      I have used MINT for a very long time. Recently one of my accounts is updating a day late.In trying to resolve the problem they don't know who I am and are confused about what I am talking about.I understand as a mint customer I am being forced to combine with credit karma only they say it won't be a seamless transfer. SO WHY SHOULD I DO IT?I am very close to closing both & never using either again.

      Quickbook online is not comparible to Quickbook Desktop, My church (NON PROFIT) PREVIOUSLY used Quickbook Desktop and was told that after May 2023 it would not work, and we had to change over to ONLINE .After many emails we were no longer able to use the Application, I called the sales office and explained that we needed a service only to print checks we had an accountant handling everything else and the administrator wasn't computer literate, and any thing else would be too complicated I was assured that quickbook online would be suitable for our Church... for $405, after many attempts to get the service set up , and realizing it wasn't what i wanted i tried many times to contact the original sales guy who sold me the service, too no avail, finally i was able to call customer service and some one told me there is a $40+ monthly charge for weekly checks , this information was never told to me. so in december i cancelled service and we are still being charged. i also asked for a refund because of all the above reasons and we never printed one check, i have been unsuccessful trying to get a superviser or any one that will credit my account. it's very unfair to sell an applications that is not suitable .

      Tried filing through them after an extension (taxes, Turbotax). They charged me before actually processing / submitting the returns. When trying to file kept getting error message related to the state return. Ok, I removed the state return, and tried just federal. Same error, as in "you have already filed" / somebody has already filed a return with same social security number. I call them to try to sort this out. A yawning lady on the other side tells me you know what, looks like your identity was stolen so that's why you are having problems.. and starts telling me what I should do to protect my identity.. I'm like stolen how, was it done through your website? She's like no, absolutely not. We go through same question 50 times, she repeats Turbotax was not involved in any frauds and my identity was stolen but not through them, and that no fake return was filed on my behalf through Turbotax. While she says that, I am getting an email from Turbotax saying that my account has been disabled. I'm like lady, why is my account disabled? She's like ohh no, your account is fine, the fake account was disabled.. I'm like what fake account? She says the fake account used to file your return.... I'm like you just told me 50 times that there are no fake accounts and no fake returns filed from Turbotax on my behalf.. SILENCE.... So anyway, complete liars.. and completely incompetent, because none of this nonsense turned out to be true - I created an account with IRS online, confirmed my identity with them, saw that NO fraudulent returns were filed under my name, went ahead and filed with different software. No issues. Absolutely disgrace of a company!!!

      My accountant highly recommended Intuit Quickbooks since it will make it easier to run numbers for my business. Ive been using it for a year now and I can confidently say that this is easily the worst customer service ive ever had in my entire life. Ive had a large number of issues from their software not working properly, technical glitches, them holding my money and refusing to give it back for no reason, random fees i never approved, and so much more. Every single time I try to contact customer service (and I mean EVERY time) all they do is tell me to "wait 24 hours" for the "higher up team" to get back to me. Have i ever received a call back? Not once. Its been a whole year and not a single issue ive had as ever been resolved. I have genuinely never been this frustrated with a business in my entire life. I would HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere for a tax/accounting software.

      QuickBooks. Horrible customer service who just gives you a run around and consumes huge amounts of your time every time you call in. My last call in was 1 hour and ten minutes. Keep getting told the last 4 calls over 10 days that they escalated it and someone will call you. No one ever calls. This has happened 3 times now. They are holding all my cc transactions for December because a customer stated his charge was fraud and it wasn't. As requested by quickbooks I uploaded my contract with him for storage and a written explanation in detail on November 20th. The customer was not billed for his monthly storage for 3 years and he never notified me he wasn't getting billed. After catching in an audit that he hadn't paid since the initial bill I billed him for the 32 months he owed. I gave all this info and more to quickbooks on November 20th and have heard nothing from them. Can't get an update. **************** doesn't know anything other than post notes in the computer about your conversation and they "escalate it". They are holding 25k of my money over this. This is illegal. I will have to get a new billing company set up before next month and terminate Quickbooks. Possibly need to *** them and my customer for this. I emailed the officethepresident no reply.

      I have tried calling to correct an issue with payroll and have not received a response. I tried contacting the company through their contact us portal and did not receive a response. Everytime I call it will either hang up or someone answered the call, but did not respond to me directly. Although they could be heard having a conversation in the background.

      Intuits Quickbooks is not transparent when they change their fee Structure for processing payments. They changed their fees for Transaction Payments from 1% and Capped at $10 per transaction to Upcapped in Sept. Which changed a single transaction fee from $10 to $150 per transaction. They need to be accountable for their fees ********** and responsive when they change their structure so significantly.

      These people are crooks. They charge you for something you already paid for. You ask about the charges and you get three different answers and seems like everyone is covering up or lying for the other. Don't give them credit card information and definitely find another payroll company. Beware!!!!!

      ZERO STARS, holding my invoices for 7+ days now with zero resolution. As a woman owned business owner they are discriminatory. I have called every day 12 times a day and they are still holding my funds and not giving a reason as to why. They are extremely degrading and rude when calling and are now stealing my money and others as well. Please work to shut them down and my hard earned money to me so I am able to eat and pay my bills. I am extremely at a loss for words how this business is still even a "business" an extreme look and investigation needs to be done. IMMEDIATELY! They are the sole reason I am not able to run my WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS this month.

      I have used Homestead.com a company owned by Intuit for over ten-years and it has been an absolute nightmare. My websites (two of them) have been down for over eight-days now and every time I speak with someone at Homestead they offer an insincere apology and another empty promise. I am appalled that no one at Intuit/Homestead cares that my business is being impacted and I am tired of having to extend apologies to clients and future clients because of Homestead's actions. I STRONGLY recommend others think twice about using Homestead or any of Intuit's products.
