      So I've been using TurboTax for years now and have had no problems. But now this year the *** put a hold on my return for further review. (No fault of my own) and my deal with TurboTax was they'd get their money outta my return but now since my return has been held their gonna take the money outta my checking account. I understand I owe them the money but if I can wait why the h*** can't they. Needless to say I will never use inscrewit TurboTax again.

      8 employees did not get paid on pay day because the Quickbooks "fraud team" found an old company account with an outstanding balance of $22. Classy.

      Got a fradualent charge that i never authorized. I got an alert about a subscription from Intuit to my account. I called the number attached to the charge in transaction. I spoke with an Intuit representative who said she could not locate any information and gave me a number to call the Intuit Partner Payment Sales team at . No one answers at this number you are told to leave a message. I did a reverse look up on this number it comes back not existing. So that intuit employee is sending their customers to a fradualent number

      Beware. If you have an issue that pops up and need to switch to their download software version they will not help you out or make contact. They send auto responses that are zero help and you can't get anyone to actually talk to you on the phone about the issue. BEWARE!

      Yes I am doing a review which you will probably tell me to file a complaint I just started using TurboTax this year first time they have lied about the actually due date of my refund and there's and Credit Karma is saying the same thing cause it's Intuit they are connected I have both and on the ***2GO app there saying they only received my papers e filed by TurboTax they got them on 3/4/24 and I had additional information I did fax the *** what they needed and still no refund yet ok if it's going to run over the 21 days then they need to tell the tax payer the *** is having delays this year not get them to believe there refund is going to go in there on that estimated date next year someone else will be doing my taxes one of there employees was rude and disconnected when I asked that question and I have a screenshot of who it was too you don't do a customer like that I been messaging them alot I will say that which they be telling the tax payer what is going on with there refund and haven't been doing it either.

      I have used Turbo Tax online for several years now for taxes. This year when I filed I was charged more than what I was told I would be. After seeing the wrong amount on my bank transactions, I went back and looked at the receipt and they have the final amount I thought I was being charged, with a note under it saying "plus applicable sales tax" but there is NO WHERE that they displayed the actual amount I was charged. I'm sure they have covered their bases with that little note saying "plus applicable sales tax" but I think it is shady to not tell a customer exactly how much you will charge them. I'll be looking for another way to file taxes next year.

      I will never ever ever, attempt to use this site-Intuit..... It was absolutely a nightmare.... Even when you called she had to look up the question it was absolutely terrible..... They keep sending a rejection letter no matter how many times you fix the issue it was absolutely crazy... ********************** or a time. I'm warning you.... Scam scam scam scam

      i asked them a question they never answered the question and charged us over the amount we were going to get back this year I have used turbo tax in the past and always was charged even if i didnt use their service We feel that if they cant answer a question they should not be able to charge why do we get charged so much

      Absolute garbage !!!!! If you file online with their software all they want to do is upsell their product....starts off at ****** at the time of filing, but when it comes to a business it raises to ****** for the deduction software? Another case of small business owners getting screwed because they can. don't even bother filing your taxes with their software it's a big waste of time.
