      I purchased five movies and five television programs on ******* and now, as of November 11, 2024, I am no longer able to view them according to an error message that informs me: "An error occurred. Please update your web browser and try again. Error code: ******". I spoke to a customer service representative over the telephone on the afternoon of November 12, 2024 who attempted to gaslight and shift the blame onto me for not updating my browser on Google Chrome, in spite of explaining to him multiple times that to do so would require me to update to Windows ************************************************************* PLUS the potential threat to my existing files and rendering my investments in many expensive programs like Photoshop inoperable. This explanation contradicts the fact that *******'s free videos continue to play just fine WITHOUT an update to my Google Chrome browser - only the products I paid for are affected.Thus having stonewalled me, he told me he was rejecting my request for a refund for those movies and programs I purchased. I believe not receiving the services/products one paid for (and although my most recent purchase was made as recently as seven months ago this representative lied by claiming ALL my purchases fell outside of their five year statute of limitations) the legal term for this is fraud.

      I love Google products but my recent experiecne with their Pixel Buds makes me not want to do business with them again. Their buds have years of documented failure (that I didn't see before purchasing). Despite this, they offer a 15 day window for refunds and have no readily available phone or email to contact for support. I used Google for my home and business for years. I'll be switching to another service after this experience,

      Google Domains sold their Domain Business to ***********. I cannot find my Domain, ****************. This happened in October. No one a Google answers phone. *********** has no phone, and does not respond to email requests. My site has been down for 2 weeks.Horrible.

      I purchased two gift cards at ******. One for $10 and the other for $50 which I have the receipt the activation was successful. When I went to add them to my google play account it would not add and told me to take pictures front and back or the gift cards and the receipt which I did. Google keeps responding back to me saying the cards are not valid!!! Now I am out of $60 and I even have proof the activation was successful and they refused to do anything about this!!!

      Im being charged for ******* tv and dont even have a ******* tv account. I have been trying to call for over a week and every time, their phone systems are down and their IT is working on it. Come on. One of the biggest tech companies on earth and their phones dont work? I will be speaking to a lawyer this afternoon

      Urgent Assistance Needed Google Business Reviews Not Appearing Dear BBB,I am requesting assistance with an issue affecting my Google Business Profile. Since activating Google *************** reviews from clients are not appearing on my profile, despite confirmed submissions. For instance, on September 27, 2024, a client submitted a review and provided screenshots to confirm it was sent, yet it has not **************** are essential for my small business to build trust and attract new clients. Missing reviews significantly impact my visibility and credibility. I have reached out to Google support multiple times via Google Business and Google ************** without any effective response. My most recent follow-up was on October 25, 2024, with a detailed explanation, yet Ive received no solution.Given the impact on my business, I kindly request that the BBB help facilitate contact with Google ************ to address this issue promptly.Thank you for your *************** regards,******** ********

      I am filing a complaint against Google Ads due to the poor service I received after setting up state-specific advertising for my business through their team. Despite spending thousands of dollars, Ive seen zero results or leads from this *********** attempts to seek assistance have been met with constant roadblocks. Ive made over 20 calls and emails, only to be redirected to online resources or disconnected entirely. Ive even been hung up on, or routed to a message saying that Support is not available, with no way to get live help.Beyond unresponsiveness, Google Ads has provided no troubleshooting or follow-up support, leaving me with a campaign that produces nothing despite significant financial investment. This entire experience has been frustrating and costly.I urge other businesses to avoid Google Ads, as *** found their service unresponsive and unhelpful. I respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau investigate these practices, which feel misleading and verging on fraudulent.

      I have purchased Google play cards just to find out they have been scamming thousands of people by telling them they can not use the purchased cards. It takes days to get a hold of a representative to tell you "there are inconsistencies in your account" when nothing has changed and when you try to give away the code to someone else, same issue but they keep telling you nothing is wrong with the cards and refuse a refund. They have closed an open chat with me after I have sent them the proof of receipt with full purchase, time, date and activation. Then they laugh and tell you they won't help you.

      This is a company that is a huge believer in censorship. I follow community guidelines when using the comments section on a video, but there are days when ******* will delete my comment seconds after I write the comment, not just one comment, but all of my comments that day. I don't know what the corporation has against me, but this regular muzzling of my voice seems anti American. I even pay ***** a month for premium content and still I get this extremely poor treatment.
