      Google my business is harassing me for payment for my business profile. When I refused to pay they have stopped my phone calls from coming thru. My business went from making $900 a week to nothing. I have screenshots and videos of what happens when u call my number

      Internet goes out on Friday and acting like the typical soulless corporation we all know they are they block your ability to speak to someone completely - because they know what's best for you.
      Went out on Thursday, call Friday morning - automated message "Service will be restored Friday at 9AM" - no ability to navigate to talk to human. This went on until today - Sunday - until I finally just chose the option for "new money" which of course they are happy to provide a human for. Apparently I am not the only one who does this because the "Salesperson" was quick to jump into customer support mode.
      Sadly they provided nothing more of substance then their automated inaccurate timelines. So basically, we don't know what happened, we will tell you it will be working again today but it probably won't - "Google should I go find somewhere else to work tomorrow since, you know, paying for my life depends on this internet?" -- ¯\_(?)_/¯
      I think if Google is not will to provide a first class service competitive with other companies they should just focus on making 2nd rate phone software and getting people to click on ads...

      Horrible customer service Communication disorganized back-and-forth with emails for weeks. Lack of continuity with the same representative have to reexplain same issue over and over again with each new representative.

      Google photos began backing up my photos without my permission. Now they've used up all my storage. If I delete them, they delete my photos from my phone and icloud. If I don't delete them, I can no longer use my gmail unless I pay for extra storage. I already pay for icloud to back up all my photos, so do not need to also pay google. All inquiries online went unreturned. I held for the main customer service line for over an hour but I don't think anyone will ever pick up. Worst customer experience I've ever had - and they still have access to all my photos. Heartbreaking!

      Honestly the worst online order experience I've had. Ordered two pixel 7 phones with cases and accessories in November 2023. Trade in kit never arrived despite 3 calls to Google (currently Jan 30). Customer service reps are useless in that all they do is filter your request up to a "product specialist" and you need to explicitly agree to sharing your information for that request. Sent in 2 cases for return, mailed them out, checked a week later to find out that my return had been canceled and they're holding cases and my money. Wouldn't bother with Google devices or products again, just not worth it until they figure out how to process orders.

      I have been trying for several weeks to get a refund for Stadia purchases and they keep asking me to upload a credit card photo of a credit card that was replaced from my bank with a new number, so that credit had been destroyed. They seem to not understand that if I don't have that credit card anymore I can't provide a photo of it. They are playing with me, just to not refund the money!!! You guys are the worse !!!!

      With out goohle you cant run a business..you need adds on local listings and click adds!..google is better than yelp on reviews...yelp is law hreakers@.. Without google society does not exist!!

      I'm a Google Partner/Reseller and have been for 10+ years. A couple weeks ago, I went to hop on to make changes for one of our hosted clients. When attempting to sign in, I was notified that my current multi-factor authentication settings did not match the requirements. There was no apparent way to set up MFA or reset anything. We put in a support ticket detailing the issue.

      A day or two later, I get a response from ******. Super friendly with her copy/paste; I'll give her that. She let me know I had to initiate the plethora of hoop-jumping to verify my account, which included, but was not limited to: Confirming my recovery phone number, recovery email address, entering TXT/CNAME records at the registrar level, and ownership challenge questions. Despite being able to confirm phone number, email address, and entering the registrar-level changes, she keeps responding with generic responses telling me I didn't answer the challenge questions correctly. This is total ****. There may have been a couple I didn't answer correctly (namely, my last successful sign-on date, which I'm positive I landed within a few days; it's not something I do even weekly), but she continued to insist I didn't answer them correctly and to "try again." I'm 100% positive on the billing information, last billing date, amount billed, billing address, phone number, blah blah blah. She won't budge.

      I've asked twice now to escalate this to someone who can actually help (and may display interest in keeping my business as a Reseller with 150+ active accounts) but I just get the pasted response that I'm sure she sends to everyone else.

      This isn't just a ******* account; it's a 10+ year-old Reseller account that I can't access (and therefore can't help my clients). Seeing the other reviews here, I see I'm not alone.

      It's crazy that it's come to the point that I'm having to move all my clients to ********* 365 (which I'm honestly not too terribly happy about), but what else can you do?

      Charged me over $300 for a month of advertising when I only agreed to pay $50. Then when I tried to settle the dispute they banned my account from advertising. Saying I "am in violation of our policies". Which is totally a lie. I have not violated their policies. All I did was advertise my business. Now I can't do that anymore. Which is a total scam. If I hav to get a lawyer involved I will.
