      I am giving zero stars. Unable to edit or correct personal information. You call customer service and they give you the run around only to come back and tell me they can't help me change or update information and that I would have to create a new profile. So now my information is just sitting there. Absolutely unacceptable. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to update my information so it is correct. They should be able to go in and update it as well but they can't that is insane, I would never recommend anyone to use them because that is a BIG read flag. Ugh I don't want to give a star and that should be an option.

      ive been filing with intuit tax a couple of years and I can't believe now that the customer service people are horrible. I need my old tax transcript and file a new one and they did nothing

      I did not get my uber discount , I have been using turbo tax for 8 years but never again!!! Rip off!! They even want you to pay them ***** to insure your taxes will be taken care of incase of IRS inquiries

      Turbo Tax sent me a 20% discount if I file my tax. On the day I did, the link from their email did not work. So, I called customer service and was given a code. Again, it did not work and I was charged $400. I called Turbo Tax again and the woman I spoke with hung up. I called again and the man I spoke with just told me to wait until next year to get a discount????? He did say there is nothing he or anyone can do about this. Please investigate Turbo Tax about their deceptive campaigns. This is the last time I will use them. Horrible company!!!

      Terrible. I spent hours filing my taxes through Turbotax and then I was locked out of my account by a glitch on their end. No way to reach out for help without signing in which I couldn't do! The filing process is littered with impossible-to-understand queries. Itsdeductible is increasingly incompatible with Turbotax.

      Greedy Crooks. Stop lobbying to make filing taxes harder, when the *** has all the information they need already. I f****** hate this company, and all the other that do the same ********.

      Turbo Tax purposely does everything the can to trick people into selecting far more costly versions than they need. It is nearly impossible to file with their software without falling prey to one of the 10 trick questions designed to have you pay more. It affects the most vulnerable people too, those that easily qualify for the free version and elderly that arent used to online tools designed to scam them. My mom is on a fixed SS income of only $12k a year with no house, deductions, or anything and it still recommended she pay almost $300 for the live version when the free was fine. It also lied to her and said she wouldnt get her full refund if she didnt upgrade. This is absolute fraud!

      They advertise falsely by declaring you do not pay until you file. I input my card information and do not file my taxes because I am not paid until two days later. As of this moment, I have not filed and I was charged, incurring a negative balance and overdraft fee. When speaking to customer support, I am told that "it's assumed the customer will file upon submitting the card details." I did this to avoid the $40 fee for paying via the refund deposit. In the end, I paid more. Turbo Tax and Inuit are deceitful and shady.

      Tried to amend previous years taxes and their software wouldn't allow me to access or amend my taxes. Spent over an hour and a half with an tech "expert" who couldn't figure it out either and then got hung up on when told I was placed on hold. I asked to just be transferred to a tax professional that could make the simple 1 minute correction and email me the amended return so I could print and send off but I was told, even though my inability to correct my tax return was Turbo Tax poor software, I would be charged or have to upgrade if I needed someone on their end to make the corrections. Never returning to Turbo Tax again.

      I think it's time to contact the *** about Turbo Taxes business practices. File complaints at ***.gov. I did!
