I used Turbo Tax Online for years.... As I was e-filing my taxes the computer froze, and I had to reboot the computer. Once the computer was rebooted and I signed back onto my account I noticed they had charged my account for a self employed filing fee of $300.69. I called intuit turbo tax and told them the issue I was having and I was told there is nothing they can do about the charge and that I had to basically pay it. I filed a fraud charge with my credit card company and called back the customer service number for ******************** and let them know I would be proceeding with fraud charges. I was then told again "oh well they can't reimburse me" I will never ever use intuit or turbo tax again!

I subscribed for their advance tax services. Previously, the tax expert did all my taxes and said I was missing one document. Turns out it was not true, according to another Turbo Tax expert. Now that I need to connect with an expert, I have to start the **************** again and spend 2 hours working with someone on my taxes, AGAIN. I have been unable to connect with a tax expert. I get a call every hour by someone who says they are calling to assist but none of them are scheduled to actually do my taxes. This is a complete waste of time; I've spent over 5 hours with Intuit full of promises but getting nowhere.

I have used Quickbooks standalone licenses for decades on both PC and Mac. I purchased my most version version of Mac 2020 four years ago for about $200 (i.e. $50/year).I just updated my OS to ****** **** and Quickbooks stopped working. I called to see about OS fixes and was told that my version of QB was not compatible with ****** and that my only recourse is to update to QB online. However, QB online is only available as a subscription for $650/year (essentially 13 times what I have been paying). I can accept a subscription model with a nominal price increase but a *****% increase while providing ZERO incremental value is ridiculous.Because QB does not currently work, I don't know how I will be able to migrate to another accounting platform even I find one. Then there's the learning curve of figuring out how to use a new application. I'm a small business owner so this price increase is almost criminal as it also holds my data hostage. What can be done to force Intuit's hand? What are alternative accounting solutions?

Worst corrupt company in history. Intuit has hijacked my account and despite 6 hours over 2 days and multiple agents our company is no closer to resolution. We shut down an account due to fraudulent activity, properly notified Intuit and our other financial institutions. Once the new account was issued ALL other institutions worked quickly to get us back up and running with our transactions. Intuit has locked us down and we are unable to make payments to the *** and other vendors that we depend on Intuit for making those transactions. We have never been delinquent---EVER and now three agents have given us wrong and conflicting information on how to resolve the issue and NOT ONE agent has yet corrected this issue. We will take them to court and begin to charge our hourly rate for every minute we have to spend getting the run around. They are a corrupted company with deceptive practices and they should have been sued way more than 140 million dollars for their last malpractices. Avoid them...its not worth it

My biggest issue with TurboTax right now is that I filled with them and used my correct direct deposit information in their application. My federal and state taxes went to a completely different account from a bank I don't even use. I am jumping through hoops trying to figure it out how to get my well-deserved money. I'm not sure if I was scammed or what, but this is absolutely not okay and I should receive a full refund and payment of the money that I have lost.

QuickBooks *** is being discontinued in October 2023 with no replacement. We opted to migrate to QuickBooks Enterprise. During the investigation, we found out that we had to upgrade to get the advanced inventory option to be able to use the barcode. We did that. The problem is the *** and Enterprise are on two different platforms. We exported the *** inventory into an Excel spreadsheet, and then we imported it into the Enterprise inventory. The inventory was there but we couldn't get the barcode to work. Turns out, the *** added zeros when importing it into the Excel spreadsheet, therefore the barcode numbers are different in Enterprise and you cannot use the barcode scanner. However, we can rescan **** items manually to make it work. This is ridiculous.

We will not engage with Intuit QuickBooks because the ** representative (*****************************, office in **************, **)) ensured that we would receive a full refund if we cancelled within 90 days. We did, applied for a refund but it was denied. We are disappointed with the level of dishonesty we have been subjected to in July 2022 and we will not support your products for the needs of our small ***********************

tHE QUICKBOOKS SUBSCRIPTION FORCES ME TO PAY AN ANNUAL RENEWAL WHEN i DONT REQUIRE TO GO ONLINE AND USE THE BOOKKEEEPING SERVICES UPDATES. GOING TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT BOOKKEEPING PROGRAM. ALSO ALWAYS SENDING OFFERS TO USE OTHER PRODUCTS AS IF IT IS A REQUIREMENT. THE RENEWAL FEE IS MORE THAN THE ACTUAL SOFTWARE PRODUCT PURCHASE

Intuit's Quick Books Online app is really useful for mileage tracking although, as of late, it has been more of a headache then helpful. I have called for help multiple times over the weeks and have only been instructed to run through the typical basic troubleshooting tests like reinstalling the app, checking the settings of the app so that the permissions for location are always on, etc. The only problem with this is that after doing this for multiple weeks on end there must come a point where I should be offered a refund for the time spent. Today alone I have spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of a supervisor only to be told that I must "give feedback" within the app to be called back by a supervisor. I am being given the runaround and I believe I should be reimbursed for not being able to use the app for what I have literally subscribe to it for. It works well with keeping up with my bookkeeping but has never given me more issues in the last few years then the last few weeks for mileage tracking alone. I could open the app, see that the mileage tracking is turned on, see that the location tracking is on, I can look at ****** maps and see that it is tracking my every move but QuickBooks is not currently tracking even as I am driving with the app open and the mileage tracking clicked on it is not tracking my mileage. This is a problem and must be resolved. There are no other competitive bookkeeping apps that I can go to that also include a mileage tracker. This is a monopoly and they should be required to resolve these issues in another manner other than just telling us to reinstall an app or restart our phones. At some point more must be done. I believe giving customers refunds for reoccurring issues such as this should be the first of many steps with them resolving this issue on there and with developers to sure that this works properly and closer to working 100% of the time rather than 10% of the time.

Into it, charged a late unpaid balance fee for an account that was paid for over 30 days. After multiple contacts, the company refused to reconsider a two dollar charge for an unpaid balance fee. They do not listen to you, nor do they consider your complaint valid they simply want their money, and thats all they care about. Customers dont really mean a thing to them since they dominate the market. My products I use are pro series, tax preparation, QuickBooks online, as well as standalone, as well as one other package that I use for trust and fiduciary returns. They do not react well to customer complaints and all this over two dollars!!
