      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by TurboTax. My experience dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.After collecting $311 for their services, I expected a smooth and efficient tax filing process. However, TurboTax failed to deliver on their promises, leaving me in a frustrating and stressful situation.The problems began when the system failed to e-file my returns, resulting in a complete failure to deliver both my federal and state returns. Despite spending the entire day on the phone with approximately 10 representatives, I was unable to resolve the issue. Each representative seemed unable to assist me, and to make matters worse, all cases that were supposed to be escalated were inexplicably closed by the representatives.The level of incompetence and lack of accountability demonstrated by TurboTax is appalling. Their service, which is supposed to save customers time, money, and headache, has instead caused nothing but frustration and wasted hours of my time.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using TurboTax for your tax filing needs. Their unreliable service and lack of customer support make them a company to avoid at all costs.

      They trick you in to paying for their services that are then processed through a 3rd party. They make it seem you can file free taxes but it's always some "tax credit" that causes you to have to upgrade only to be told the credit is $0. They are a huge scam do not use

      Intuit quick books online has been a horrible experience. The turnover is crazy and with each new bookkeeper they must go in a figure out what the last one did. I have three companies with them and have been trying to get them to close there end of things since December for taxes and they still have not done them. I called today and there has been no changes.

      Consitsnt Customer for many years! 2024 is disappointing. After I finish filing. It won't let me give them two stars, it repeatedly says Profanity. Terrible product 2024. Sadly they just lost a Customer..I would rather pay a human than deal with their extreme changes. Besides not accepting constructive criticism. BBB Customers please beware

      This is the worst company to use for small businesses. They approached me about processing credit cards for my business. I was approved and a card was processed through Quickbooks Merchant Services. Roughly a $2400 charge over 6 months ago. I have invested over 65hrs on the phone attempting to receive my funds. Quickbooks has requested the same information many times and have submitted the requested info over and over again. Unfortunately, at this point I believe I will have to hire an attorney to *** them for my money and the time invested in their horse and pony show. Quickbooks has failed to fulfill any of their promisesnot even returned phone calls! Many of the customer service representatives do not speak clear English. Quickbooks is a horrible company to do business with!

      My issue is with Intuit attempting to charge our company for Quick Books Desktop 2021, every............day. They sucessfully charged ** on 3/6/24, and have attempted to charge us again - every, single, day, since (today is 3/19/24). I've called customer support about this twice in this time period, and as others have mentioned, their support line is soul crushing for multiple reasons. I have used their in-program help/support/contact us malarky multiple times now about this issue. The response? None, except another attempted charge.The software itself is fine, a few small gripes, but nothing major. But due to their non-existent support, and inability to STOP TRYING TO CHARGE US FOR SOMETHING THEY WERE PAID FOR, I am actively searching for another accounting software.

      Purchased it at Bj's Wholesale My phone number changed from last year I do not have Iphone or texting Sending me a code to old phone number Cannot get to live person Cannot sign in for help on line There robot phone service is useless Have used software for years and never again BUYER BEWARE Returning Software to Bj's

      I used TurboTax's online tool to file my ************** Tax returns. Those returns were rejected due to an error in TurboTax's software, which TurboTax claims will be resolved in a future release, delaying my returns (and refund). I asked for my $40 to be refunded, and received the following: "We are unable to process the refund for TurboTax Online product Case #xxxxxx because our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products. TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee."I had no idea that my return would be rejected or delayed until after I paid. TurboTax indicated the return was accurate; but it turns out it is not, and until they resolve on their end, I cannot submit my taxes. This is maddening, and despite being a longtime user of **********************, I will look to move my business elsewhere next year if they cannot stand by their product.

      Used turbo-tax for several years. Recently got a notice that Turbo Tax did something wrong on my state taxes in 2019, which cost me $1250 in taxes, late fees and interest. Contacted Turbo Tax as I had purchased audit protection that year and they offer a lifelong guarantee on their tax preparation. After sending everything in, within one day they closed the my case saying 2019 is too long ago and they can't help. So warming, STAY AWAY from Turbo Tax. Their guarantee is worthless but they are of course happy to take your money for audit protection, but then wont actually help. Not my fault my state didn't go over my taxes till just now. Also, their software can't even handle something as basic as the sale of a house and do that correctly for the state, where the capital gain tax exclusion allowed federally isn't allowed (in **** What an (expensive) joke. STAY AWAY!
