      I used the full service TurboTax service where a tax professional prepares your taxes for you. Before the expert filed, I asked to see a copy of the return that was to be filed on my behalf. Oh no, I was told, you cannot see the return until after it has been filed. So a return was submitted on my behalf before I had the chance to review it. How is this possible? What are my guarantees that their so called expert didn't make horrendous mistakes that I am going to be held responsible for? This is unprofessionalism of the highest order, and the *** should look into their practices.

      **************** is terrible. Can not understand through thick accents. Requested a supervisor was told I would get a call back. Never did. They also code charges in your bank as Aspire MC which appears fraudulent

      I qualified for free return according to TurboTax questionnaire. My free return cost me ****** to efile my return. Then my return was returned by the *** and had to mail it. So I got charged for nothing. Free free free yea right. Called customer service and was told to fill out report and someone would get back in touch. Got a email saying they only give refunds on cd downloads This is the biggest false and deceptive advertising I have ever seen. I've read the reviews and I'm not the only one who thinks this is a rip off. I also think it's funny that it doesn't seem that you can leave a bad review on their website only good ones. I guess some of us have to pay for the ones who do get it for free. This is just wrong.

      We used the free filing with Turbo and two W2's and had to pay taxes and I would understand a service fee. However, they charged us for premium services at the end. We thought we would be able to review the fees and clicked a button that processed the fees. We will never us their service going forward.

      We have been trying to file taxes for 3 months and continued to have difficulty signing in. We finally got in and at the end we were charged $124 for the simplest taxes and done ourselves. We paid and next page was to submit the forms to the **** It would not allow us to submit the taxes until we put a code in and it looked as thought the email address was different from what ours was (just off a few letters and must have been an old address) I emailed and they said they would call back in 17 min. They called and we were on the phone for 1/5 to 2 hours and she kept saying she could not find the account. (We used the same account that we used in the past for filing) I told her to look at the one that just charged us $124. She asked for the phone number and log in ID, which we gave all of that to her. She kept saying she can't help because she can't find that account etc etc. I asked for a Supervisor and was told nobody can help me and hung up on me. We literally paid and they took the money but would not submit the taxes. We ended up doing them by paper/mail in less than 10 min compared to the 4 hours we spent between doing the taxes and talking to them on Turbo Tax. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau (which we told her we would be doing but she did not care), we have reached out to our Attorney and next is the news channels. This all happened while working a full time job and taking care of my sick, elderly Parents and waiting for the arrival of my 2nd Grandchild in 2 weeks. The way I was treated and the stress it caused was horrible. My anxiety and chest pains were in full force. Then we read that they have been sued for doing this exact same thing to people. I can't really afford to keep my Attorney on for something that was not my issue but I am out of the money and nobody will get back to me. I am filing a formal complain, which I expect to have someone get back to me immediately and I expect more than my lost funds returned to me.

      Guess Ill add my story to the masses too. DO NOT USE TURBOTAX. Ive used every year for 15 years. My wife filed before I and said she was forced to pay, I was like that doesnt sound right but well see. I start filing, bombarded with adds to get deluxe or even random adds for other companys. Get through the whole thing In 20 mins or so, the whole time trying to trick me into signing up for a better package. Final **** through this c*** and get to the end. A paywall pops up saying that your return is special and requires signing up. For a retirement plan that I already said no to because TurboTax tried to charge me to accept that deduction in the first place. Now Im stuck at the end with no way to file accept a $59 dollar charge all the while being advertised as free to file and has been for years. This is complete misdirection. So I decide to call intuit, worst mistake. The robot is almost sassy in attitude and starts trying to get you to buy its product again so that I can speak with someone. So I need to pay for your customer service? I will never use ********************** again. I hope your sell out was worth it because with business tactics like this you wont be around much longer.

      I was charged for services that I did not use and then was told that We are unable to process the refund for TurboTax Online product because our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products. TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee.I have been a customer for over ten years. Never again Im done. Total scam. They charged me $234 for what should have been a free filing. Online assistance that I never used and self employed when I filed with a W-2. So upset ??

      TurboTax is so (purposely) misleading! I reached the end of my return and discovered that an upgraded service had been tacked on. I'd clicked carefully through each page to avoid that issue...but apparently TurboTax slipped in an upgrade to Deluxe close to the beginning of filling out the return.Guess how you fix the error? Apparently you have to clear the form and start over COMPLETELY. I had already spent hours on the return and didn't trust that starting over would prevent the issue from occurring again, so now my refund is going to lose an additional $59. ***** to lose that money when you're a full-time student that's taken the time to carefully calculate the cost of textbooks, commuter expenses, etc. in hopes of maximizing the refund.

      After advertising a free service, they charged me over *************************************************************** the **** All attempts to contact anyone or get a refund went nowhere. And now I'm stuck paying for something I did not utilize. This company scams it's customers and I don't understand why it's still in business or why no one has done anything about it.
