      I use their service TurboTax online to file my taxes at the beginning of 2023. The middle of June 20 23 TurboTax have made an unauthorized charge to my bank account for charges theyre saying that I owed for filing my taxes. I had my fees taken out of my refund and I have proof that it was already paid to them. They then began to argue with me that I was wrong and that they couldnt even see the full details of my account, but still insisted that I did not pay them when I could show them proof. I told them that this is wrong to try to pull a payment out up to three months after we filed. regardless, if it was owed or not, you do not have the right to three months later pull something out of someones account without their approval or notification. This is so wrong on many levels. I plan on filing a complaint with the federal court system to try to get their procedures, changed because in my case, I have extra money. But in a lot of other cases, if they do this to other people, some other people may not have that money set aside in their accounts three months later. So you might be taking the last pennies of someone that has kids to take care of. Again, this is so wrong.

      We trusted them with our merchant service needs. They took our money and held it for a month. Making us send selfies and all sorts of other none senses. Made us beg for our own money. And have the nerve to act like they are doing ** a favor. I am far from happy with this company and doubt that I will ever use them again. Even if there were no more challenges, I wasted too much of my time dealing with them and begging for my own money. Ridiculous

      I cannot leave less than one star. Too bad...May 2022 our company was billed $912.68 for QB ProPremier 2022. May 2023 our company was billed $1180.05for Premier Plus. We were informed by QB Intuit that the ProPremier2022 was being discontinued and we needed to change. Then they price gouged us for a product we were forced to get. We're being charged $799.99 for the Premier Plus. An additional $380.06 for a second user (new charge) Prior versions had it set to have up to five users and still can, only now they charge for each additional user. The license we hold has four products listed. Product ID: ****** is their Premier Plus ID. That is $1180.05 as aforementioned. I have tried unsuccessfully to get Intuit to break down the three new additional charges: Product ID ******: ******************** Data Protect Monthly Product ID ******: ***************************************** ********************* Product ID ******: ******************** Annual Support We did not request these additional services. In 2017, we needed Support. QB Intuit charged us $500 for this service. Now, however, they say they cannot say how much this "service" costs. Intuit forced us to upgrade, then increased our rates by over 29% but won't explain their charges. I have spent two days speaking with four different persons at Intuit. No one will explain. Additionally, this program still isn't compliant with ******** regulations with regards to payroll (an additional $697.97 per year, plus approximately $108 each month for their payroll service and TSheets). Paystubs longer than one page does not print, forcing the user to take extra steps at our cost. If Intuit is forcing us to do their job, we should not have to pay their full price for their payroll.We demand an explanation of Product IDs costs, and resolution (fix) or a credit for ******* services that are not compliant with state requirements.

      As I attempted to use TurboTax, I was sent a email stating that my taxes were able to be filed. As I advanced through the link, another page stated that the forms I need to complete my taxes were unavailable. I've called and emailed the company and was not given a date when the forms would be available, which forced me to pay a local tax return agency to file my taxes. I have called and filed a refund with Turbotax multiple times but have yet to receive my funds. T I called again and spoke with a customer service agent who admitted that the company did not have a majority of the forms need to file taxes available. his company have very poor customer service and looks for every option not to return a customers funds. **************

      This company doesnt even deserve a 1 star review. I have been trying to get them to help me download quick books pro 2023 and so far have been transferred to 9 different people. I have been on the phone for 6 hours without any help!I am not the only one experiencing these issues! I have talked to other people who share similar experiences with Intuit.

      My rating is a -0-Quickbooks is gouging users with excess annual fees, forcing long time desk top users into on-line subscriptions that have excess monthly/annual fees. The desk top prices for an upgrade every 2 years used to be approximately $200. Now, $600!!!On the other hand, Turbo Tax advertises 'free', but never is it 'free' as it requires you to pay a 'filing fee'! So, why even bother to do your taxes with Turbo tax if you cannot file them????Come on you adventure capitalist, please find ** new companies with technology to compete with Intuit so the market can open up...... and hopefully pricing will level out! We know there are folks out there who can create another Quickbooks or Turbo Tax!!!!

      Filed on time and received a rejection email which stated this:"If your return is rejected before the April 18, 2023 tax filing deadline has passed, you can still correct and re-file your tax return before April 23, 2023."Corrected issues and re-filed on the 23rd, return was accepted... 3 weeks later IRS sends me penalties and interest fees. Wasted several hours over the phone only to be told that TurboTax information was lie and I should have refiled immediately and I will have to now pay these fees. No customer support at ********************** to talk to, They already got my money and costed me more in the end. 1 star out of **** its only fitting

      Hello:I have used TurboTax for MANY years and loved it. For tax year 2022 however, I had a most unsettling experience. I spent several hours working on my taxes, completed all the work, except for the filing part. Took a break from it, and then came back to it. Launched the software, was asked to upgrade (which is a normal thing for TurboTax). Now I cannot find my saved file any longer!! What a disappointment. I was using the Desktop version (not the online version).I called in to customer service, they could not help other than say that they are sorry this happened.What a terrible bug to have in software. A basic function such as "SAVING A FILE" is broken.Does TurboTax do any proper ***************** on their software before they release to customers?Suffice to say that I will not be using TurboTax again.

      For 15 years while working I have used TurboTax with their premium service for about $230 per year.. 2021 I retired, 2022 my taxable income was only $16,000 . When I logged into my Turbo Tax account the only service options they would allow me to access was their premium service or those costing more. I later found out if I logged in under a new name I could select any of there services and the most appropriate one cost about $60. I explained this in a request for a refund, their response was that is our policy. If this is how they choose to do business they are corrupt and manipulative a company to be avoided. I will not be using their services in the future and will make that recommendation to all I know. From other review here I seems I am not the only person to become a victims of this nefarious business practice.

      If I had an option I would rate a 0 stars. I tried to file my taxes through their app. I got to the end and hit send to file and got an error message wanting me to verify my email. There was noway to verify this! Of course hours of wait time to try to speak to someone used the option for a return call, and they called back hours later and Noone was on the phone, waste of time. I then submitted a complaint saying that the app would not file my return so I used free tax ***. For *****. And simply wanted my refund back for the purchase and was denied unless I click on this link and screenshare on my computer to show I filed somewhere else. I mean that is ridiculous and unsafe to allow them access on my computer. They can obviously see my taxes were not filed, so now they Stole $118 out of my account and will not return it for a product I didn't even get to use, and it only cost me $14.95 for state taxes elsewhere. What a rip off!
