  I've been using TurboTax for years with no issues. I use the Online Deluxe Version program. In the past using Deluxe, I efiled my Federal Return; for my State Return I was able to ************ and mail it in via ****. Have access to my State Return was included in the Deluxe Version. There was a fee to efile, that is why I mail-in myself.This year, TurboTax wants to charge me $60 just to have access to my completed State Return. In other words, now it costs $100 to have access to both Federal and State Returns. One the items promoted in the Duluxe Program reads:"State download included"Includes state tax preparation for one state a $45 value.(State e-file additional $25 per return)I've spoken and chatted with a number of TT agents who've told me that, "$60 is not an efile charge, it is a charge for completing State Return and allowing me to access the Forms.I have Screenshots if you like. Thank you!

  They have misleading, confusing information on their website, and I ended up signing up for a "plus" option. They would not refund even though I did not end up using their service. Their rationale is:We are unable to process the refund for TurboTax Online product Case because our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products. TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the ************************************ Thieves!

  Scams of this magnitude should never be allowed to exist. Stole money from me and hundreds, if not thousands, of other people this year and aren't gonna return it. Stole by "upgrading" people to a service they did not agree to. When you call a representative they'll read you some script about how it's your fault, and then will send you some bogus "refund form" that will inevitably get nowhere. We all deserve our money back and something should be done.

  I just filed my taxes with Turbo Tax and just received a paper, from the ***, that needs to be filed out. Since I contacted Turbo Tax twice and have not gotten anywhere. They are saying all is okay when apparently it is not. It ****** me off that they charged me $183!! *** did not send me a paper to fill out as a joke. Something Turbo Tax did is not right!! Beware,,,I will never go back to them. They do not know what they are doing!

  The business is run by a bunch of scammers. They will try to sell you as many useless options that they can. Advertised their tax return services for free, but I ended up paying $210 in total.

  I have been with Quickbooks since it began in the 1990's-thankfully I am almost ready to retire and won't need to use it much longer. The ** online program is a bunch of bells and whistles that has many flaws and costs way to much for all of the add-ons they are trying to sell. I also use the desktop version which worked pretty well for my small business clients but now Intuit is price gauging and charging an annual fee of almost $1000 for what once cost about $200 for a 3 year license. I understand they want to make a profit but I feel they are charging a ridiculous amount for a program that has not changed very much over the years-and honestly works better than on-line. Just needed to vent since I just signed on with a new client and have found 3 issues already with the program. Ugh!!!

  Very unhappy that Turbotax withheld an additional 48 dollars from their announced fees. This is a yearly tradition and it's frustrating no one can step up and stop this scheme. I'm all for paying announced fees - frankly, I don't know why the *** doesn't have options for all filers - but yearly I can expect an overcharge and the presumption this is business as usual.

  They already got in trouble for misleading paths in their software. They're still at it. Many many attempts through the process trying to up-charge you. Then tack on an additional charge for the state, that they never expressly say they're going to charge you. I'd leave zero or negative stars if possible. Why is this rated an 'A' on BBB?

  Scammed me of 250 dollars and couldnt even tell me why it switched me over from the free version to the deluxe version and the number is no help and trys to make u hang up and give up but even when you do get an actual person they have zero idea whats going on
