      Been using them for 7 years, last 2 have been a challenge. Last year the software didn't pick up on a double mortgage interest entry which resulted in me having to pay back a few hundred dollars. In this case inuit graciously credited me $40...This year I filed a standard return but because of last year of filing itemized, the system would not let me select the free version! So after filing, I contacted customer service and they said it's too late because I already used the service and they could not credit back my credit card... That's dirty! I would NOT recommend and I will no longer use their service!

      They advertise free tax service if you make less than a certain amount. My taxes were done wrong and I spent about 6 hours on the phone with them this week. They told me I would get a discount for my troubles. There isn't any discount as my credit card was charged the full amount. I called them today and they said they don't give discounts and they said they told me, (They didn't) say anything to me about no discount. One lady I spoke with said that I was getting a full refund and that is B.S. All I had were 3 **** forms that I had to file. A simple process, but they couldn't get it right. I'll probably be on the phone with them as I have to file an amendment

      Turbotax wont allow you to opt out of the premium services. I was only given the option to add or not add Turbomax for $49. The prompt mentioned nothing about premium services which is $44. There were not any questions asked or any indicators that this fee had been applied before it was already too late to remove it. That is a very misleading practice. Especially since my tax returns are too basic to even either service.

      We have been loyal turbo tax Max ******** for many years. We received a notice from *** that we had an error in our 2020 2021 and 2022 returns, with penalties assigned. Upon investigation we determined that the state return which is computer generated from the federal return had a significant error that had never happened previously. Contacting turbo tax has been a nightmare and they said that they are not at fault and to basically correct/amend the returns ourselves.

      THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. YOU ARE HOLDING ALL OF MY ACCOUNTING DATA HOSTAGE AND HAVE PROVIDED NO MEANS FOR ME TO PURSUE A REMEDY.Because a glitch in your software is preventing me from resetting my password, QuickBooks has effectively blocked me from accessing my accounting data. WITH QBO BLOCKING ACCESS TO MY CLIENTS (AND MY) ACCOUNTING DATA, MY BUSINESS FAILS.IT HAS BEEN THREE DAYS AND YOUR STAFF HAS DONE NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM.As a CPA, I am going to file complaints with the **** and **************** **************** that you have refused to fix your software glitch and prevented me from doing my tax and accounting work. I will let the ******************************* and the ************************** know of this criminal act by QuickBooks. I am also contacting the *** and other business publication to inform them of this inaction on QuickBooks to release my accounting data and the extreme danger this poses to ALL other users of QBO. I will also tell my clients to get out of QuickBooks as fast as possible lest they get locked out of their accounting data also. The *** who was handling my case is nothing but a liar. He even lied about his real name

      Turbo Tax does not honor its warranty. It may not correctly use downloaded information or their agents may not give correct advice. Both were issues on my taxes. Their cop out is to state, It is the user responsibility to know if the tax return is correct.

      I have used turbo tax for 9 yrs. I have paid even when I shouldnt have. This year wouldve been 10 for me. This year I completed all my taxes but was unable to file and contacted Turbo tax for help 3 times. However, your tax advisors were unable to figure out why I couldnt e-file; wasting a total of 5hrs of my time on my taxes this year. I decided not to file with Turbo tax and yet it charged my card $78 and would not allow my to delete any of my information. I will never use your program or recommend your program to anyone ever again. I asked for a refund and was sent, We are unable to process the refund for TurboTax Online product Case because our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products. TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee. However, I didnt file and I was still charged. I want my refund. Also, there is no phone number to reach customer service unless it is about a tax question. I would not recommend. By the way; I ended up e-filing with HR Block for free in an hour with no issues.

      Very difficult system to navigate- especially considering that you are doing your TAXES through them. Not very reliable or trustworthy when it comes to their software and priorities as a company.

      Turbo Tax is very misleading when wanting your bussiness. They offer a refund advance which you are able to pre-approve for before submitting your taxes and after you pay their fees and submit your taxes, they send you a denial email. Definitely will not be working with them again. D

      I went to TurboTax at the the request of my job at Uber 2022. I did not know at the time Turbo Tax had a class action suit against it. I did my taxes early; unfortunately, I may or may not have entered my information wrong because it said my refund would be $20,000. This seemed wrong so I asked the "expert" to review it. This "expert" said it was correct. Low and behold, the *** disagreed, so I brushed it off and amended. Now, it said I owed $10,000. The expert said that he couldn't review an amended return. I finally decided to go to H&R Block. Meanwhile, the *** tacted on late fees and started accusing me of a fraudulent return. Now, according to the *** I owe between $6,000 and $10,000. While H&R blocks says I only owe $425. TurboTax says it can't honor the "guarantee" because it was filed 60 days after. Read the fine print folks. Don't go with TurboTax.
