  I was sent a "reward" through googles local guides program by email. It was a promo code to try google's fi carrier service free for 3 months. I was planning on switching carriers to Google fi anyway, so I decided to use the promo to try it out and see if I liked it. I signed up, chose one of the plans that qualified for the promo code, and completed my order. It specifically said on my order review (right before you place the order) that I owed $0 today. Great, right? Well a day later I received a bill for $55, So I contacted customer support. Apparently to qualify for that offer, you have to have transferred your current phone number over to fi. The ONLY place it said that was at the bottom of the email (about 4 phone screens of scrolling down), there was no warning, no hints, or anything letting me know that the promo code isn't valid with the order I'm placing. Well that's fine, I was planning to switch eventually anyway, I'll just transfer my number now. Nope! They said it's too late, and now that I'm no longer a "new customer" I no longer qualify at all. Well then I'll just cancel the plan (that's been activated for less than 24 hours) and get the money back, just a misunderstanding. Again, nope! I spoke to 5 different "pro" representatives through the Google one support program, all only quoted and linked the fine print of the offer, that wasn't even part of the actually offer page. I've really enjoyed the Google ecosystem of products and software over the years, but this has left an awful taste in my mouth that I don't think I'll ever really forget. Definitely starting the transition to a similar company like apple, as I don't feel that I trust Google enough anymore to have all the information they have on me. $55 down the drain.

  We had purchased a website domain name for our non-profit organization and determined we did not need it. We tried to call to cancel, but got nowhere with their phone number. So a general email was sent to cancel their service and we never heard back from them. We recently tried to contact somebody again only to get nowhere yet again. Their phone prompts tell you to go to their website and quickly disconnects you. When you choose an option to talk to someone you have an extended wait time. I was waiting to talk to someone over 1 hour and 50 minutes without ever reaching someone. Absolutely unacceptable for a large technology company prides themselves on being able to help organize, accomplish and support businesses.

  Their website makes false advertisements. They claim that you can purchase a pixel 7pro through a pixel pass *** save money and get free subscription to premium services however when you follow the link to purchase the phone through this option it allows you to go All the way through the purchase and never tells you that the pixel 7pro isn't available through the pixel pass ********

  GOOGLE NEST OUTDOOR CAMERA LAST FOR ABOUT 12 months GOOGLE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT DO NOT BUY THIS MESS. Technical support team doesn't support their customers the entire experience was a complete waste of time and money!!

  Bought a Google Play gift card peeled the security strip off and it removed the code making it illegible. I have been on chat and email for 2 days trying to get it resolved. Provided a copy of the damaged card, store receipt and activation receipt. The card has a serial number with the code registered to it under a security strip and they tell me I can "redeem" the card by entering the code in my account. But I can't read the code and I have told them this in EVERY correspondence. and the refuse to give me the code number for "security reasons".
  I guess this means if you are a large company, you are entitled to brush hard working people as a nuisance whenever you feel like it. I would like to get this escalated past the morons who keep telling me to enter the code up to a manager who could actually resolve the issue instead of reading a script and parroting whatever they're told.
  Buyer Beware - Google WILL s**** you with no accountability.

  be careful of GoogleFi, its main selling point is the international data roaming. However it doesn't work as advertised. In fact u should know the below before going with GoogleFi 1- they claim that u need to mostly use the line in ******, however there is no clear policy about it in the terms its totally vague. 2- they randomly disconnect lines even before using the international data whatsoever. 3- there is no any warning or notes next to the international data roaming while signing up for the service. its clearly deceptive. 4- GoogleFi is a virtual network of second hand Tmobile network. They don't support 5G on iPhone and they don't support wifi calling on iPhone. 5- network reception in major cities and crowded areas/events is extremely poor. At this point there is no any point of signing up with GoogleFi. Their customer support also known to be the worst in industry by far.

  Bought three Google Nest Cameras and they stopped working within the warranty period. After spending several hours on the phone with "support" over several days, they still refuse to give me a refund. They keep offering me replacement products - that I have accepted, they have sent and they still DO NOT work properly. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy another product from them again! Beware before buying anything from them, they will not honor their warranty.

  My clients have attempted to post reviews to my Google page several times. Google has not published the reviews. When inquired about it, Google would state the reason why the reviews aren't being published are due to some unexplained violation. One client in particular opened a google account just to post her review because she only had a yahoo account. She then posted the review. It went unpublished and she's been fighting for it's publication. Google claims they can't find it but whenever she goes to my Google Business page, she can see it. Only she can see it. No one else can/ So apparently it's there. My client was very positive in her assessment of my business and my assistance to her.

  I have purchased 2 of 15 dollars Google play cards at ******** Neither one of them work. It says that the 15 dollars is added and when you push confirm it says it needs more information. I have tried calling and the live chat there is a recording saying no one is available. I went back to ******* with receipt and they have tried to help me but they say there is nothing they can do. Google play says there is nothing they can do so now I'm out 30 dollars
