      I think Google services is pathetic furthermore they let other people access your information and to top it off you can't even contact a ******* customer representative to prove your identity to log back into your account that you've trusted this service with over 10 years of photos that I can't even access why because they're recovery page ain't what it is they say it is how in the h*** do you send a code to access your email that someone else is hacked when you can't even get into the **** thing what kind of s*** is that you know what I mean come on really how in the h*** are you going to send a code to an email you can't access and expect the rightful owner of the email to provide the code for Google services sounds like a catch 22 to me furthermore I have over ****** pictures on my email that I can't even get to because Google services let someone hack my account and to top it off you can't even contact the ******* people about it so let me ask you all this is Google services really a service or is it a platform to get screwed on that every **** American uses people wake up y'all need to look at the fall of cabal and learn about Google and who they actually represent

      It has kicked my off of purchases for the second time while using it previously. I'm sad about losing my rewards in my game I was so close.

      I have a subscription with google nest for my cameras, I didn't know that my subscription has expired on Dec 9, 2024. I received a email telling me that I got until Dec 16, 2024. On Dec 16, 2024, about or maybe 12:00 pm central time my subscription was cancel. This is bad business practice, if you give someone a date to pay, which is from 12:00am-11:59pm you should honor it. On the Dec 16, 2024. I saw someone on my porch and when I went to view the cameras I couldn't see the video, to later being told that my subscription was cancel 5 hours ago on Dec 16, 2024. Now this don't make any sense, how could you cancel a subscription on the same date of when it's due and before 11:59pm, it was only 4:00pm central time. I am not sure what time google was looking at, but if you tell someone you have until Dec 16, 2024, but you give no time zone or any time to pay by, I thinking you are going by central time which meaning it's from 12:00am to 11:59pm. This is just bad and poor business practice. Now I cannot get the video for that time frame because I was cancel, so now I will never know if I received a package or not and if someone took my package. Shame on google nest

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. We recently switched to ***********. After transferring service our last bill was a lot higher than expected. Google Fi charged us for the $550 rebate we receive on a new phone. They claim that we didn't meet their terms. Terms were basically to have service for 120 days and must be on a group plan. Chatted, emailed and called Google Fi because we did meet the terms. Was told a supervisor would email within 24 - 48 hours. A week later, no email. Called and wouldn't get off the phone until they could transfer me to a supervisor. Finally I get a call back and spoke to a supervisor. The amount of rings that this man jumped through to try to argue that we don't qualify for a rebate was maddening! He claimed that we weren't on a group plan and that's one of the terms for the rebate. After going back and forth many times and him trying to offer a lesser amount back, I found an email that said we were on a group plan! That was what was needed to change his mind. These people are paid to be stupid to try to get as much money from people as possible.

      I hate the new "location privacy" on the maps. My husband is a truck driver and we also take several trips a year. We did NOT have any issues with the way Google used to be. The instructions for keeping our data were about as clear as mud so when December rolled around, we lost everything (we use our PC a lot to plan trips and for his work routes). I hate that the government and personal lawsuits have overtaken consumer needs and common sense. The people doing so much to hide their location need to look at their actions and perhaps stop doing things they shouldn't be. Either that or learn to turn their locations OFF (you had already provided that option) when they're being sneaky. They never should have been able to sue Google, this is crazy. I wish there was a way to have two versions of Google, the ones that want all of this privacy should have to pay for it. I just needed to vent, thank you for listening.       What a bad customer service I lost projects because of my email been trying to fix and done everything Google has said or online support to do and still nothing and can get phone customer service to help this is so insane what a scam

      I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the wrongful termination of my ******* channel, DC Unveiled (********************************************************), which was dedicated to US history content. Specific Issues:My channel was permanently terminated for alleged "spam, deceptive practices and scams" The content was purely educational, focusing on historical information I submitted an appeal which was denied with a generic, machine-generated response ******* acknowledged mass mistaken channel deletions in October I have been prevented from: Creating a new channel Following other creators Accessing previously created playlists Requested Resolution: A comprehensive human review of my channel's termination Restoration of playlist access Clarification of specific policy violations I am seeking a fair and transparent explanation for this action, which has significantly impacted my ability to engage with the platform.

      I brought a new Pixel 9 pro from Google store which was delivered on Nov 1st 2024 (late by 2 days). It included a trade-in where the old phone had to be returned within 30 days (Nov 28th). within these ************************ price by $150 (on google store) and $200 (bestbuy). Called customer service to get a price match/protection. **************** *** initially says price match/protection is 30 days. When I tell him its within 30 days, changes his stance and says it was delivered on Nov 1st and price match/protection is valid only until Nov 24th. Very weird since 24 days is an odd number for a price match deadline. Changes his version again to say it could be 24/ 25 / 26 days, it just depends. Absolutely pathetic responses. Finally, changes his version to say its 15 days. Meanwhile, he asked for the screenshots, links and all other details from other sites where the price was low and mail him those details. They never wanted to match the price in the first place with the sole intention of making the customer go in circles. Please be aware of these scams by google. Bunch of fools as customer service ***s. ** trade-in order is still pending and hope they refund that cost. I now see other forums where even the trade-in has been denied for a perfectly fine old phone.

      I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with Google's recent actions regarding a response I provided as a business owner to a review we received. The review accused us of canceling a booked session, even though the cancellation was in accordance with the policies clearly outlined on our website. We provided a detailed explanation to clarify the situation, yet Google unilaterally altered our response to imply fault on our part and issued an apology to the reviewer, stating that we would "do better in the future."This is unacceptable and undermines my credibility as a business owner. For Google to take such actions without consulting me not only misrepresents my business but also damages the trust I place in their platform. I cannot support or invest in a company that acts in such a dishonest and unprofessional manner. I will no longer allocate any advertising budget to Google and urge the company to reevaluate its approach to handling business-owner responses to reviews.

      I wanted to file a complaint against Google foe double billing for 3 months but I wasn't allowed. I was double billed for ***** 3 times so the company **** me about ******
