This is regarding the safety recall of the FitBit Ionic smart watch. FitBit announced that there was a safety recall and that they would be issuing refunds of $299 for the deactivation of the product. I deactivated the product at the beginning of May 2022 and initiated the process to be given a refund. As of November 30, 2022, no refund has been given and any time I call the FitBit recall customer line, I'm told that my case is being "escalated." Obviously this is meaningless because my case has been being "escalated" for the last 4 months. The message boards on the FitBit website are being flooded by others that are experiencing the same problem that I am, so there are numerous examples of proof that I am not the only one affected. I have given up hope on being issued any type of refund and I would encourage others to not spend any money on FitBit and their garbage products. Their poor/lack of customer service has told me all that I need to know.

Do NOT EVER show ads to me on YouTube promoting advocates, candidates, or groups which support abortion!

You did that broadcasting the anti-Jenkins abortion-choice ads around the time of the 2022 Election and such were EXTREMELY IRRITATING to me and the only way to stop them would have been to inconveniently back out of YouTube completely or even reboot my Android.

Do not EVER do that again!!!

This complaint will be sent to the *** and put on Drudge comments verbatim.

Google Business Profile and Google ************* Ads hold small business owners hostage with poor/incorrect interpretation of their own policies and an inability to contact a human. Their largely AI/machine learning policy enforcement may work 95% of the time which is 'good enough' for larger businesses, but they are actively harming is small businesses across ******. [For example: does it really matter how many invalid 1-star reviews ********** or ******* receives? No, customers will always go to these stores. A small business on the other hand can greatly have it's reputation swayed/impacted by a handful of reviews.] Firstly, my profile has a 1-star review that violates one or more of their review policies, yet has never been removed. You can flag a review and even send an appeal request to have an invalid review removed, but it goes to a (presumably) low-pad/skill contractor team outside of ****** that is not suited for interpreting their own policies correctly. My most recent encounter with their poor policies and enforcement is with ************* Ads. These are expensive ads which cost $50-100 per lead for my advertising category. I was honestly hesitant to even sign up for this after extremely low quality interactions with the Google Ads support team and my aforementioned 1-star review issue. Signed up anyways and the second lead to come through at a cost of $60 was a bad actor pretending to be someone else and attempting to engage me in a fraudulent transaction. Beyond this, the bad actors phone number even showed up as "Spam Risk" on caller ID. When I contested the lead, there was no option to select fraud so I chose the closest option which was 'spam.' At 1am I received an email saying my lead dispute was DENIED (once again alluding to a low paid/skill contractor team outside ******). The amount of time small business owners must spend to address these legitimate issues, frequently without resolution, is beyond ridiculous.

I have been locked out of my Google account ever since COVID. No matter what I do I still get the same old runaround : I try to log in, enter my e-mail, use my password , and get the VERIFY IT'S YOU : To help keep your account safe, ********************** wants to make sure it's really you trying to sign in , and I enter the pass-code only to get a prompt for a telephone number that I do not have. They say 'To help keep your account safe, ********************** wants to make sure it's really you trying to sign in' Well yeah, it's really me, who else could it be ? I know my working password, and I still have a recovery email, and everything worked well until COVID made slackers out of society. I have tried on several occasions to get my account back but all I ever got from the support-bots is that I should be able to log in normally, which I still can't, even after two years. These 'people' deserve a kick in the behind and a minus ten score, just for this one free account that I had from the ******* days , I just keep getting sloughed over, like it's nobody's problem but mine. I have learned my ****** and will never buy anything with the Google brand or logo. They have shown me that I am not needed. I'm tired of this run-around for my account.

Ordered a 11x16 canvas, cost almost $50. First order was sent ***** and delivered to wrong address. ***** won't help, said they delivered it. Tried to get help from Google, and there is NO PLACE to file a grievance and track it. Reordered, another $50. Came in cropped, leaving two people out of the picture. Again, no place to file a complaint, help feedback keeps coming back "Problem with the form." I AM OUT $100 AND CANNOT GET A PERSON ON THE ****** CANNOT GET ANY SATISFACTION WHATSOEVER! I WANT MY $100 RETURNED! NEVER -- NEVER -- USE THEM AGAIN!!!

There must be a better method for consumers to validate Google reviews. Some reviews from reviewers are flagrant and untrue, and Google is unable to verify the worthiness of a review, specifically a bad business review that can and does affect an employee's job performance and character albeit untrue. One issue is using a specific employee name and make untrue disparaging comments directed to a specific employee. This is harassment in a most hateful form. If a reviewer has a bad business experience consumers have a right to know. However, posting false and incorrect information is inflammatory and treacherous for an employee if there is no way to verify fabricated information that reflects an employee by name. The false review is bad enough but including an employee by name is not upright or level. I would like some type of contact information so I can contact a Google representative as I have further information regarding this complaint. I will check back to see if Google responds. Thanks you
