  They were supposed to refund me due to their mistake, and I still have not received it. After spending hours on the phone and back and forth, sending all my bank statements, they informed me via email that I should contact my bank with no information on their part as to when they sent the refund or transaction. Being a customer for years, following their representative's instructions, and assuring me I would get my money back if I paid it in full, in the end, I had to do the work and call and send all the documentation again. Don't trust these scammers.

  This is a scam. The "free" version makes you pay fees anyway, my $1030 tax return I was charged $100 in fees. They also swap in other garbage optional stuff but make sure it's delayed and you can't press "back" to find it again, so it signed me up for a credit karma spend account card and my tax return went to this new "bank account" instead of the direct deposit information I freaking filled in. When I went through my tax return to find this I couldn't find it on any page, so I assumed I was mistaken and must have not seen it or opted into it.Four weeks later I got this stupid spend card in the mail, and it's website is also a scam. They have you link your bank account to their site and you'd think selecting your external account and pressing "deposit" would deposit your tax return that's being held hostage on this spend card would go there? Nope. That goes to the spend account. So I accidentally WITHDREW $1000 from my bank account. You have to go to spend account > transfer > withdraw to actually get your money, but just press "deposit" anywhere and that takes you money. What a joke.B- is too generous. This scam company just got sued because their "Free" version wasn't free, which violated an agreement with the *** they had that was the condition for the *** to not open their own free filing website.Don't use turbo tax. It's a scam.

  BEWARE!Do not file through this service. If you have a refund coming they are taking about ***** percent of your refund through some type of third party service and this information is not presented upfront. I believe that this needs to be regulated if done by others. Last year I was duped almost ******. I tried again this year thinking it was me but it happened again. Criminal charges or a class action needs to be filed. I am looking into it right now! B-E-W-A-R-E!!

  Intuit is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and they are getting worse.I've been tied in with them since my accountant steered me to Quickbooks in 2012. As users of QBDT will know, Intuit is basically forcing everyone towards QBO. For my business, QBO costs 6 times as much and does WAY less. In the process of migration I was sold a version of QBO that doesn't do what I need. I was then incorrectly billed for an upgrade to the plus version, and had to fight for a refund for the incorrect billing. Then I was told the feature I needed from QBDT was not available in plus and I'd need to pay yet more for QBTime. At that point I went to another vendor, got what I needed for way less money and asked Intuit for a refund under that satisfaction guarantee. They refused saying a refund has already been issued even though that refund cleaned up their own mess and does NOT cover all the costs I've paid them and I'm well within the refund window. Awful, awful company. Stay away.

  I am really upset and frustrated with the amount I was charged for your product and tax filing and the level of Income I make and being a single income earner. I was supposed to be eligible for free tax filing due to my low income which is the only reason I choose Turbotax online.When I filled all info, it showed that I need a ************** and then I called your support to see why its prompting to take *************** the support rep(Name: ****** S with case no: XXXX333501, said since I am reporting a job related expense, it prompting to upgrade, then she said since I quality for free filing due to low income, I will be refunded for the full amount once after making an order and also send a refund request link form to submit at same time) she clearly mentioned that I should pay for order at that time and then will get refund and also send a refund request link to submit at the same time. Else, I consider this is totally unfair and false misrepresentation/mis-leading of your product and have to report this sort.I am now making this request for refund and requesting you please look my case and issue a refund for my order which happened due your support member. Else this is my last time I am using turbotax and its a rip off for low income earners.

  Do not use Turbo Tax Intuit. This was their response to my complaint." understand that you have purchased Live and are now requesting a refund. Live is a non-refundable product." You may use the TurboTax Online software without charge up to the point you decide to print or e-file your tax return. Printing or e-filing your return reflects your satisfaction with the software, at which time youll be required to pay or register for the services, and the fee is non-refundable.I will never do business with them again. I found out later that I could have done my taxes on the *** Free File Prepare and file your federal income taxes online for free.

  Intuit won't let me delete my data. They say I need to cancel my subscription to quickbooks - which I already did. This should be illegal.

  I use QuickBooks online for business, and there's a technical issue with uploading my data that they acknowledge is their fault. After three promises in the past week from QuickBooks support staff saying that they would call me back, they have not. Very disappointing, and highly unprofessional. Their lack of professionalism and follow-up is costing my business money.

  Terrible tax service. Offered live phone support but the phone support was unavailable. Still charged and not refunded. Never do business with this company.
