      In good faith, I purchased a Pixel 7 from Google on Black Friday. Over the Christmas break, I tried to switch from my Pixel 3a to the 7. My son helped me and it seemed to go smoothly. Then I tried to use the phone and found that the 7 would not work with prepaid Tracfone plans. Where was the caveat before I purchased it? Several articles I've read online say that Google *knew* this. Now I've been without cell phone service since December 28th. ******** says talk to Total Wireless. They say talk to ************ where I switched my service. They say Tracfone hasn't released my account. They say talk to Google. They say talk to ************ This is making me crazy and I don't know what to do. Every afternoon I go home from work I start working on it, but I'm getting nowhere.

      Attempting to get a refund on the policy unauthorized family purchases. The purchase charge is $398.00.The company doesn't have a direct phone number for support.When I use the web,the site keeps putting me in a non resolving loop.I cannot afford to loose this amount.Shame on Google

      Google has absolutely terrible customer service. First I had an issue with attempting to get reimbursed for having to pay for a repair that was IN WARRANTY. This started on November 1st, 2022 and was not resolved until December 27th 2022 when I finally decided to just accept that Google doesn't care and I would just take the store credit from them. My second issue involved a price match for an item. Before I ordered it I was guaranteed a price match and even received an email stating this and asking me to contact when the item shipped. When the item shipped however, I was told that the company that I provided a link to was not an approved company they price match from. This was not made aware to me. If this was told to me I would have not ordered the item. I feel it is not the customer's fault that I was guaranteed something by a Google employee that was incorrect. I was told someone would reach out in ***** hours. It has been a week and nobody has reached out. I ultimately decided to return the item. After working with other companies such as Amazon, Google really needs to work on their customer service, it is an absolute joke. You just cannot string you customers along for almost two months and guarantee them something that will ultimately be false.

      I ordered Google t.v then canceled within five minutes. I have sent emails made phone calls to Google I finally cancetled my c.card to stop the billing. Total cost from Google and u tube $220.30 I would like a complete refund. Thank you ***** *****

      Google Workspace customer support is awful! There is no way to get a hold of a human to fix any billing issues. Google Workspace makes it very hard to get support. Once you cancel a Workspace account the only way to stop any auto renewals is to go back into the Admin console that you no longer have any access to. Does this make any sense? NO it does not. You end up having to call your bank and get you card cancelled. This is a huge inconvenience to consumers and they don't provide any sort of valid customer service contact numbers. They keep sending emails wirh bogus instructions. I provided the example below. I am no longer in charge of this company so I closed out the Workspace account.

      Don't buy Google play gift cards. Tried loading 2 different cards on my kids account and got an error message "need more information" like what? What more information? Told to fill out a form and submit it. Tried calling and get a recording saying they can't help over the phone, tried Google chat and told to fill out the forms they were gifts to my kid, I don't have the information they want to fill out the forms. Never will I ever buy or have my kids ask for them as gifts. Google doesn't care nor make it easy to get things resolved. Google you ****!!!

      On X-XX-XXXX I joined ********* With the promotion, we were given ******* and paramont+ free for one year and you tube tv for 1/2 off for one year. On X-XX-XX and X-XX-XX my credit card was deducted $32.49 which is the 1/2 off special. Then my credit card was compromised so I had to change the account for payment. When this was done, starting on X-X-XXXX they started charging me full price of $64.99. I have tried repeatedly to speak with someone about this problem. I have also gone back to ******** to get assistance and they informed me it wasn't there problem and this had to be handled with google or you-tube tv. There is no phone number to call and when you are on the website, you just go around and around. I did talk with someone once and they said it was a google problem but I didn't get any results. The promotion no longer exists is what I was told. I then contacted my banking institution who is paying the bill. They tried to help me but I needed proof of the transaction. There isn't any documentation. I went on line after purchasing the program with ******** and they instructed me to go on line and sign up for the promotions. I did but I wasn't given any confermation number. Presently my account information it shows the free one year for ******* and paramont+ but nothing for you tube tv. I don't believe that I should have been dropped from the 1/2 offer for a year with you tube tv just because I had to change the payment from one credit card to another. I didn't miss any payments and now on the 1st of the month they take ******* This is false representation of the product I was promised and the decision to purchase the new phones and system was based on the offers that were offered at the time. I would appreciate any help I could get to have you tube tv to charge me for the next 10 months what I was offered at the cost of ******* It is very sad that companies sign you up and then you can't speak to a representative or a live person.

      Order a simple pair of extra small stretch bands for my Google pixel watch off the Google store that was a complete scam. Said I would get it from the 13th - 15th but nothing ever arrived or possibly even shipped. **************** is a joke doing absolutely nothing but sending the same generic messages and telling me to wait several days for a response that's never coming. I've tried reaching them every which way I could taking screenshots of all the fake information they gave me and all it seems is that they are just doing whatever to simply not refund me my money. After reading countless reviews everywhere, I see I'm not the only one dealing with problems like this but as someone who doesn't have much man I can't believe Google would do something like this. It's been nineteen days now with no real information, response, help, or just my freaking refund but trying to take some type of action against them.

      I think it is completely unreasonable that if you can't remember your Google password *** get locked out of your account for anywhere from 6 hours to weeks. This is ridiculous. I run a business and have school emails that I need to access and can't because I got a new phone and the computer remembers me but won't show me my password *** Google. I think that this needs to change. Google is costing me money and time. I know have to wait to see my for they told me 6 hours to see my emails so I can complete my school work. Do better Google.
