      Files my federal and out-of-************* Tax return. The Federal went fine no concerns. However, there were multiple issues with the state return all of which rested on a software glitch that left me making multiple phone calls they even went as far as asking me to call the state revenue department and ask them to accept the wrong documents. 6 people , 1 software patch and hours later its fixed and i can use my tax returns. I asked for a refund because there flawed software caused the problem and the answer was well we eventually fixed it. No mater your horrible experience and lack of concern and even though you paid for our services only because our glitch gave you no other options ( to speak to a rep and ask for help is $50.00 more) We will most certainly no refund your money. The lack of concern or care with other people time and money is palpable. I got multiple condescending emails trying to imply I was the problem when after a month of struggling a software patch fixed it. One rep even asked me how i knew about the software patch , it was clear as day when they had me download the desktop options just to be able to open the document correctly. Long and short they have software issues and will blame you for them , extort more money from you and then tell you that you should be grateful.

      I used Turbo Tax Live and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! My Agent was ****** and she was soooo helpful and knowledgeable! She made doing taxes a joy and a breeze! She is the BEST!!! I amso happy with the end result! Thank You ****** and Turbo Tax!!!

      We started to do our taxes we didn't think it was going just right but we'd already paid but we never filed so we just stopped and asked for a refund and then refused to give us a refund

      Software has a glitch on schedule c. It won't let you file "in spite of error" and customer service screwed up my finished taxes after 7 hours total working on it. went to Tax Act and no issues what soever. They know about the glitch, but won't do an update to fix it from reading the blog sites. Id give it less stars, but I can't. ********************** on this product. And yes I do know what Im doing after being married to a CPA who has passed away and I am now doing my taxes alone again.

      Beware when beginning your tax return. The program automatically selects the product you used the year before without asking if it is still correct. When you are done with the return, and are charged a larger fee than expected, you cannot downgrade. To select a different option, you have to clear all data and begin again. You can, however, upgrade. This seems deceptive to me.

      **************** is awful, the automated machine is a bigger pain than Ive ever experienced. Website told me a higher return than I received. When I called in to figure out why, they told me the higher number was probably just a glitch. I told them I was unsatisfied with the answer and would like to speak to another representative if that is all the solution theyd give me. The rep put me on hold for *********************************************************

      Turbo Taxes new commercial - let us do your taxes - actually means sit on the phone for over 4 1/2 hours while someone continually asks you questions about your taxes. Also, someone who is not from your state does your state taxes without any idea what the state tax laws are.

      Rip off. My boyfriend and my tax returns were short. For example, my refund minus fees and such should have been what was deposited into my account. But both of us were shorted. Mine by -$70 his by -$40

      Fraud, they owe me a refund and refuse to pay they told me about the refund. They emailed me on 9/28/22 an error occurred during my ** taxes and I would get $30 even if I didn't have to ammend and the reminder $19 if I did. I did have ammend and got nothing. I have been on the phone for over two hours today. I was hung up on by multiple employees. Finally submitted the correct form, told tge refund would be processed. Thirty minutes later got an email my claim was denied. Why would TurboTax email and mail me communication to say they will complete this refund to only deny it. Poor customer service, remember they have a class action lawsuit already. I will file another one. I have proof and can provide it to who it may concern at anytime.

      So I've been calling and asking if they received my refund check from IRS because when I filed my taxes I paid fee's with refund which opt me into a refund advance I selected direct deposit to my bank account however in order to receive the advance the federal refund had to go into credit karma account which is now tied to the TurboTax products so as of today they finally admitted they have been holding my refund since February 17th and they told TurboTax they will not make the funds available until after midnight tonight I'm very unsatisfied at this point then I requested further review and the TurboTax manager ********************* up on me saying he can't help me any further
