. They have quickly resolved my issues with positive results. Within one day of filing a complaint, the vendor reached out for resolution. BBB communicates efficiently and securing through email. My last issue was ongoing for almost a year until I was so frustrated and it cost me $$ that I remembered BBB's services. Again, within 24 hours I was contacted and on my way to solving the issue. Can't say enough great things!

      I bought a google play card that was faulty due to the adhesive they use that damages the code on the back and Google refused to apply the money I spent to my card despite that I had my receipt and uploaded it in the service chat. I have had this same issue several times in the past and the agent has always just applied the amount I paid to my account. They did not give any reason as to why this could not be done.

      Suck with customers and Developer gaining there accounts back also allowed my name and information and someone taking active as me. Also as a former employee with Google shopping Express I will never accept anything unless I gain all access back to my accounts as a developer and I'll say partner by copyright. Also they are retaliating against me due to me blowing the whistle when I was in school with Google summer schooler codes and 2020 through 2021 school year as a computer software coder and I blew the whistle to the United States government and they will still not give me my emails back and if they did they delete all accounts all data from all emails on them

      GOOGLE IS UNMITIGATED TRASH.
      These morons have single-handedly ruined the internet. They are so incompetent they can't even verify existing businesses so you can have a business profile, as they outsource all of the real customer service labor to the most unskilled humans on the planet. I hope their offices fall into the ocean with the next earthquake.

      They have cut power off to an entire street with no notice. We are sitting here in the dark for an indeterminate amount of time, so they can install google fiber which no one has asked for.

      BBB did a great job in helping me resolve a dispute I had with Network Solutions. They are a great resource in helping when most other options are exhausted. I would highly recommend using their services.
      Network Solutions also finally corrected my account to my satisfaction. My complaint should not have gone this far, but in dealing most of the time with foreign Countries for customer service, it is necessary to push on when you know you are being treated unfairly.
