      Criminals and Thieves! The ************************ isn't doing enough to control them.They advertise FREE tax filing and then charge you $39 to file a simple Federal return and then another $39 to file an equally ************ return. On top of those two "free" fees, if you allow Intuit/TurboTax to take their fees directly from your tax return, they will charge you an additional $40. If you pay the so-called "free" fees on a credit or debit card, they don't charge the additional $40.

      ***************! I have tried to pay for my tax preparation over and over again. I have wasted 2.5 hours filling out the forms and uploading files only to get to the end and not be able to pay because their system says they are having trouble processing payment. I have a valid credit card and NEVER have had any issues with paying for something. I have spoken to their "customer service" people. No help at all. I have called over and over speaking to 5 different people. No help at all. These people are useless and have wasted my time and money trying to get my taxes done. They need to be held accountable for their general waste of a customer's time and offering NO HELP at all. Completely disgusted with INTUIT TURBO TAX and will never use them again.

      I received a large customer payment through ********************** banking. Prior to this, they have been notorious for not releasing customer payments for up to a week. This time, I had to call after a week, and they informed me their ***************** had not approved the customer payment, and asked me to upload customer information and the contract I had with them. I found this odd, since I had previously received a fairly large payment from the same customer via ACH to my ********************** bank account that released after a normal (still long but tolerable) delay. No notifications were given or emails requesting documents, I had to call in to find this out. I uploaded the documents and was told I would have to wait 2-3 business days for the ***************** review. After 4 business days, I had to call again, only to be told I needed to upload the same documents again, and that their ***************** would have to review the documents. I asked the support person to let me speak to a supervisor or transfer me to their *************** and was told no, I could not speak to a supervisor and that their *************** was not a customer facing department so I cannot speak to anyone there. As of today they are holding in excess of $60K of my funds for over 12 business days, Obviously, I will be canceling my Quickbooks and have nothing to do with Intuit as soon as I can get my funds released.

      Long term customer with on-line **********************! Used their 'on-line' product for my 2023 taxes. Completed information using 'on-line' product for income and interest (only); wanting to only file using their 'free filing' Standard Deduction product. After entering all my tax info and completing my return I was informed on the last screen that I would have to pay over $80 to file my taxes with no 'opt out" ; when I 'only' qualify ( and do qualify) for '*** Standard Form Deduction' filing. Best I can determine; after a '45 minute' chat, that my Interest income required an *** 'Schedule B'. Okay ........ I pulled the *** website Schedule B and completed it (manually) in less than 2 minutes. Here is my concern: At 'no time' accessing/entering/navigating/providing my tax info on the Turbo Tax website was I informed what (or not) constituted use of their 'free filing' product. Okay? Afer 45 minutes of entering my tax info, I wanted to print my taxes for mailing it to ***. Well I learned from their 'chat' it was not possible and no alternative was available. I would like the company to be more "upfront and transparent' with me and fellow consumers on use of their products. Additionally; I would like a response from Intuit/Turbo Tax ........... Thanks! BTW ..... looking at recent BBB reviews it appears I am not only one having issues!!!!!!!! What is going on...............?

      Charged wife 218 bucks for a standard W2 return cause she clicked the wrong option.Filed a return request for the difference since software would not let her change the option after it was clicked.Called and filed a form sent in a link.It was denied because their reasoning was a satisfaction guarantee only applies to cd software and not the website.I'll be contacting my congressmen letting them know. Their office has helped me in the passed. Getting screwed by it's and the people doing the taxes. A person only has so many holes.

      i have been with turbotax 5 years now and they screwed me up this year. they did my taxes right. like a growing number of businesses now, they discriminated against me to send my taxes electronically because i remain a landline phone person and i don't have a cell phone. they want to verify my phone number and i can't be at the library on the internet and at my house answering my phone at the same time. you already have to know your user name, then password, then a code sent to your email before you can log in. i do all that. but the cell phone requirement stops me dead in my track and starts the discrimination. so i had to mail my return. i upgraded to the $29 plan to be able to have a live chat with a representative and they don't even have the power to bypass the cell phone verification screen. all this time inputting w-2 information, making it to the end of the process, and then get stopped dead in your tracks right before finishing with a cell phone verification. tell us at the beginning a cell phone is required to file tax electronically so i can go to another website and not waste my time. another lie they advertise: turbotax doesn't let you pay your state income tax with your federal refund even though they say they do under the $29 plan which i upgraded to to do just that. they won't get me next year and nobody else that requires a cell phone and discriminates again me.

      Replacing MINT with CreditKarma was a bad idea. CK UX is terrible! Clunky navigation and incomplete data. Unable to see all data on one screen. So dissatisfied, will look at leaving CK and TurboTax even after many years of using TurboTax. Very disappointed. Wish I could leave a negative STAR rating.

      Last year, 2023, I selected the FREE version of TurboTax. Like many others, I was still charged for filing both my federal and state taxes. To make things worse, I never received my federal tax return and no matter how much I tried, I could not get through to anyone!!! This year I am filing with HR Block (will NEVER file with Intuit/TurboTax again!) and have misplaced my paper copies of my taxes. I keep trying to get the digital copies from my TurboTax account and they will not let me access them until I file with them. They have also created two seperate accounts for me for some reason (neither account has them). ********************** IS A SCAM THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

      The automated system is so frustrating, not to mention when you finally get throgh they are unprofessional rude and refuse to give you to a supervisor. I was forcesd to pay for a premium account to file a basic tax return. And I can not even use their services. Getting a refund is unnecessarily harder then it has to be and still not resolved.

      I have called and emailed repeatedly to be removed from their mailing/email list, but they cannot find my account but continue to harass me. It has gone beyond my control and is causing severe distress.
