      I filled my taxes, then I seen a charge for $128 in my account. I called and not much help. I submitted a refund and was denied due to their policies? This is unprofessional and will never use Turbo Tax again. This company is steeling from clients. The worst they should be removed from public use.

      DO NOT USE!!! After using this company for 6 years we are done! In the last couple of years, we have been unable to make entries for deductions. the one time I asked for live help, she couldn't even tell me where to enter it for sure...basically said read through the questions. these are not new deductions for us so it should have been in their questionnaire. Not wanting to pay extra and not sure if it would have been beneficial, I let the last couple of years go. Last year they messed up the 1095 form which delayed our return for 4 months! And they charged us $219. I believe they do things like this to get the max charge for the return.

      Ive had a deeply frustrating experience with Intuit regarding an unresolved billing issue and poor customer service. Over 14 months ago, I attempted to migrate my account to ******************** Online, but the process failed. QuickBooks Support was unable to resolve the issues and instead created a new subscription, guiding me through importing my data into this new instance.However, Intuit did not cancel the original failed subscription and has continued to charge my card $197 per month. Ive contacted their billing department multiple times, spending countless hours on the phone, but the issue remains unresolved. Although I was told that the resolution desk approved a refund, no refund has been issued, and the charges for the inactive subscription *********** make matters worse, I also have two active QuickBooks Online subscriptions and a licensed desktop version. This setup prevents me from removing or canceling the card associated with my account, leaving me unable to stop these ongoing erroneous charges ********* requesting the immediate cancellation of the failed subscription, a full refund for the charges incurred over the last 14 months, and written confirmation of these actions. Intuits inability to resolve this issue after repeated assurances is disappointing and reflects poorly on their billing practices and customer service.I hope others are cautious about dealing with these types of subscription issues, as my experience has been stressful and unsatisfactory.

      I've used TurboTax to file our taxes (married couple, retired) for years and been very pleased with them. This year, they lost my business for good. I accidentally selected a "Premium" level of service with them and was unable to undo that selection. Then, when I chose to have my charges paid through a deduction of my federal tax refund instead of paying them directly, they charged me $40 for that "privilege" without informing me of that additional charge. I'm so mad. Our taxes are so simple, I could've filed them for free but TurboTax already had all my info pre-filled from previous years and it's always been so convenient to use them. No more! I am DONE with TurboTax.

      Never received my refund because I opted to get my refund 5 days early and fees to be taken out from my refund. Turbo tax claims the 3rd party bank has your money & gives you run around excuses but no solution. They need to be held accountable for the actions. So my federal tax return was basically stolen by a 3rd party entity that turbo tax does business with absolutely obsurd !

      Charged for premium service wanted only basic. Software misled me to buy more expensive product which I did not use. I only used basic features.

      Got way overcharged and they wont do anything about it they are trying to double charge me for what I owe in taxes! When I called them I couldnt get anyone on the line that spoke decent English so nothing could be resolved

      Stole my money by charging me for a state tax return that I never even filed. Tried going to customer service and requesting a refund for the mistaken charge, and they refused. I will now be disputing it through my bank and will never be coming back to these scammers ever again.

      I view my order details and saw the fees and charges I agreed on by I did not have any knowledge about my taxes being processed through a third party company that was going to charge me 25%!!
