      After 25 years using Intuit Quickbooks, we can mo longer use the desktop we were using so we were bamboozled into subscribing to the Online plan on 11/22/24, that after numerous attempts and hours, day after day, they admitted they didn't provide the ***** features we needed. We then requested to cancel the ********************* our money, they kept giving us the excuse that they had issues on their system. We spoke to about 5 people (Not from **), SO FRUSTRATING WE CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEM, said in order to cancel, we needed a good credit card on file to charge the monthly $25 that was sent to collections on 12/23/24. COLLECTIONS, REALLY!!! Here we are 12/31/24, fighting to cancel our subscription and get our refund. We will hire an attorney if they don't resolve this issue. The worst company to use. Be aware, they will take your money and they will make you go through he'll to get it back!!!!

      Since end of October I have been trying to get intuit to fix the errors in their system as I am unable to update my account. My information has disappeared, Payment information cannot be updated and each time I call, the ****************** *** see the problem even with using different computers and browsers. Today 20 Dec, the problem still persists. I physically went and purchased turbotax 2024 and intuits system can't even update this purchase and gave an error on that. Please fix my account.

      I use the QuickBooks Self-Employed app and it curiously doesnt track any of my long drives. Only short, local ones. Even then, it randomly stops tracking for up to months at a time, even when I have auto-tracking on. So now I have to manually log business trips and will miss out on having the exact travel logs I shouldve had with all my business trips, putting the burden on me when I pay hundreds of dollars a year for this app.

      This company is absolutely terrible and misleads all their customer base. If you see an add for their quickbooks please be aware that they were misleading you all the way through. I am not sure they are able to operate with such false advertising. They claim that you can get free trail period for their quickbooks with live assisted help. This is absolutely incorrect as you cannot receive live help while you are on your trial period. Talking to their customer service department will be a waste of time as they will not help you, just repeat contradictory information and lie to you all the way through. If you plan on using their services, please be very vary of their misleading information and false advertisement. Also be prepared to learn everything on your own as they will not help you navigate their software. Terrible business practices here, I am stuck using them as my bank only connects to them to transfer transaction information.

      absolute nightmare. I'm out $800 due to their awful interface. Within 15 minutes of filing my tax return, I realized there were huge discrepancies and called to cancel the filing and they said it's too late so now they expect me to pay them MORE to AMEND. will never use turbotax again.

      ZERO STARS!! We were going to order our 2024 tax software early but couldn't even get into my account. Login was a nightmare. Password, code, scan, timed out, wait 15 minutes to try again. Don't think so. Have done our taxes and used Quickbooks for years. We will go where we can get customer service to help with their software, get a quality product from another company or do it MANUALLY, if necessary ourselves!! I'm amazed and didn't realize their ratings were so poor/NOT BBB accredited!! Reading other reviews, sounds like they are fraudulent, also.

      0-Rating Intuit-Quickbooks Merchant services has been contacted as they have received payments from me for over $200,000 for purchase of a house. They have not to released the money to the company. They have held this money for ~30 days and the company has reached out in multiple attempts to resolve. They did not reach out to me with an attempt to return the $ or even inform me of any issue. This company has retained my money and not released to company to be paid. I have called them on two occasions and was finally informed the process to request a refund of the $$. If a company asks you to use Quickbooks to make a payment, I recommend you do NOT use these services. I am not the only one who this has happened to. In this situation, there are at least 4 other individuals impacted by this. It is not right for this company to hold payments. They should either advise the sender about the situation and/or return payments back to the sender if there is an issue on with the payor. Highly unethical and unprofessional processes.

      I signed up for a new account and did my first invoice. The payment was paid October 6. On October 11, I reached out as there was a message stating additional information was needed. I then found out that there was a request for my ID sent to the spam folder of my email. I spoke with the representative that assured me on the 16th that the issue was resolved and my payment was being processed to my Quickbooks checking account. It is now October 23rd, and when I called the representative assured me that the funds were deposited. They are not reflected in my checking and in fact, the checking account displays different information on different screens. One screen shows a $0 balance. Another shows a negative balance of the processing fee, On the initial invoice it says funds are being processed and should be deposited shortly (it has said this for almost 2 weeks.) I am now afraid to deposit any other payments to this business account. The representative Velo said she was escalating and a team would be reaching out, but would not provide me an *** and no additional support. Very bad experience.

      This is the second year in a row I have filed my federal taxes through Turbotax, only to be informed by the *** a few months later that my taxes are still unpaid. Both years I received confirmation from Turbo Tax over email that my federal tax return was accepted, and then I get a letter from the *** informing me I see owe the exact same amount I already paid through Turbo Tax.Turbo Tax doesn't offer any sort of phone support - their automated phone line is absolutely useless, and when it can't answer your questions, rather than connect you with a real person the system just hangs up on you. I once again now have to try and contact the *** to get this resolved, which is a nightmare in itself. As far as I am aware, turbo tax isn't sending my filings to the *** and is pocketing my funds. The fact this has now happened two years in a row, is absolutely insane. I've learnt my ****** and will never use them again to file my taxes.
