I can not login to my account to process my payroll taxes. I called their customer service multiple times and got no answer or resolution to my issue after waiting for ***** minutes. I have been paying my dues and subscription none stop and yet their service and support are horrendous and subpar. No answers to your concern or even try to help

This was the first time I did my own tax of my 4 decades of life. I was charged for doing my taxes with assistance from the company, yet never received any assistance on the day I wanted to file my taxes. I called in twice and was placed in queue. It's been a month and a half and I still have not received a call. That was a 54 minute wait on the second call. 39 on the first. This is super frustrating. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Not even if they were offering it for free. Seems like a scam and we are the suckers.

On 10/16/23, I filed mine and my husband's social security income through Turbo Tax. In previous years, my husband had a small business but has since retired. There was no business income for 2022. But Turbo Tax charged me $233.45 as if they had processed my husband's business taxes. I called the customer service number. I explained that we were charged the same amount as if we had business income; it is generated at the submission of tax info. I paid it and then realized it had to be wrong and asked customer service why we were charged for a business filing that they did not do. I got excuse after excuse, claiming I must have spoke to a live person, the online product was for business, etc; basically, it must have been MY fault. So I asked if we could get a partial refund, based on the fact that Turbo Tax DID NOT file business taxes but charged us for it anyway. I asked to speak to a live person and was told that for refunds, they DO NOT speak directly to customers. Instead, the rep sent me a link to file for a refund. THE LINK DOES NOT WORK. Surprise, surprise. So, I cannot file for a refund, cannot ask for a refund or explain in person what the problem is. Why is this legal? They have a built in system for riping customers off. I will never use them again.

I use QuickBooks Online for my small business. I sent my first invoice to a client for an amount of $15,000 on November 6th, 2023 which was immediately paid by my client. A hold had been placed on the funds, and I received an email from QuickBooks November 14th to complete a questionnaire about the source of funds and other transaction details which I submitted immediately. On November 17th, 2023 QBs closed my merchant account from their operations for no specific reason. After arguing on the phone for several hours one of their representative provided a terms of conditions, referring to their "Reserve Account," and after reading they have the right to hold funds for several reasons such as tax liens, litigations, charge offs, fraudulent activity, etc. This is completely understandable but none of those reasons are valid for me or my client. So for no specific reason QBs can hold your money for as long as they want which can exceed 270 days or MORE! Intuit QBs have held my funds with no valid reason and have taken my $15,000 hostage from my small business preventing me from paying my employees and harming my cash flows. They are also refusing to return the money back to my client for me to resolve on my own. If I don't get this resolved ASAP I will have to take Intuit to civil litigation and *** for more than the amount that is owed to me if they will not provide any answers or deposit my money. I hope this message on BBB can expedite this matter for me and my small business.

Intuit is operating fraudulenty. I have a legitimate construction company that I have run using Quickbooks for several years. I happen to be working on larger projects where my clients are paying construction draws and time and material. The money leaves my clients bank account within hours of paying the invoice. The clearning house takes 24 hours. After that Intuit places the payment "in review" for more than a week. I pay subcontractors weekly and need access to the funds. Intuit offers immediate funds if we open a checking account with their partner. So if funds are available immediately but if I use my our business bank I have to wait several days, I believe this is fraud - simply because they are cashing in and collecting interest on those funds. I will be checking with the *** to see if they are in violation.

I work for a ************************* and we have quickbooks as our system since I started. I also worked with quickbooks at another business that I worked at before here and their service is absolutely terrible. If you call them for anything you will be looking at being on the phone for at least 2-3 hours at a minimum and then usually does not even correct the problem. I have been trying to make a payment to them with an option that they offer and I keep getting an error message. I called several times for them to fix the issue. I have called our bank to make sure there is no issue there. They say they do not even show quickbooks trying to run a payment. It hasn't even hit there system. I have tried to call to speak to a representative and they keep giving me the run around and refuse to fix the situation. They will not take responsibility and just keep telling me to use another form of payment of which I have discussed with probably every person there. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. And you can not transfer the years of information that you have with them to any other service provider. They don't allow it to be transferred. You just have to start all over from the beginning. I would NEVER suggest anyone to go with quickbooks.

The software does not let you change the amount once it shows you the price, which was after the submit. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company by looking at someone who made so little to get a complete $650 refund and charge $371, for services not available at the time (a live person WAS NOT even available!!! It said Im the morning one would be.) this is fraud and unacceptable. You refuse to refund the amount I did not want. Yet it says 100% guarantee satisfaction. I am willing to pay for amount I used however the hidden box and non transparent pricing is not consumer friendly and the services were not even available at that time. I kept trying to switch to state and federal account and those boxes were grayed out. The responded to my claim and said it was non-refundable. They put no work into it and make impossible to even reply to email. Worst company ever! And turbo tax should be responsible since it is their name.
