      WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
      I wouldn't even give this company a star!!! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered in my life!! My company has purchased the Pro Series tax program for over a decade. Each year the prices increase, but we get no additional services, and the customer service gets worse with each year. This year rather than paying for the program up-front at renewal time, I decided to participate in the Deferred Payment Method Program that they offer. On XX-X-XX I noticed that Pro Series had deducted the entire fee for the software, despite all documents I have stating I'm participating in the deferred payment terms. I called Pro Series, and I can't even begin to explain how terrible their customer service is. The representative I spoke to indicated that I was in fact on the deferred payment terms and the money should not have been deducted out of my account. She stated that she would process my refund and I would have it in 5 to 7 business days. 5 to 7 business days for a refund of $4,500 they took out of my account they were not authorized to do. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss my concerns about waiting that **** to receive my money back. She would not transfer me to a manager and stated I would have to wait 2 to 3 days for a manager to call me back. Frustrated, I decided to wait patiently for my refund. As of today, 11-16-22 (9 business day later), I have not received my refund and have called several times (including several different departments) and no one can tell me what happened to my refund, I still can't speak to a manager, and I'm told someone from finance will call me back within 24 hours, which I never received a call back. I will be moving all my business away from Intuit products and will no longer advise my clients to use their accounting software.

      Horrible customer service stole tons of money from me, and refuses to fix or refund the problems that they caused. I can't get anyone to talk to me about it, nobody calls me back, and every time I'm on the phone I get transferred a thousand times because nobody knows what they are talking about and can't put someone on the phone who has. They have horrible customer service and I am consistently and continuously appalled and horrified by how they do business.

      This company is pure ******* corporate evil. I hope they burn for all the horrible **** they have done over the years. Been using it for a decade. It was all a huge mistake. Never ever ever again.

      QB forced me to purchase QB desktop Pro 2022 in November 2021 - their support group told me it was the only way to import accountant changes into my QB. I must have argued this with them for a week before I finally caved and purchased the upgraded program. QB2022 by the way, was so filled with glitches, it was weeks before it worked on my laptop. They must've sent me ***** fixes to the program. Regardless, upgrading to 2022 didn't work. I still couldn't import the accountant's copy. Not only did it not work, QB 2022 corrupted EVERY backup copy I had - those on my hard drive immediately, and those on my external hard drive as soon as I tried to use them. When I discussed this with them, did they help? No their response was "oh, sorry, we can't fix that" Really? Additionally, because I had installed 2022 on my computer, I couldn't go back to 2020, which previously worked fine. I had to rebuild 7 years of my business files. Now, today - one year later - I find out, because they didn't tell me at the time of purchase, that in order to continue using QB2022 Business Pro - I am subject to the extortion of paying for an annual subscription. To the tune of over $600 per year. My laptop was totally locked by QB - I couldn't use my laptop AT ALL until I called and paid their extortion fee. Why isn't there a class action lawsuit against this company for extorting small businesses? I'd give them a zero star review if that was only possible.

      How is this legal? TurboTax accepted my money but provided nothing in return. Additionally, they want MORE money to access the information I already paid for. There is no way to contact them. Never again.

      The fact that this company does not have a stand alone version of their accounting software is criminal. I Purchased the quickbooks software (which I had bought as a stand-alone) in September 2022 for two small businesses. I was told by sales the digital download version which included a subscription fee of ***** each yearly. Charges was attempted as monthly fee. They were contacted to clarify the yearly cost vs monthly cost and never received a price. I am self-employed and don't need anything other that basic bookkeeping, and this is an outrageous amount to be charged $542.00 less 10 percent discount.

      We are currently starting a small business and our accountant wanted ** to use quickbooks. So far, nightmare. Quickbooks Intuit has been holding onto our second payment of $1600 for almost three weeks now. I have provided all of the information requested, yet I get an email stating our payment is still under review and that it will be "around" another 2 days. The best part is that email being sent doesn't provide what they are claiming they still need from **, its just blank. When I call in I'm told that its still under review. I explained what a huge imposition this has caused **, being a new company. We have a car we need to go buy an engine for to provide a service and we cant because Intuit is holding our money. You'd think, that since I am the customer and I am paying them for a service that they would be more helpful and understanding. We are losing business because of the way they run their system. And customer service, she just made a horrible experience even worse.

      WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible ******************** I can't even give this company a half-star! My company crashed with no explanation and it took over 30hr with a representative to get it back up but still lost weeks of data! When you finally get someone on the phone after dealing with a computer that does not understand you, the person is in a call center with so much background noise of others talking and then their accent is so thick you can't understand them. Then after getting passed ****** and put on hold for hours you are "accidentally" disconnected and have to do the **************** again. Today I have been on the phone for OVER 6 HOURS!!!! because my payroll for some reason that no one can figure out will not send it!!!
      This is ******* and crazymaking!!!!
      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! There are other software companies to use and I will be switching!!!!
      I have been using Quickbooks for 20+ years and have had so many problems!!!! Why did I stay... it is daunting to think about 47 yrs of business info lost and I have PTSD from dealing with QB's and my account said I should stay. But after this, I don't care anymore this is the worst!!!

      If you call and the number to buy one of the products they come right on the phone no problem but if you need to contact support its HOURS!!!!!

      I emailed this to Intuite, by the way they do have form if you want to request refund but, very much phony! I tried it many times without any success.

      Hello we have let go of our employees now for over 15 months. We kept the inutile account active just incase IRS needs transmitted forms from many years back, but we were not a ware of your fees. We have communicated with your customer service about it and we shouldn't have been charged. We let go of all our employees since March, ** XXXX. But appoint auditing our bank statements, we found out intuit has charged ** the following ten charges: $52.26, $77.33, $51.21.

      Beside this point I'm making, there is also a major foul played by intuit where I e-filled my payroll forms on time and did get confirmation but yet Intutit failed to transmit those forms. Because of your mistakes, my small business got penalized by IRS late fee for not filling those payroll forms over which well over $10,000.00. I'm still working with IRS to resolve it. I did explain and email three times your tax resolution office but did not get any replied for obvious reason. They did not want to admit.

      We are asking you to kindly refund us back some of those fees and perhaps give us advice on how we can keep the account active without being charged.
