  Google is not removing positive reviews made by our customers. I reached out to Google They told me our customers violated one of their review policies. I asked which one, and they send me a huge list and told me that they couldn't disclose which one. They instructed me to send the list of policies to our customer and ask them not to violate one of them. No thank you, I will not be doing that to our customers. Calling Google is a complete run-around and waste of time. They have this attitude about them, like, "We are the biggest and baddest -- deal with it." I am so sick of them. I can't wait for another search engine to come along and take them out of business. Perhaps one that will charge you a nominal fee every year as opposed to selling all your privacy away and acting like a bully.

  Poor experience with Google Fiber installation and service. Installation was not in a usable place for wired connections and the connections were needed upstairs. I need the fiber jack moved and the company is not willing to follow through on a promise made by a contractor of the company. The Google mesh equipment was set up properly and was entirely unusable for work purposes in my upstairs home offices. The best they could offer was a measly $25 credit and running in circles on the issue of being able to relocate my fiber jack. At the end of the day, the installation contractor promised me to be able to relocate the fiber jack and this promise is not being met. The Fiber jack also cannot be removed if you cancel service. This is disappointing as well.

  I complained to google local guide forum about a local guide/company that was black mailing me, or they would put up fake neg. reviews for my business. When I complained about that, google removed by business from google maps listing, for having no signage, while nearly all of my competitors also have no signage. when I complained and filed complaint with google about my competitors, after google removed my maps listing, google did nothing at all about any of my competitors that also had no signage, even though I sent pictures from google maps proving none of them had any signage, and google also says that smart po boxes are allowed, which I proved that there was always someone at my address to take questions, material and provide material to any walk ins.

  Carlos is the man 💯 2 months ago I began working with him with little faith in buying a house because of my past and he was right their to tell me that "we will get there" and that we did . 2 months later I am now accepted for my very first home and couldn't be more thankful for Carlos and his team.

  GOOGLE DOES NOT CHECK TO SEE IF NEGATIVE REVIEWS LEFT FOR YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU QUESTIONED ARE LEGITIMATE OR NOT!! A customer service represenative for Hughes Net Internet that I got upset with left THREE 1-STAR REVIEWS for my company and I have left Google 8 messages, NO response back!!! I have been a 5-star trainer for years and that hurt my business! I have never done business with ANY of the people who left me three in one week!!! I KNOW it was them because I just bought a house and they are the ONLY ones that have my new address!!! AND GOOGLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! MARIE FROM THE PHILLIPINES IS A BIG FAT F-!!!

  This company is an absolute joke in the customer service department. I recently had my Gmail account hacked by someone in a different state, they ordered a $700 phone and paid for it using my PayPal account (not sure how they were able to bypass ** PayPal security), but the fact is they ordered the phone and filtered my emails so I would not receive mail from google, so by the time I realized what happened it was too late to cancel the order on my own so I reached out to Google and asked them to cancel it since the phone had not been shipped yet. Long story short, I kept making fraud claims, they kept deleting them, I kept escalating, asked to speak to someone in the escalation/investigation department but was told "they don't have a contact number" Really? so you guys only communicate with other departments via email?? no phones...at all? I also asked to speak to a supervisor "but none were available, and they will call you back within 24-48 hours....never got a call. This was the most incompetent customer service I have ever dealt with ..this went on for 2 days then the item was shipped and I got an email saying "we can't cancel this order" This thing sat there for 2 days NOT SHIPPED but they couldn't cancel it?? Even after I told them a million times that I did not place the order, I dont want the phone, and it's being shipped to a state that is 1,500 miles away. Completely unacceptable way to deal with people. I am not rich, that was money for bills so that my children have the things they need. But this company showed no sense of urgency, and only gave me ready made answers that annoyed me to my core. "I totally understand your frustration", well really? Because understanding my frustration is doing nothing to rectify the problem.

  I was told that I had to do all the "leg" work and when I couldn't get all the information for a promotion that they had that I wasn't able to get the promotion. The issue with getting the info was that all I could talk to was a computer. It kept telling me that it couldn't give me the info. My phone was not qualified for that. I called and did everything I could to talk to a person but had no luck. It was even a company that they work with, so I don't understand why they couldn't help.

  I bought $400.00 in Google Play Cards for gifts and the company refuses to honor them. I wrote to the company and sent copies of my receipt and was told the cards could not be redeemed without more information. I went back to the Walmart store where they were purchased and they check to make sure everything was done correctly on their end. I asked if they could just refund my money for the useless plastic cards and they could not. I am out my money and have no way to get it back. Scam company! I will never buy Google Play cards again!

  I switched to youtube tv thur google and for the last 3 or 4 months I paided. My $64.99 they also took out $64.99 out of my wife's acc. now I cannot get this straightned out and get a rerfund. How do you get to talk to person
