      They tricked me by offering 20 percent off email and when I clicked on the link and paid they charged me the full price. I shouldve done it for free which is what I thought I was getting until they said I didnt qualify for the free service and only 37 percent qualify for the free service. Beware they are very deceptive. I will never use them again and I suggest you go elsewhere for your tax services!

      Cost was more than website claims. Actual tax return was $2800 less than quoted. And it is almost impossible to talk to a person

      Ridiculous. I am trying to complete my tax returns for state and federal before midnight. I spent 40 minutes trying to pay for the service, so TurboTax would efile. It says, "Payment error Oops. Were having a little trouble processing your billing information. Please select "contact us" from the help panel to speak with an expert to assist you". I called the 24/7 specialist and they said they can't help me, because billing in closed. Ridiculous that they would have this issue on tax day of all days. The service is incredibly expensive and now I am going to be late to file and will miss my state refund, because it has to be filed today.

      Employee hung up on me while attemping to escalate the call. Wasted 2half hours of my time. I want a follow up and employee fired. Every year its something different with them scamming people.

      You guys are **** con artists!!!!! You wanna charge ******************************* another 40 to process the filing fee to take it from my return. Talk about a scam my return was only 800 and you want **** near a quarter of that. **** off Intuit you will never see my business again. I would rather take the prison time or get cancer then ever use your steaming pile of c*** company again. After this year you can go choke on a bag of std ridden c****

      Turbo Tax purposely does everything the can to trick people into selecting far more costly versions than they need. My daughter clicked thru a screen and it charged her the deluxe version, $69, for a simple EZ Tax Return. No getting a refund for her! They just increased their revenue by $69 (times how many other people?)Tried to call Turbo tax BEFORE actually filing and they sent a text with a link that basically says "your screwed if you picked the wrong product". Now, she filed and it says "Oops-an issue occurred. Please check back shortly." WHAT??? "Oops..." on your federal taxes? This is not Amazon.Someone needs to reign in this company. Me and 5 other families will definitely NOT be using Turbo Tax any more.

      They didnt file two forms for me which is just inexcusable after paying for full service. The tax expert should have known to file and they didnt. I complained and the woman who is now helping me said she didnt know just like you. Im not the pro here! Horrible service. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they arent giving it to me. Do not waste your money here

      The application fill out the forms incorrectly, they agreed that information I entered in the app was correct, but the form was incorrect. They offered no solution only than pay to print the form and see what the issue was. After I paid they did not offer any solution

      Oh my goodness! The customer service is terrible. They are charging me a $40 refund processing fee but Im not getting a refund. Ive called several times and the line gets disconnected. I need to understand why they wont rectify this. Definitely wont use them in the future.

      I usually dont wait until the last minute to file but I knew I would owe. I paid 148 dollars to do them myself using their site. I submitted. Rejected. I went into fix and now I need to pay them $60 more to file. **************** told me it was to file state but the $148 took care of that the first time. They then offered a 20% discount which I will not use because I would rather file an extension and do it the old fashioned paper route before they get any more money out of me . Their site is worthless and like everything else will squeeze money out, thinking you will have no choice but to pay it. Never again!
