      Turbo tax informed me that my fee for filing would be automatically deducted from my refund. The *** has delayed my taxes to no fault of my own. I relayed this to turbo tax but was ultimately told that the fee would be deducted from my personal account before hand even though theres nothing I can do to speed up the process.

      ZERO STARS!!!!! TurboTax left me to think I paid my taxes through the online portal when in doubt the payment entered did not process. Usually when you key in your ABA account number and DDA account number and hit Submit, the payment is sent to process. Not with the TurboTax program! I am now stuck paying late fees and interest to the *** due to their system error. The customer service rep was no help and stated TurboTax is not responsible and will not reimburse for any of my loss. Ironically, they did offer to waive my TurboTax charge next year (no thank you wont be using them again), but refused to refund the fee for this year. It is the LEAST they could of done in my opinion. Be very careful using the TurboTax program it will leave you to believe you paid your taxes when in doubt, you didnt!

      I have used Turbo Tax for years to file federal and state taxes with no issues. This year, I filed again using Turbo Tax - both federal and state returns were not accepted through Turbo Tax for unknown reasons. We ended up having to download tax forms and filing the old fashioned way, by paper and US mail. However, Turbo Tax took nearly $150 out of our bank account for use of ********************** and to file state returns - services we did not receive from Turbo Tax. I called **************** on 04/15/24 to request a refund - was informed a refund would take 3-4 days and received a refund confirmation number. No refund ever received. Called again on 05/06/24 and customer service told me that a refund takes 3 weeks to process but also provided me with a link to re-request a refund just in case the initial refund request didn't get processed. I used the link to request a refund, explaining what had occurred and what was taken from our checking account. I got an email back hours later stating that no refund would be issued because we used the online version of turbo tax, not the purchased software. I will NEVER use Turbo Tax again, they have stolen money from us and did not provide the services they promised to and all you get is the run around and lies from customer service. DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE COMPANY TO FILE TAXES!!!!! Total rip off.

      No stars, This is the first time that I use them and I selected direct deposit. Ive been with my bank for 22 years. I called them when it was supposed to be deposited they said that TurboTax never submitted anything theres nothing on my account that says they tried to direct deposit anything , **************** said theres nothing they can do , Theyre gonna have to mail out a check 7-10 days later. My bank account is going to be negative due to their mess up nobody there to talk to nobody there above the people that you call and you cant ask for a supervisor cause theyll tell you they are supervisor. This company is horrible dont use them ever!!!!

      I would give Zero if I can because Turbo Tax stole from me with NO explanation, e-mail, or letter in mail. They approved my federal for 1,300$ and state for 598$ as head of household. I received my state, but my federal has arrived today and had no clue what it was because it was deposited in my account with an amount of 369$. Doing further research I realize they use a 3rd ********** if you ask for them to take the amount you owe turbo tax out the federal, HUGE MISTAKE!!! 1. They charged 240$ for this misleading software 2. The Santa ******* Bank better known as SB TPG got inadequate customer service with people that barely speak english and dont have a clue about anything except blaming the *** and telling you to hang up and call them as if it is as easy as ordering Wendys smh, 3. When I log into turbo tax it still says 1,300$ was approved. 369$ is the incorrect amount and have stolen 70% of my federal with not a single explanation. I wouldnt recommend turbo tax ever again cause you might have screwed me over this year but next year you will do the same. You will tell me Im approved for 1,800$ and send me 400$ through a 3rd party scam bank. Ive already seen a few hundred people going through what I am going through confused wondering what SB TPG is.

      This company is scamming people out of money without providing services and they need to be held accountable. I was charged over $200 by them despite not filing my taxes through them. I put in my CC information as they led me to believe that this was going to be how I paid my federal taxes - little did I know without any type of warning they charged me for services that they had advertised as free. I didn't even end up filing through them and when I called to get a refund they told me that I had "agreed to the charges" - what charges?!? Their was never any box that was checked authorizing any type of payment for their service (which was never even provided given that I had not filed my taxes yet). I had to file a dispute with my CC company (I was extremely lucky that they refunded me). TurboTax is a scam and should not be allowed to continue to operate with this business model.

      Turbotax is an awful business. Their customer support is unhelpful. I needed a refund on a service that wasn't received because I had two accounts. I started my taxes on one account and when I went to login back in it made me start all over and I thought it was a glitch or my internet. Really, my phone had signed into an intuit account I used to clock in for for work. I only realized after I paid $70 because they ask for your previous tax refund that was under the other account that I had started my taxes on in the first place but I couldn't continue to finish my taxes without the previous return. So I logged to my other account and had to pay again for the service. I finished my taxes on one account but not on the other. I didn't receive "help" from a tax advisor.. there should be no reason that they won't refund my money! YET, they responded to my refund request and denied it.. WTH!!!! DO BETTER

      I opened up a Quickbooks Online account and applied for a GoPayment account on March 4, 2024 to issue invoices for my Virtual Assistant business. I was approved for a GoPayment account and issued an invoice in the amount of $470 to my client. My client paid the invoice on 03/04. The morning of 03/06 I received an email from QB stating that my "account was closed successfully". I did not initiate this process. That day, I called and spoke with 3 different representatives who gave me 3 different reasons why my account was closed, however all 3 insisted that there was no way to release my funds to me, or to reverse/cancel the payment that was made by my client. They all gave dates ranging from ***** days for "processing" and that the funds were being held "in case of chargeback or fraud". I understand why QB would be hesitant to issue the funds to me directly given the age of my account - however there is absolutely no reason why the money can't be refunded to my client. $470 is reimbursement for an entire month of my VA services. This money will cause irreparable and irreversible damage to my small-business.It has now been 60 days and I have been given a laundry list of reasons my account was closed, I have been told multiple times that someone will contact me in the escalation team and they never do. I have now been told that I will have to call back at the 90 day **** and provide them with my information (that they already have) so they can "cut me a check".

      I filed my taxes with my accountant through Intuit, which was done electronically. The tax return was claimed to be accepted as a confirmation number was received from Intuit. A few months later, it turned out that this electronic file was not properly sent over to the state and federal ***. After contacting Intuit various times, they stated that they filed everything and that it was successfully sent over to both the state and federal ***. I then visited the *** office in person and they stated that they did not receive anything from Intuit and that the system did not even see an attempt to file the taxes. The confirmation number that Inuit provided did not exist according to the ***. All attempts to contact Intuit lead to nothing, with the same response of stating that everything was sent and providing the confirmation number which the *** claimed did not exist. In result, I was fined a hefty amount by the ***. I highly recommend staying away from using Intuit.
