      They use a transfer bank that takes almost half your tax return! No disosure of this anywhere...

      I paid 50 bucks to get a disc to file, then i paid 50 dollars in hidden fees at the end when i was done filing taxes. If i was told from the start it was gonna be 100 dollars i wouldnt have bought it

      I used the service in the past but for the past two years I haven't. They have blown up my e-mail inbox dispite me unsubscribing multiple times.

      My taxes got rejected because of a small mistake I made- no big deal. When I called for help the customer service rep- 'Sean" was so rude I will never use your service again.

      For two years, I have tried to use TurboTax Live service. I have never felt catered or properly represented. I feel like I’ve lost more money, and that the advisers have no idea half the time about what’s deductible for Lyft. I had to explain to an agent, what ridesharing was. I had to explain to an agent how Lyft works. She felt out of touch in what is deductible these days. I have never felt like I have wasted more money before I used TurboTax. When you can’t trust anyone, might as well file for yourself!

      This company make me feel very disappoint they charge me 55$ membership for have my business tax liability reports and I'm not able to make that report on last fiscal year Quarter 2022. I need to contract an accountant for pay my taxes in January 2023, I ask for my refund on the last quarter and they give me that but for my surprise the charge me again in January 2023 the fee. I call and make the request for the refund and they send me a email said my subscription which is outside the 60 day money back guarantee. Whaaattt? I can't believe i have this again in my life. this people are a total fraud.

      Intuit was hacked and therefore they hacked my **** of America information. The hacker then wired approximately $20,000 out of my business's checking account and ******************** told me there's nothing they can do to get my money back because I didn't notify them before 5 days. After freezing my account, It took a week for BOA to inform me that it wasn't their responsibility and to call Intuit. Too late by then. I recommend any other payroll services who can protect your banking information.

      Told me I needed to purchase a specific software in order to file my taxes because I have ******** bank accounts and couldn't do it through the website. Paid for and downloaded the software, went to file and it told me I am unable to file through that software. Tried to call customer service and they said I have to file a form online to request a refund. Filed said form twice requesting they refund me for the software I cannot use and have received zero response other than an email after the first attempt informing me my case was closed. Absolutely terrible customer service I am so disgusted with the way it has been handled. I am telling EVERYONE I know to NEVER use this service. They deserve zero stars.

      This company's customer service and practices are terrible. I was told that the only way to refund a payment was through the payment software, so once I refunded the payment I went to record the refund in my quickbooks account. However, all that did was refund the client again. There were no warnings that I had already refunded it, or that this would overdraft my account (no chance to correct my user error before it went through). Even though I did not have sufficient funds to make the second refund, Intuit just paid the customer and proceeded to send me to collections for the second refund. I understood it was my mistake, though I felt they should have at least asked before paying on my behalf, so I went to pay the overdraft fees and second refund. They asked me to fill out a piece of paper with my credit card info and upload it to the account which I did promptly. A few weeks later I received an email saying I never paid it. I called and spoke with a customer service agent who saw I uploaded a payment coupon and said I had nothing to worry about, they would run my card shortly and all would be fine. I received a second notice of no payment and called again and asked them to take my credit card info and run it now, so this could be over with. They would not and assured me I would get a call with the confirmation it was paid that day. No call. I call a third time, she says all is well Ill send you an email stating such and you will see the charge on your card. After receiving an email saying my bill was sent to collections (3 months and 8 hours on the phone later) I called collections and paid it. I would not recommend Quickbooks or any intuit software do to their internal systems of ********.

      They claimed to be refunding my customers money but have no way of telling me when it will be returned or to where no type of receipt or confirmation that it was returned and when asked about it I was told well that's just how we do it or that's how it works here so I don't have that money and my customer still hasn't received the return so I guess they get to keep the 750 dollars because I don't know what else to do I get told the same BS everytime I call their awful customer service team
