      The customer service for desktop is horrible! Was forces by a rep that you can barely understand English. To upgrade and it has been running slow making it impossible to get anything done. Called regarding the issue asked to speak to someone on shore was told to keep calling till I got someone on shore . I asked to speak to a manager they refused. It'd really hard to fix issues when there is a cummication barrier. And every rep goes by ***** Only gave a stare because it forces you to pick one. This is a zero rating 5

      Intuit's business practices should be illegal. Subscription rates went up 70% last year on Quickbooks - a $200 increase. I'm a small business with one employee and this amounts to extortion. Intuit knows that they have their customer base hostage. I have 30 years of records on this program and trying to move to another program would be a huge undertaking. So Intuit will **** their customers dry. The program itself hasn't inherently changed in 20 years when it costs about $100 for non-subscription hard copy (Now $549 a year) In fact, the program is more buggy now. There's no commitment to a positive customer experience here - just highway robbery. So will Intuit **** up their prices another 70% next year? Should I bail out before I'm another year deep in my commitment to them? There will be a breaking point.

      This actually a 0 review. We have been a Quick Books customer for 20 years. We have now retired and no longer need to use the software however we do need read only access of all our previous business records (just in case something should come up) . We cannot open our backup and keep getting the message renew the subscription. $850/year. We have called support many times and all they keep saying is you can renew your subscription to have access. These are our private business records and Intuit is holding them for ******. They keep repeating the same response over and over. A supervisor told us we could purchase the desktop software from a retailer to open our records but they do not have any at the Intuit company. When I looked on Amazon it cost $1000. It is ridiculous that Intuit will not release our private business records.

      I used Intuit Quickbooks and the account got messed up. Intuit/Quickbooks has refused to provide access to the payments received by my clients and has refunded the money to the clients. This is unacceptable business practices because now I can't make vendor payments and now have to try to get the clients to pay a second time.

      I filed my taxes with them in April they sent it to the bank my bank sent it back and then they said they sent out a check which was undeliverable they said so they will send it back to the irs. I have called numerous times with horrible customer service. *** contacted the irs regarding my refund and they havent received anything. This company is horrible and they ********* you off the phone telling you things that would please you and not resolving the issues. Im still waiting for my refund

      I recently received a notice from Turbo Tax that I quickly needed to amend my 2022 tax documents (already submitted and approved by the *** months ago) because my two **** forms had been duplicated when final tax forms were submitted. This resulted in my owing over $3,000 instead of receiving a refund. Turbo Tax erroneously duplicated these forms, not me. I will never use Turbo Tax again despite that fact that I have used them for years and years. In the past couple of years the system has gone downhill. I can no longer submit my state taxes electronically because of a glitch in their system. The system seems sloppy and no longer user friendly. I often get caught in loops with no way to get out. I am deeply disappointed and can only assume that others also had this issue this year.

      My husband has been using this company for 15 years. This year we filed our taxes and 2 months later get notified from the *** they didn't receive our money. We have called TurboTax 4 times and they tell us it is the third party that has our money and we need to contact them. The third party doesn't even pick up the phone. I was on the line for 2 hours and gave up. This company has had our money for over 2 months. The 3rd time we called TurboTax they told us our payment was refused and it is being sent back. Lies. The *** said they have no record of our payment and our bank has seen nothing. We are getting penalties and interest tacked onto our now $1,400 payment, which we will have to pay again. Don't us this business.

      They tricked me into paying for my taxes when I couldn't even file with them. They refused to give me my money back. This company is a full on scam. I lost over $150. They refused my refund three sperate times.Use any of their competitors, like I did.

      I have been billed for Quickbooks, which I never ordered. Going through all kinds of Hades trying to get this cancelled. Spent two hours on the phone while some unknown and unseen customer rep took over my laptop. No satisfaction. No way to get hold of them via e-mail, and I am tired of trying to decipher what is being said in rather heavily-accented English. I cannot afford to lose $350 on something I don't want or need. Do they make it difficult in hopes people will give up and wave 'bye to their funds? I believe so! I give them minus 10 stars.

      On April 18, ****, I used TurboTax online to file taxes for a simple W2 form that was under $25k income and had zero special filings. No matter how I adjusted my answers to the question, the end result required the $59 service fee. The site offered assistance with customer support to complete the filing, however that was not a free service according to the site.I spoke to a supervisor who looked through my answers and my W2 and confirmed I should not be charged. On June 19th, received email from Turbotax advising they will debiting my bank account $59. Called customer support, was advised I had to pay because my return showed a Schedule B and Schedule 3. Looked up their meaning as the support would not explain. Based on my W2, there is no cause for a Schedule B or 3.Was told I HAD to pay the $59 & I could request a refund after. Was refund very likely. Issued refund request today (06.23.23) appx ****. At **** received below response:We are unable to process the refund for TurboTax Online product Case because our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products. TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee.If you would like more information about our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy, you can read more here:********************************************************************************************************************************************* Thank you for your patience and for being a TurboTax customer.Sincerely,TurboTax **************************
