      Ouick books has scammed me out of ****** dallors. The quick books live full service account is a joke. I have made multiple complaints to them about the account that was supposed to be doing the clean up and they have done nothing but made it impossible to get in contact with someone. The account would not accept the statements off of my banks online website and refuses to try and understand that was the only thing I could get for them. After three attempts at getting different kinds of bank statements I gave up and canceled the service. I was still 25 days away from when the free trial ended. They said sense I had access to quick books live and sense I started the process. I would not get my money back. I explained the account had done nothing because I have not got past the clean up stage. They refuse to have a conversation about it and only call me from a back from a private number and email me from a email I can not respond too. I have liked the rest of quick books but there live book keeping is horrible. If anyone looking to use this service if you want to basically work for some account you don't know after spending 500 dallors and 500 a month and arguing with them then this is ther service for you.

      QuickBooks is scam trying to drain money from small businesses. Their UI is a messy piece of garbage, but I figured, at least they are simplifying payroll for me. Nope! They triggered an insufficient funds freeze + fine on my account when I tried to run payroll, which made no sense because I had plenty of money in my QuickBooks Checking account. I waited on hold forever to speak to a human, and no one could give me an answer that made any sense -- only "the system is saying insufficient". I ended up having to wire payroll back to Quickbooks and pay my bank a fee to do so. What a colossal waste of time.

      They ****** up my taxes this year, first rime I ever used them. So now my taxes are a month late since I had to get documents that weren't sent to me. Now they are taking my ENTIRE tax return.

      Horrible.I have a monthly $30 subscription with them, and I found they are double charging me since Sept. of 2023. Contacted them for a refund since they owe me $200.00, an they had absolutely no care to resolve the problem.The "Solution" they provided, was to dispute their charges... If I dispute their charges, then I would have my account canceled being my account won't pay out my monthly subscription, in end making my account labeled as "non payment" when THEY ARE STEALING FROM ME! Wild, absolute trash company. They have no care for their clients, just desk workers going through the motion for a paycheck monthly, probably hate their jobs and do it for a sub par paycheck. Don't do any business with them, they don't care about you. They just care about collecting money from you.

      I have been working with these guys for years and I thought I was happy. Then one day they emailed me and told me they'd closed my account. I called to see why and they wouldn't tell me why and said it was irreversible and nothing I could do. This happened 3 days before a big event where I needed to be able to accept payments. I'm very upset that they've been working with me for years and then all of a sudden boom, closed, no communication, no reasoning, nothing to be done. Now I'm left scrambling to find another payment processor last minute. I'll never use Intuit or QuickBooks programs again.

      This year Turbotax made multiple errors on my state tax return. I just trusted that the federal return done thru Turbotax would transfer accurate numbers into my state but it didn't. When I went to apply for a refund because they advertise 100% accuracy software I found out that promise means absolutely nothing for my situation. The state of Nebraska did not assess me any penalty or interest because I had a refund of overpayment coming but Turbotax entered wrong numbers and so the state caught it and reduced my refund. Turbotax only refunds if you are assessed a penalty or interest. I have used Turbotax for many years but after doing 2023 taxes, I have zero confidence in their accuracy. I feel like I have to double check the software so I may as well do my taxes manually.

      TurboTax failed to send my tax return to the **** Which I found out this year when filling my 2023 income tax was because I electronically filed after the April deadline but decided to keep my payment for the service they didn't provide.

      1. I was charged $2,000 in under 24 hours for products/services I neither want nor need.2. I now have 4 company files, even though I only need 2.3. I called customer service 11 times over the course of 5.5 consecutive hours. My issues are unresolved.4. I pay an extra $300 per month for Live Bookkepping. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM today. It's now 3:52, and I've yet to receive a call.

      I have contacted three TurboTax employees during the process of filing my 2023 tax return. The first staff member was condescending and didn't answer my question as to why my Maryland return would cost so much; he also didn't look through my tax return at all to ensure everything was correct. The second staff member looked at my tax documents, but failed to notice a major red flag, which was that I didn't have to file a Maryland return at all because I'm exempt. I didn't learn that I was exempt until I spoke with a third staff member of TurboTax, but when we tried to amend my tax forms, the TurboTax website kept glitching, unable to fully send my amended forms. It was only because of TurboTax's system that I erroneously paid $2,100 to the state of Maryland because TurboTax and its staff told me that I owed the state of Maryland approximately $3,900. Now, I'm out over two grand with no promise for a refund.TurboTax has several guarantees: a tax return lifetime guarantee with 100% accurate calculations, an expert-approved guarantee, and a satisfaction guarantee. I did not receive accurate advice from the TurboTax system or the staff, I did not receive accurate calculations from the system or the staff, I have not been promised a solution to this issue, and I am not satisfied.
