      have been receiving emails stating that my w2 for company that i havent worked for 2 years have been received. other very misleading emails as well. last filing was misdirected to a stocks form that irs tells me was unneeded. extra charge of course. members of my family will no longer be doing any business with intuit/turbo tax.

      Paid ahead of time before I filed my taxes.. money came out of my account. It would not let me sign and file because it said I needed to finish my federal tax section. Which was already completed. I didnt owe any federal taxes but the computer system wouldnt let me sign and file. so I ended up having to go to another tax agency to file my taxes. Got it done without a problem. Come to find out it was correct I did not need to complete anything else on the federal section. So why this system with TurboTax wouldnt let me sign and file my taxes I have no clue. But now that Im asking them for a refund of ****** they are telling me its not refundable. So they get to keep my money for doing nothing !!

      Intuit Quickbooks mistakenly deposited $3,000 into my bank account and charged me a $105 transaction fee. Quickbooks immediately refunded themselves the $3,000 by taking the money out of my bank account and charging me another $105 transaction fee.Quickbooks refuses to refund the two transaction fees and there is no process to escalate this to anyone who can either refund me my money or explain why they should be allowed to keep my money.

      I was sent an offer through email for 20% off when I file Premium, but they charged me full price. Absolutely false advertising

      They sell turbotax claiming you get 5 federal files. But they don't tell you each tax filing must share a Intuit account, meaning all five people filing will be able to download each other's social security number and tax documents. Completely misleading advertising.

      Switch and bait. I was not allowed to file the free return. Was made to file the $89 version and pay upfront. I was told I qualified for the refund advance for ****. I told them I didnt want to file before it was accepted by the irs they said I had to. And then they only gave me $500 advance.

      Turbotax is soo completely misleading Their current pricing is supposedly on sale but then at the end they charge an additional $40 to due a direct deposit of your refund totally negating the "discounted" sale price. In addition, we apparently don't qualify for free filing but can find no explanation as to why we don't qualify. We have 2 standard w2's and nothing else. Not itemizing etc yet we don't qualify. The explanation as to who qualifies for free filing is vague and misleading. There is no place to go to see "you do not qualify for free filing because of X". Is their service worth the $168 they charged us? No. I'll be looking for free alternative options next year.

      I will not be using TURBO TAX & CREDIT KARMA anymore ??????? they closed my account AFTER I filed and was approved for the advance!! It has been 12 days and they have been saying the same thing that they are working to fix the problem. Ive file d with them for YEARS!!! And come to find out they closed many of peoples accounts. Intuit TurboTax and Intuit Credit Karma are TERRIBLE

      I did not file my taxes with TurboTax. I was going through the process of imputing my information with them, when they offered me their deluxe service, three separate times. As Im nearing entering my information it gives me a preview of what my charge will be. I hit continue and they charge me. To be clear, they did not file my federal or state return. I did not even finish inputing my information and I was charged. **************** has been giving me the run around for hours. They have rejected my refund request several times and are trying to tell me I do not have the right to ask for a request when they have not even done anything on my behalf. It has been a terrible experience and I will never use them again.

      Same review different person. Quickbooks online it horrible. Switched from desktop version to online and the platform is costing us thousands of dollars in time spent finding what used to be simple processes.Hopefully a valid competitor will emerge with software that works.
